I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I have put off writing it because it was so hard to describe how great this hotel is. First, Georgia and her front desk staff are by far the nicest, most helpful people. We stayed here for a week and by the end of the stay we felt like family. Every person on staff, from front desk, to Dimitrios at the bar, to the cleaning staff was so incredibly kind. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. For instance, the shower didn’t have a place to hold my toiletry bottles so I
Moved the luggage rack in the shower. Not a great move but I needed something to also prop my leg for shaving. That afternoon someone had brought me a little plastic bench to hold my things. They noticed I had a need and filled it without my asking. They gave the best restaurant recommendations, made reservations and always got a car service for us. We felt so lucky to have them all.
Secondly the hotel is beautiful. It’s so clean, and peaceful.
Truly a gem. We highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Astro Palace was truly amazing! The staff is extremely friendly, warm, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the ambience is simply beautiful, calm, elegant, and relaxing. Their hospitality is commendable. They went above and beyond by allowing us a late check-out since we were traveling with our 1-year-old and had an evening flight. Such a thoughtful and considerate gesture!
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained with all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent, close to the main town Fira yet peaceful for a relaxing stay. The pool area is stunning and perfect for unwinding.
Overall, an unforgettable experience with exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santorini!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect for relaxation and privacy.accessible going to the center town like less than 10mins walk.The staffs are very accommodating especially to the receptionists they are very welcoming and smiling.😍 To dining staffs also very good service. To house keeping they were nice they always keep the room tidy everyday. Take note,they have perfect

Such an amazing hotel!! Katerina, Lia, Demetrius, and everyone else were so amazing. They treat you so great from the second you walk in the door and they basically planned our whole itinerary for us. They’d even call and make our dinner reservations for us and would make sure we’re always doing well. They picked us up from the port when we arrived off of our ferry and they gave us transportation everywhere we went. The food and drinks were also amazing. I felt like I became friends with so many of the workers just being there for a few days. They make you feel so comfortable and I would visit Santorini every year just for this hotel. 10/10 recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Astro Palace. The number one thing that stood out about this hotel is the exceptional service and how nice all of the staff are. The hotel is in a great location close to Fira town but the only downside is that you have to walk up a long hill to get there. Also, while the hotel is fantastic for the price I paid for the upgraded Astro Suite I could have stayed in a hotel in the mountain in Oia. The value you get for the price could be better. Overall, there’s nothing bad I can say about the hotel. We had a great experience there.
Some tips for improvement for the hotel:
- put an iron/steamer in the room
- have a waiter walk around the private pool area every 30-45 mins or so to see if any guests want to order a drink
- for the breakfast buffet, it would be nice having someone making fresh eggs/omelettes for each individual guest
