The staff are great, the pool bar bartender was really helpful, chef always helping and cooked a good variety. Room was fine, only issues were the doors could not open all the way as restricted space. Balcony very small and not the best view, but overall actually really enjoyed the experience, pool area was really nice much improvement since our last visit, location is perfect in my opinion as everything is very close by.

The hotel is beautiful without a doubt the food is delicious and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect and close to everything you could need, lots of shops, pharmacy’s and the local beach with stunning restaurants.
My main negative comment is the rooms. The standard rooms are absolutely awful. (I don’t say this lightly) We booked the standard room and it was nothing like the photos, potentially generative AI. I have to agree with the other review here it was like a prison cell. I have never been in a room that bad. There was mould all along the shower and bath, the bath was stained and there was holes in the towels. The room was outdated and small. For the money that was paid this was super disappointing.
I spoke to reception the moment we saw it and asked to be moved. They said that where we checked in early it wasn’t ready and that wasn’t the case due to the state it was in. We managed to move to a new room and it was stunning. We did have to pay €400 extra which again was really disappointing but we couldn’t stay in the other room it was dirty and just so worn down. The gentleman at the reception when we got there also thought we were very early but we were in fact late due to a delayed flight and didn’t really know what he was doing. They were slightly unorganised with this. There is not much cleaning of the rooms either. There is Wi-FI but it doesn’t reach the pool area and cuts out regularly. There are minimal snacks and you aren’t (supposedly but guests did) allowed to bring your own by the pool. Toilets by the pool are clean but tissue bins aren’t changed regularly so dirty tissue ends up over the floor.
We were lucky to actually get into a room to freshen up after travelling all day as check in isn’t actually till 3pm… So beware of this if your flight is early. Lots of people waiting around to check in to their rooms.
The bar and kitchen staff are absolutely lovely but aren’t always there so you do have to get them sometimes when you would like a drink which can be inconvenient. The hotel is going through renovation and it does look really great. The food is lovely but does lack variety pizza was served 3 nights in a row. The all inclusive drinks menu is very limited.
There is no music or entertainment during the day and the hotel is more boutique style so if you like more going on, and more to do this wouldn’t be for you (remember this is a hotel not resort) If you drink a lot of water, obviously you will when you’re hot 😂 they have the most ridiculous rule that you can’t fill up your water bottle, so you have to spend more money on water to stay hydrated unless you want to put it in to a small cup. For someone like me and my boyfriend who drinks a lot of water this is inconvenient and also very disappointing due to the price that was paid there is also no water in the room.
We didn’t have an issue getting a sun lounger at all. The sun loungers are open from 10am and shut at 6pm again if you like an early rise and want to be in the sun early you can’t but sun loungers and pool loungers are beautiful and really comfy! The pool is lovely and recently renovated but there is lots of dead flys floating about but the water is tested regularly.
A shout out to Luigi, Fred, Ana. Also the lovely (petite) girl with long brown hair at reception (didn’t get her name, sorry) They made our holiday special and was always so happy and really pleasant to speak too!
All in all this hotel is lovely just be aware of the room situation and rules that are put in place. I don’t think we would return there are local hotels in the area which are much nicer. I would say this hotel is more 3* not 4* I think once renovations are complete and small changes are made it could be 4*

We stayed here for a week all inclusive. It's a small hotel which does a great job in offering a good variety of food and drink.
The rooms are outdated but do what you need. Like many others the shower did leak but as long as you popped another towel down it was fine.
Plenty of room around the pool, couple nights of entertainment too. Great location, easy access to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants.
There was a enough choice meal wise, though a few more signs would be good. Drinks were great, you did have to ask for service sometimes as they didn't keep someone on the pool bar but you never waited long.
It's not 5 star but the price reflects this and we had a lovely stay!

I stayed at Sergios Hotel for five nights with my mate in October, paying around £70 per night between the two of us. We arrived quite late, around 1am, and were warmly greeted by Stellios at the front desk, whose big smile instantly made us feel welcome. The 24-hour reception was a huge relief. something I couldn’t confirm when booking, so I called ahead after landing to make sure we’d be able to check in.
Stellios quickly checked us in, handled the room tax, and handed over our key. Since we’d missed dinner, he mentioned the team had prepared some food for us to enjoy once we’d dropped off our bags. We stayed in room 504 at the back of the hotel, which was lovely spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with stylish touches like black taps and shower fittings.
After settling in, we came downstairs to find a light meal waiting: cold cuts, cheese, dolmades, and bread. It was delicious and exactly what we needed after a long travel day. The room had a double bed, but we preferred two singles, so Stellios made a note and the cleaning team switched the mattress topper the next day. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
We also had a small balcony with a chair and table facing south, offering a great view of the sunset over the mountains. The blackout curtains did an excellent job, and after a couple of nights, we requested an extra pillow for more support, which was brought up promptly.
The food at the restaurant was consistently excellent. The head chef deserves real credit, the dishes were always cooked beautifully and offered plenty of variety, from Greek classics like moussaka, stifado, and lamb sheesh kebabs to fresh salads, pasta, and a great selection of desserts. There was also fresh watermelon every day, perfect for snacking by the pool. Drinks were self-serve, including soft drinks, juice, water, beer, and both red and white wine.
Cocktails from the bar were lovely, and a special shoutout goes to Sofia, Fred, Luigi, and Mark at the bar, who were all fantastic, always cheerful, friendly, and up for a chat. Even when things got busy, they made sure everyone was looked after with a smile. All of the bar, restaurant, and front desk staff were so welcoming, creating such a positive and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay.
On our last day, checkout was at 11am, and since the hotel was fully booked, we couldn’t extend our stay. However, we were still able to use the pool and all-inclusive facilities until our airport transfer at 9pm, which was a huge bonus. There’s even a shower room behind reception where we could freshen up before leaving—such a thoughtful touch.
I honestly loved my stay so much that I’ve already booked to return next October.
See you in 2026, Hotel Sergios! Can we please have room 504 again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it fully met our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and regularly serviced, which made for a very pleasant experience. The food was varied and tasty, offering something for everyone each day. The hotel’s location in the center of Hersonissos made it easy to explore the surrounding area — all the main attractions were literally within arm's reach. What’s more, the hotel has a more intimate, cozy atmosphere compared to larger resorts, which made the experience feel even more personal and relaxing.
However, what truly made our stay memorable was the incredible bartender, Luigi. He is a genuinely warm-hearted and open person, full of charisma and positive energy. Luigi has a unique gift for making people smile — whether through a friendly conversation, a well-timed joke, or simply his welcoming presence. Despite his fun and outgoing nature, he remains professional and dedicated to his work, performing all his duties with care and precision. Luigi is the kind of person who turns an ordinary evening at the bar into a highlight of your trip. He doesn’t just serve drinks — he creates an atmosphere. People like him are rare, and he absolutely deserves special recognition for the way he connects with guests and makes them feel at home.
Thank you, Luigi, for your kindness and for making our stay truly unforgettable!
