The hotel was easy to reach, and there were convenient parking spaces nearby, which made our arrival smooth. However, when we first arrived at the reception, we didn’t feel particularly welcomed. There were several guests checking in at the same time, and the gentleman at the desk had to go back and forth between different entrances, which created some confusion.
Once we settled into our room, we found it to be very clean and comfortable. Still, it was a bit disappointing that there was only one chair in a double room, which slightly reduced the overall comfort. Another issue was that no hotel slippers were provided. When we called the reception, we were told that none were available — probably because the season had already ended — and no alternative solution was offered. As we hadn’t brought any ourselves, we had to wear our shoes inside the room.
There were also no personal care items provided, except for shampoo, soap, and body lotion. I’ve never stayed at a hotel before that didn’t at least offer a basic set of toiletries.
The beds were clean and comfortable, but when we requested room cleaning, the staff only made the beds — no sheets or linens were changed, even though we expected a full refresh.
In terms of noise, the hotel was generally quiet. However, on Monday morning, we were woken up very early by the sound of construction machinery right next to our room. We later learned that the hotel management had decided to build a storage area, but this work should not have started so early in the morning.
The breakfast area had a wide variety of options, but most seemed to be designed with foreign tourists in mind. For example, sweet baked beans at breakfast felt quite unusual for local guests. The hot dishes were not very tasty and rather limited, and the overall quality of the products could have been better. Because of that, although we stayed for five days, we only had breakfast there twice and chose to eat outside the other days.
The hotel has a swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was not clean. There were dead insects, leaves, and other debris floating inside, which clearly showed it was not cleaned regularly.
There is also a path from the back of the hotel that leads directly to the beach, which was nice. However, due to the wind, the sea there was quite dirty, so I wouldn’t recommend swimming in that area.
Finally, during check-out, we struggled to carry our luggage because the hotel layout requires guests to use many stairs, and there was no alternative route or assistance offered for this.
Overall, the stay had some positive aspects — especially the cleanliness of the room and its convenient location — but there were several areas that could definitely be improved in terms of service, comfort, and maintenance.

The hotel was modern, clean, large swimming pool and separate pool with slides for kids. The breakfast included each morning was great, so many choices of cheese, bread, cereals, meats, hot dishes and lovely freshly made omelettes. Rooms were cleaned daily. Set just a few meters back from the beach in a very quite part of Gumbet, in a calm and sheltered bay which was great for swimming. We walked into Bodrum Marina which took 20 minutes, lots of senic walks over the hills and around the bay also. What I really appreciated was when my sister arrived they gave us a large family room with kitchenett at no extra cost. It was November so the hotel wasn't full. There is also a haman & spa on site. Highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I stayed for two nights. Overall, the stay was good. The hotel restaurant was not active, and the location makes access to other restaurants a bit difficult. However, the hotel’s breakfast room was active and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, everything was fine.

The hotel itself was nice, and the kitchen was convenient to use. Breakfast was also good. However, the doors were really poor in quality. Another thing that surprised me was the extra fee for the WiFi — this is the first time I've ever heard of a hotel charging separately for internet. It would be much better if WiFi was included in the room price.

Excellent and outstanding customer service. Big thanks to the whole team.We had a few hiccups in the beginning, but Erkan from reception went out of the way to sort it out and make our stay very comfortable.
Location is quite far from the marina but beautiful and just a short walk from the windmills. Make sure to go up there for a beautiful view.
Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good.
