This hotel truly deserves 5 stars. Everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The swimming pools were excellent, and the pool area was beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained. The pool bar was great, with a wonderful atmosphere and excellent service.
The restaurant was another highlight—the food was delicious, everything was clean and beautifully presented, and the prices were surprisingly affordable.
The only minor issue I noticed was that the shower water temperature fluctuated every few seconds, alternating between hot and cold. However, this was a very small inconvenience compared to all the amazing things this hotel offers and certainly didn't affect the overall experience.
I was honestly a bit skeptical because of the very high rating before booking, but after my stay I can confidently say it deserves every single positive review. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I think the most telling fact is that after staying a couple of days we canceled our next destination and added an extra week to our stay. The rooms are large and clean with thankfully very good AC. The included breakfast is vast, offering variety for those looking for authentic Turkish breakfast as well as those less adventurous. They have amenities for most levels of interests from a cool lounge to seat back and read to a pool with a slide section and games. The back let's out into the park running along the beach for easy nearby access to everything and just outside is the local bus that can get you to anything further. And the staff was absolutely wonderful and willing to help with anything even if it occasionally required Google translate. The only warning is a warning for all of Bodrum - expect stairs. There is a small tucked away elevator in the main building for accessibility but the rooms are in 3 storey towers so if you have an issue with stairs, make sure to request 1st floor.

Excellent stay at Bodrum Beach Resort, everything was perfect from A to Z! A big thank you to Eren at the reception, who was very kind, friendly, and always available to help us. He was very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. A great person who really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team, we will definitely come back with great pleasure!

We had a wonderful stay. Room was great, spacious and the great surprise is the calm second pool that we did not know about/ it was in front of our room and never more than like 5 persons so we could really rest there. Ayten at the reception was very nice and helpful. A lot of cats around. 5’ walk from the beach and we loved to walk to the city center as well. We would definitely go back

I wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy. Our stay from 16/06/2026–23/06/2026 was extremely disappointing due to poor customer service, lack of communication, and low hospitality standards.
The hotel has no lifts, meaning all guests must use stairs, which made carrying luggage difficult and would be especially challenging for elderly guests, families, or anyone with mobility issues.
The Wi-Fi barely worked throughout our stay, forcing us to spend extra money on mobile data just to stay connected. Our room also didn’t have a bin anywhere, which is shocking for a hotel.
The worst part was the customer service. Staff, particularly some female staff members at the reception, made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We felt they treated white guests with more respect and attention, while we, as Asians, felt ignored and discriminated against.
There were also clear communication issues among staff. We were told we could pay for room service at checkout, but the next day multiple staff members came to our door demanding immediate payment. Late checkout was also inconsistently handled our request was instantly denied, while our friends were told to check again later.
Housekeeping was poor, with rooms never cleaned properly. On our final day, the hotel’s water supply completely stopped, meaning we couldn’t even use the bathroom before leaving.
We were also concerned about safety after another guest told us their room doors had been found open, and staff did nothing when informed.
Even at checkout, there was no courtesy or concern about our experience. Overall, this hotel failed in customer service, cleanliness, communication, accessibility, and guest safety. We left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and deeply unhappy. I strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
