My husband and I stayed at the Kastelli Luxury suites for our wedding last year and they were nothing short of perfect. The room was spacious, modern, light and well stocked - we really could not fault. The pool is private for the suites which is perfect however the swim up room which we had often had the bed in the shade. Our host was faultless, she booked everything we needed, made recommendations when we weren’t sure of where to go and kept us organised and informed.
Hotel guests cannot come into the luxury suites however the suites guests can go into the main resort which meant we could have our privacy but also see our family on the other side.
The suites were pricey however compared to similar in Imerovigli, they were half the price of those so somewhat reasonable.
Location is perfect as one street down from the main pedestrianised road with all restaurants and bars however far enough back to not be bothered by noise.
This is our second time staying as we stayed in the main hotel in an ‘Executive Room’ previously with a semi-private small pool. We enjoyed both times equally.
The food is good with a huge variety buffet breakfast however probably not 5* standard compared to the rest of Europe. Regardless, it was delicious and everyone enjoyed it.
The bar prices are similar to the surrounding area.
Atmosphere and amenities are great. We used the gym and spa and even had a treatment which was fantastic.
We will keep coming back here when we return to Santorini.

Wow!!! Where do we start!!… we booked 14 rooms for ourselves and family for our wedding for 1 week, and from the moment we arrived Adonis (the hotel manager) was absolutely incredible!! So accommodating and friendly, he did everything he could to make sure we had the most wonderful time. The rooms are beautiful!!.. so spacious and modern but classic. The hotel is absolutely stunning! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were out of this world!!!! The location is absolutely PERFECT!! 3 minutes to the beach and shops/bars/restaurants. From our 84 year old grandparents to our 1 year old niece we all had the most perfect week. I cried so much when we left, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I will recommend this hotel to every single person I know!!! Thank you to all the wonderful staff and this beautiful hotel for making our trip completely unforgettable

We had a truly perfect stay at this 5-star hotel in the heart of Kamari, Santorini. The location is excellent! just a few minutes walk from the lively promenade, full of restaurants, bars, and shops. Our room was very comfortable and included a private balcony with a view of the pool , a wonderful place to start and end the day. The hotel offers one large swimming pool with a cool pool bar and super comfortable sunbeds, as well as three smaller pools for a more private and relaxing experience.
The staff were outstanding.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our holiday unforgettable. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Santorini.
***There are a few small comments:
1. There is a bad smell in the shower.
2. Breakfast could be much better.

Phenomenal experience from start to end. Arrived early and was not only given access to my room but given an incredible upgrade to a swim up suite. Greeted by Raphaella who was the star of the experience and her service was perfection. Could not have been happier with this resort and would recommend to anyone who wants a true luxury experience in Santorini.

First we stayed in the swim-up suite, a nice and comfortable room, also nicely designed. However, the air conditioning made a ticking sound, even when it was switched off. It woke us up several times. Nevertheless we enjoyed the room.
We also stayed in the honeymoon suite for a few nights, but that was very disappointing. The room was fine, but the hot tub (the main feature of this suite) didn't work properly. The jets only worked for 10 seconds, after which you had to press the button again. And it was not easy (you need to press deep and with force). It was impossible to enjoy it, so we left the tub.
Next day they fixed it and said it would work for 5 minutes. We tested it, and it looked fine. But when we got in later, it was back to seconds again. So, we couldn't use the hot tub. I filed a complaint, and they confirmed the timer was still broken. But their response was that the temperature was fine and the jets were working. Sorry, I don't call this "working". We wanted to enjoy and relax with our eyes closed thinking about Santorini. Not pressing a button every few seconds (which is behind your back and hard to press as well). It's like watching a movie, but every 10 seconds the tv switches off, and the remote is behind you. It's an expensive suite, so we expected a more serious response from a luxury 5-star resort. We paid for something that we couldn't use.
The staff is great though and very helpful (thanks Rafaela for taking care).
+ The looks of the resort and pools, large rooms, helpful staff, cava at breakfast, we had dinner in the restaurant once and it was really good.
- Simple breakfast (poor selection), fruits didn't look fresh every day, also the salad looked a bit wilted, coffee was really bad but fortunately we had Nespresso in the room, and of course the non-working hot tub.
