Easily the worst “5-star” I’ve ever stayed in and that’s really saying something. This place is not even suitable to advertise itself as a 3-star hotel, the quality is closer to a road-side motel in a flyover state. I don’t know how they can legally refer to themselves as a 5-star hotel.
The lobby looks like it’s straight out of the 1960s. The check-in process is a complete chaos free-for-all. There is 0 help with your bags.
The hallways smell terrible, the rooms smell even worse. Like absolutely revolting and disgusting smell in the rooms. Staining everywhere, the furniture is old and chipped, the windows are disgustingly dirty.
There’s no universal wall outlet (???) in the rooms? Which is simply astounding to see in a “5-star” hotel situated in an international city, truely baffling. I called the front desk to request one, they had none available, recommended I buy my own. The person was nice enough to assist in ordering it for me and even brought it up to me, which was very kind.
I saw reviews that the WiFi wasn’t working 3 weeks prior to my booking, thinking it was a temporary issue, and it STILL wasn’t working by the time I stayed there. No compensation. Just “sorry not working”. What kind of “5-star” lets a major amenity not be available for more than 3 weeks?
Best of all, I read other’s complaints here about receiving too few towels, I received literally 0 towels upon check-in! I had to call down to the front desk just to get *a single* towel. After 30 minutes, I called back again because nobody brought me *a* towel yet. After 45 minutes, a single (1) towel finally arrived.
DO NOT stay here and expect a 5-star, it is closer to a 2-star and that’s being generous. What an absolute joke.

I stay 5 days and in 5 days they can't able to fix the wifi. No wifi is available in the hotel.
Restaurant at ground floor has food quality below average. Better to order from out side or explore out side restaurants.
Room service is very bad. Smell coming from the towels, towels are very old. Detergent using for cleaning has bad smell. Dispite continu calling to housekeeping, outcome is very slow.
Location is very good, near to park and corniche sea side. Building and view is very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Corniche Hotel, Abu Dhabi! We booked 3 deluxe rooms but were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to 2 spacious suites with a stunning sea-facing view. The rooms were massive, featuring separate living and bedroom areas and two beautiful bathrooms. The location is excellent — right near the beach, shopping complexes, and grocery stores. Room service was quick and courteous.
We also tried their à la carte lunch — the chicken biryani (around 40 dirhams) took a bit of time to prepare but was absolutely worth the wait, delicious and well-prepared.
The only small downside was the complimentary breakfast, which had limited options compared to what we experienced at Premier Inn in Dubai. But overall, it was a great stay and excellent value for money! Highly recommended.

I booked a room here for my cousin Peeyush, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The Wi-Fi in the rooms does not work at all, he had to sit in the lobby just to attend an online meeting. The room itself was poorly maintained, with broken lights that needed repair. To make things worse, the reception staff were unresponsive and even rude when we requested assistance.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against spending your money here. There are definitely better and more reliable options available!

I had a pleasant stay at Corniche Abu Dhabi. My room was classy and had a great city view on the 15th floor. The pool is nice, and gym is pretty well-equipped with machines and free weights. Free garage parking was also a huge plus. For breakfast, I would recommend walking to Free Palmer across the street as they have an incredible buffet for the same price. Overall, Corniche Hotel is a bit far from the beach 15-20 min walk), but I would recommend staying here.
