Perfect destination. Location was spot on, we felt it was much better not to be in the more touristy areas like Oia and Fira, but both were in easy distance for sightseeing. We hired a car which reception arranged for us in about 3 minutes and it was not expensive for just a little get around. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach and all the restaurants and bars and is flat so easy for anyone to get to.
The hotel itself is amazing. Staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and all areas of the hotel are kept really clean. Pools are all lovely, we preferred the quieter pools around the hotel to the main one outside the bar and resturant, not that there was anything wrong with it, the others were just quieter. The food is really good quality and generous portion sizes. We went full board and for the evening meal it is set and 4 courses. Choice of 2 starters, salad and dessert but generally 3 options for meat or vegetarian option. I found it a lot of food and often couldn't get through it all. We did however on a few nights eat down by the beach to give us more variety. For lunch I'd recommend the caesar salad, pizzas or club sandwich, all were so good!
Our room was lovely, always kept clean and perfectly cool with the air con. I found the bed really comfortable too. The shower was a large rainforest type but I didn't find it that great and ended up using the little one as it was easier for hair washing and seemed more effective that the larger one.
Overall I can't fault this hotel, its perfect in every way and if I go back to Santorini I'd definitely look to return, especially to the new suites located over the road!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. The hotel is beautiful, with clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms that were maintained to a high standard throughout our 11 day stay.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The hotel also has plenty of pools and sunbeds, so there was always space to relax.
The food was also great. A great variety of options for breakfast, and we also enjoyed the lunches and dinner at the hotel.
Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Beautiful surroundings, fantastic facilities, delicious food and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow!! Are the only words I currently have.
I’ve just returned from a stay here for the weekend, visited with my other half, we came across this hotel and thought we would check it out and genuinely lost for words.
The hospitality was unmatched, all staff we came across were extremely polite, well mannered and eager to help with absolutely anything. Alexandra, specifically often went above and beyond to ensure everything was ok, from calling reception on our behalf to bringing drinks immediately.
We stayed in the luxury suites section which is a little more secluded and we had a room with outdoor hot tub which was beautiful and warm. The resort was clean throughout with plenty of choice for pools with beds. Service 10/10.
Breakfast incredible choice, buffet style, there really is something for everyone.
We also dined at the on site Lydia restaurant for lunch one day and for dinner another day, again food was amazing!
The resort was absolutely spotless not a spec of dirt anywhere! The grounds itself so nice to walk around too.
It is also just a few minutes walk from the black sand beach which was a nice experience especially if the sun is out. Lots of mini markets, shops and other restaurants to explore.
I just want to thank all of the staff once again for making us feel welcome the very moment we walked through the front doors we can not wait to return again!

Amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the location was perfect. A special mention to Adonis, the hotel manager, who made our stay even more memorable with his professionalism, kindness, and exceptional attention to detail. His hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again

The Kastelli Resort is a beautiful property a short walk to Kamari Beach. We stayed in the Luxury Suites which is a separate area with a limited number of well-appointed rooms and its own pool, though we had access to the main pool and all amenities as well. We loved having the private hot tub off of our room, it was a terrific way to wind down at the end of a day of exploring - highly recommend! The breakfast has everything you could possibly imagine and is well worth including. All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, especially Alexandra who referred to us by name and anticipated any needs! Shout out to the staffer who manages luggage for deftly dealing with our many heavy bags! We loved our 4 day stay here and are already dreaming about coming back.
