We had a fantastic couple’s hammam and spa experience here. The service was exceptional, the best we experienced in Marrakech! The whole process was incredibly relaxing, and our skin was left feeling unbelievably soft afterwards. It was amazing value for money, and we would highly recommend it. Everything felt very professional, and as a woman visiting from the UK, I felt completely comfortable throughout.

A wonderful Riad with fantastic staff! They treated us so kindly, when we arrived we were welcomed at the door given a map of the area and showed to our room.
The room was spacious and clean, with lovely Moroccan decor. We booked a relaxing 90min massage for the following day, absolutely worth it!The area was quiet and calm. Getting there is a little tricky, however if you follow their instructions it should be no problem. Overall I highly recommend you book a Riad, you will get the full Moroccan experience and be treated very well.

Had a really bad experience and feel like we were SCAMMED out of our money and experience. We had booked a duo signature package and from the moment we got there, we were rushed. The lady performing the hammam rushed our baths and had the water so hot that my face was burning. The shampooing of the hair was barely 10 seconds long and just when I thought she will go a second round, she was rinsing the hair and rushing us out of the room. The clay body wrap she used was stuck to my private parts and was not rinsed out properly. I had to spend an hour getting a massage while other things were itchy due to the clay still being there. They don’t warn you that there will be a male in the massage room and undress you in front of the male in the room. The managers couldn’t care less about how your experience is going as when I tried to explain the whole situation, she just kept saying I don’t know. The whole experience is very unorganized and at times we were left without our clothes or any explanation as to what is happening next or where to go after. Money and time was wasted so please reconsider if you’re going. If your time slot happens to be in the evening, rest be assured they’ll rush you so they can get home! The owners/mangers need to do better! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!

My boyfriend and I had a relaxing couples hammam at Riad Al Ksar. It was our first hammam and the staff made us feel very comfortable. We enjoyed some delicious tea afterward. I would recommend!!!

We attended for a couples hammam and massage. It was a lovely experience, we were welcomed warmly, everything was smooth and both the hammam and massage were amazing! Great value too. Would recommend.
