We spent one week at this hotel and overall we left very satisfied with our stay.
First of all, the biggest advantage was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and always happy to chat with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our holiday.
The food was tasty, although it was quite repetitive. This wasn’t a major issue because the meals were well prepared. The only disappointment was the desserts, which were often too soft, watery and sometimes a bit greasy. We would also have appreciated a wider selection of fresh fruit.
Another big advantage is the hotel’s location. The beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus, but in our opinion the distance is so short that it’s easier and more enjoyable to walk than wait for a crowded bus.
The hotel cooperates with two beach clubs, Miami Beach and Roy’s Beach, where hotel guests can use sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing in the morning, making it a great place to unwind. Later in the afternoon, however, the beach clubs become much livelier with music and parties.
The area around the hotel is quite lively, with many bars and clubs nearby. Despite this, we always felt safe, both during the day and at night. There are also plenty of local shops where you can buy souvenirs, clothes and other items.
We personally used the free sunbeds at Miami Beach. Unfortunately, our experience with the staff there was disappointing. Even when the beach was almost empty and many sunbeds were available, we were always directed to the back rows. We also had the impression that guests using the free hotel sunbeds were treated less favourably than paying customers. Of course, this was just our personal experience, but we felt it was worth mentioning.
Our room was clean upon arrival, cleaned every day, and the towels were replaced daily, so we have no complaints about housekeeping.
As for the negatives, the swimming pool is quite small and gets crowded quickly. There are also not enough sunbeds around the pool or enough tables and chairs for guests, especially during the evening entertainment, making it difficult to find a place to sit after around 9 p.m.
Another issue is that nobody seems to supervise what happens at the pool. Some guests, especially groups of British tourists and locals, were jumping into the pool without paying attention to others, splashing people around them and throwing balls that often hit other guests. Unfortunately, no one intervened, which sometimes made it difficult to relax.
The hotel also offers lunch boxes for guests spending the day away from the hotel, which is a nice idea. However, the contents were very disappointing: one slice of toast with a slice of ham and cheese, one cherry tomato and two small pieces of cucumber. We believe this could definitely be improved.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. Although there are a few areas that could be improved, the excellent hotel staff, cleanliness, tasty food and convenient location made our holiday a very pleasant experience.

Totally disappointed…
We chose this hotel based on the reviews, but we had a terrible experience.
The hotel is not 4*, more like 2/3*, no improvements or renovations whatsoever.
We had all inclusive, but we had a terrible food poisoning both myself and my husband.
The spa, the worst I ever been. We paid £30 for 1h, which i didn’t stay more than 40 min, from which the lady spent 10 min on her phone. ( The towels in there smelled sooooo bad)
The swimming pool closes at 6.
The rooms big, 2 bottles of water everyday, but no kettle, coffees or tea.
The location is close (10min walking) to the public beach, but Gumbet area quite bad.
Flabbergasted…
I gave 2 stars , because of the staff , they deserve 5, they were really nice, the waitress, the guy that great us when we came and help us with the luggage, the cleaning ladies, really friendly and warm people.

Best location at the heart of gumbet pubs restaurants shops 2 min walk.
Rooms modern and nice food was fantastic.
Highly recommended for couples or family with kids.
Free beach transfers with free sunbeds can not fault the place one bit.

Had a great weeks stay here. We’re a group of 6 21 year old girls & it was the ideal hotel! A mix of people, staff were lovely & location very good. We particularly enjoyed aqua gym & water polo! Always very clean. Room was only let down by a very bad view of a wall. We recommend ‘Peter’s Place’ for food, drinks & karaoke & ‘48’ (fun pub) for drinks & dancing!

How do I start this review.
1st I don't know how people can give this hotel 5 stars? All I I say is this is the worst all inclusive hotel and we have travelled the world even to 3rd world country's.
The food is (if you can call it food) luke warm at best my wife had to buy her own cereal and didn't eat a lot she came home after a week and lost weight.
Cat's omg to many, on the chairs, sunbeds, in the hotel, in the restaurant people need to stop feeding them.
Games room well more like reject equipment which should be going to the dump.
The room... the duvet & pillows need replacing.
Bar service we didn't use the bar staff very rude.
Day Entertainment didn't happen the staff to interested in flirting with the young girls.
Night entertainment diabolical.
Sunday night day off but I think more like every day is a day off.
