I would like to give 5 stars to Edmond at reception who handled our check-in. He was extremely professional, kind, and helpful, and kindly upgraded our room to a suite. He was the only positive part of our stay and truly deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the hotel experience itself is closer to a 1-star level rather than a 5-star property.
From the beginning, while the entrance looked fine and check-in was smooth, the issues started immediately after going to the rooms.
Cleanliness was poor across the hotel. Corridors and rooms were not properly maintained, with visible dirt and stains on furniture. We also found brown stains on multiple towels, which is completely unacceptable.
Breakfast was extremely disappointing. A very strong unpleasant smell in the restaurant made it impossible for us to eat anything. The odor was so bad it caused nausea and we had to leave immediately without having breakfast.
The swimming pool area also had a strong sewage-like smell, making it unusable and very unpleasant.
Overall, aside from Edmond’s excellent service, the hotel failed in cleanliness, hygiene, and basic comfort standards. We would not return.

I had a short stay in Radisson Blu for 2 days. during this period i have experience multiple facilities in hotel´s resort. which was located just across the road. awesome gym with Clean and green smooth atmosphere. Staffs were so kind helpful and their guidance made me Very comfortable. I had a best buffet with local Cuisne which was new for me. New place new things remarkable journey of my life.
therefor, Awesome hospitality! i too recommend beautiful people to visit once. i am petty sure once will make ur visit twice.

We came to check-in on first day of Eid, the hotel entrance was very crowded with cars, it took us more than 30 mins to give the car for valley.
There were only 3 employees taking care of checking in, the process was very slow, it took almost two hours!
Mr. Akshay, is one of the most careless hotel employees I have ever met, he simply said sorry to keep you waiting with a very cold face, and when I asked about compensation for the lost two hours, he didn't bother taking any action, he was trying to get rid of me by saying you can spend the last day in hotel facilities but he didn't accept to exend the check-out time!
When I wanted to clarify about the total bill amount he was not bothered about it, just wanted to collect the amount and finish his job, he even clearly told me, if you dont like it, you can cancel your booking! This is after two hours waiting in the queue with very hot lobby as the door kept being opened and the temperature was too high.
Room service didn't clean the room till the third day, after multiple calls and follow ups. The cleaning guy didn’t seem to be knowing what he is doing and didn't speak proper English, and he was rude as well, he was complaining to my wife that the room is messy! This is something i have never faced in any hotel before, we asked for Shampoo and he brought shower gel and kept insisting that both are same! He used the same mop for cleaning the toilets and the room floor as well, this was the most disgusting thing, specially that we were praying in the room, and finally, we were shocked when we saw him simply washing the mugs in the room by just using the toilet sink and his hands! Not sure what kind of hygiene standards this hotel has!!
The house keeping call guy was not better, he hanged up the phone on me while I was following up for the extra pillows and blanket which took more than one hour, till the kids actually got sleep without them.
All house keeping requests needed multiple calls and follow ups till they happen. In one of my follow up calls for cleaning up the room, the guy on the phone told me he is sending the house keeping manager to meet me in person, though I didn't ask for that, yet no one bothered to come!!
Breakfast was very limited, not much options, and every day was exactly the same.
The rooms are not sound proof at all, we kept hearing the people in the room next to us as if they were sitting with us, even at night, couldn't sleep because of of the snoring noise coming from the next room!
AC unit seems to be oversized, it was too noisy even at low speed and the room will be freezing in few mins.
Hotel didn't have any in house facilities, even the beach and the pool are actually on the opposite side of the road and they belong to a specific club, this means, many outsiders were there, and every time we needed to go the beach or pools we had to cross the main street wearing our swim suites. And by the way they were not allowing to take the towels back to the hotel, so kids had to cross the road fully wet and feeling cold as well.
In short words if you need luxury experience then this is not yhe right place.

Event at Radisson Blu
Joan Duron (the events manager) is exceptional. She helped organise a ladies only event last year so we knew we were in good hands this year. Yet again, as promised she delivered.
We met to discuss the venue layout, menu and pricing and she was able to meet our precise specifications with professionalism and warmth. When the meeting was over my friend and I went to the coffee shop and she kindly said the lattes were on her. This simple gesture showed an extra touch that was appreciated.
We met again a few days before the event to finalise and smooth over last minute issues such as ensuring the tech was in place for the sound and food allergies were considered.
The event itself was stunning and the 100 women enjoyed a closed environment where they were able to socialise and glam up. Joan also helped with last min issues such as needing hangers for the coat stand- things we had simply forgotten. Daniel the IT manager came to our rescue when our iPad wouldn’t connect and he eased our concerns. The team work well together and made the process stress free for us.
Food was fantastic and the price point was excellent value. Can’t recommend this enough if you are planning a special event.

The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and ideally located. Cleanliness is impeccable throughout the property. The pool, spa, gym, and beach areas are exceptionally well kept and create a truly luxurious atmosphere. The food quality is excellent and very reasonably priced for the level of service offered. I particularly enjoyed the coffee from the café, as well as the outstanding breakfast service provided by Subrat, which added a very personal and memorable touch to the experience.
A minor area for improvement would be the frequent security bag checks when accessing the pool, as well as providing clearer information at check-in regarding hotel policies and which bars are included versus independently operated.
Aside from this, the experience was flawless. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return, especially for a family stay with children.
