Do not stay here.
Been the worse experience ever. It was mine and my other half’s first ever time doing an all inclusive holiday.
We got put in room 232, shoved in a corner with not even a proper balcony, there was exposed wires in the bathroom next to the shower, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and there was long brown hairs covering the bed. We asked to move and got put in a slightly better, smaller room.
Unless you was up before 6:30am you will not get a sun bed till around 4/5pm.
When the nighttime entertainment started at 9:30 there was not enough seats for everyone to sit down, we ended up having to stand at the side watching / taking part in. Or we ended up just going back to the room.
The food is awful! It is the same every day for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, they may occasionally change the meat on the buffet.
This hotel holds too many people to accommodate for. I have no idea how it got rated 4 star, it would be a 2 star at a push.

Had a great weeks stay here. We’re a group of 6 21 year old girls & it was the ideal hotel! A mix of people, staff were lovely & location very good. We particularly enjoyed aqua gym & water polo! Always very clean. Room was only let down by a very bad view of a wall. We recommend ‘Peter’s Place’ for food, drinks & karaoke & ‘48’ (fun pub) for drinks & dancing!

How do I start this review.
1st I don't know how people can give this hotel 5 stars? All I I say is this is the worst all inclusive hotel and we have travelled the world even to 3rd world country's.
The food is (if you can call it food) luke warm at best my wife had to buy her own cereal and didn't eat a lot she came home after a week and lost weight.
Cat's omg to many, on the chairs, sunbeds, in the hotel, in the restaurant people need to stop feeding them.
Games room well more like reject equipment which should be going to the dump.
The room... the duvet & pillows need replacing.
Bar service we didn't use the bar staff very rude.
Day Entertainment didn't happen the staff to interested in flirting with the young girls.
Night entertainment diabolical.
Sunday night day off but I think more like every day is a day off.
Check out is 12pm, our flight was late at night so we enquired about keeping the room.
12pm till 4pm £25
12pm till 6.30pm £65
If you don't pay and check out at 12pm they disconnect your wifi and you can't use any of the facilities.
Not suitable for people with walking issues or wheelchair user's.

I recently stayed at Club Shark Hotel in Bodrum, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for both relaxation and exploring the area. The rooms were well-kept, the pool area was always tidy, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful.
What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the amazing staff – especially the receptionist Zübeyir. From the moment I arrived, Zübeyir was incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready with a warm smile. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, answered all my questions patiently, and gave great local tips. His friendly and positive attitude made a real difference in my stay.
All the other staff members were also very kind and attentive – always making sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to find such genuinely helpful service across the board.
I highly recommend Club Shark Hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or enjoy the nightlife, this hotel is a great choice. And if you're lucky enough to be checked in by Zübeyir, you’re in very good hands!
