I am currently staying at Sofitel Agadir and have had a wonderful experience so far. The hotel is peaceful, beautifully located, and the breakfast is excellent.
I would especially like to recognise Oumayma at reception, whose service has been truly outstanding. Having stayed at many luxury hotels in London and Dubai, I can confidently say that her level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeds international standards.
She has been incredibly helpful throughout my stay, assisting with all of my arrangements and appointments, regularly checking in, and ensuring everything has been perfect. She genuinely goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well looked after.
Thank you for such a lovely experience — I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

The hotel is very nice and located in the wonderful place near the end of Agadir beach. The territory is beautiful but only children pool is heated and people are hunting for towels in the morning. The rooms are modern and in good shape with comfy beds, but water pressure is not even and hot water could end if you want to fill in the bath. The breakfast is just excellent. I highly recommend to take a sport massage in Thalassa Spa with Rokaja - she is a world-class master. The lunch in the restaurant La Plage is very romantic and beautiful but do not order meat - both veal and lamb were too hard to chew. I liked their grilled fish and chicken and salads. Local vine was tasty. Excellent gym and long and broad promenade for jogging. If you wish to get a sunny room - you shall choose Prestige Room, Partial Sea View. If you prefer shade, choose Prestige Room, Panoramic Sea View or Prestige Suite, Pool and Sea View.

Lovely Hotel, and the staff were very friendly. Walking around agadir it was probably the most appealing hotel to me.
For the price the rooms were on the smaller side, however very comfortable.
My major issue was the price of the food and drink, it was basically twice the price or more of anywhere else.
On a side note the singing at night was a nice touch however there were two different singers in 7 nights singing the same songs.

We have just had the most amazing 5 day break here, firstly the staff were just amazing, so helpfull and just nice. Greeted round every corner, nothing too much. The pools are just amazing.
The only hotel with immediate beach access.
Amazing time of year to escape the winter blues. Abdul at the pool bar was just great. The food at the beach bar and restaurants is so good. We will be back xx
Some reviews say service slow but I would say it's just the relaxed pace and environment they've created. Just sit back relax x

An apt property to disconnect and rejuvenate
Staff across all departments were courteous and welcome.
Developing area : Housekeeping entered our room twice without waiting for us, unprofessional.
And cleanliness ; specific to Washrooms
For F&B ; cutlery and crockery not cleaned well.
The buffet breakfast, decent spread and good service
Must mention : Yassine at Front office & Abdel - Concierge; went beyond the call of duty.
Our stay impacted cause of misplaced luggage by Royal Morocco however these two people went beyond.
Do try the Tagine (Moroccan dish ) when staying at the property.
