Worst hotel experience ever. Stay away from Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi.
Our stay at Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi was an absolute nightmare and one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
The most shocking issue was that yellow-colored water was supplied to our room. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be a premium property. What made matters even worse was that the hotel never informed us in advance that water tank cleaning was taking place. Guests have every right to know about such maintenance before checking in.
The room itself was poorly maintained and lacked even the most basic amenities. There was no arrival kit, no bathroom mat, and the bedsheets were dirty, making us seriously question the hotel's hygiene standards. The room was simply not fit for guests.
Because of these unacceptable conditions, we had no choice but to check out early and spend additional money on another hotel. During our checkout, the hotel staff clearly assured us that we would receive a refund for the remaining two nights. However, once we left, the hotel conveniently denied making that promise. This kind of dishonest and misleading behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of integrity.
The staff was equally disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the issues, they were uncooperative, indifferent, and showed no concern for guest satisfaction. Their attitude only made an already terrible experience even worse.
We wasted our money, lost valuable vacation time, and endured unnecessary stress because of this hotel. A hotel that cannot provide clean water, clean bedding, basic room amenities, or honor commitments made to its guests should seriously reconsider its standards of hospitality.
We strongly advise travelers to avoid Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi at all costs. There are far better hotels in Abu Dhabi that value cleanliness, honesty, and customer service. We will never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked this hotel through Agoda for one night because I planned to visit Yas Waterworld the next morning. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from the moment I arrived.
The valet staff told me to park the car myself because they were busy, then left without guiding me to the hotel entrance or helping with luggage. I parked in Basement 2 at the back side of the hotel, and the only lift there was out of order. There was no alternative lift available, so I had to walk all the way up from Basement 2 to the ground floor and then around to the front side entrance carrying my luggage by myself.
Inside the hotel, there was an unpleasant smell and the furniture looked old and poorly maintained. I immediately requested cancellation, and thankfully the reception staff handled it professionally and agreed to cancel the booking free of charge.
The room rate was far too expensive for the quality and service provided. In my opinion, this hotel does not even deserve AED 80 per night. I appreciate the helpful reception staff, but overall I would not recommend staying here.

Disappointed we book for holiday staycation we expect good service but when time we arrived at hotel we are waiting almost 1/haft hour to occupied the room for us very bad service the reception only 1 person assist as and less staff to accommodated the guest..when we come our room i disappoint inside no tissue, towels are old and dirty bathroom is licking room are not totally clean and net as we expect in picture..the pool also are not really clean its old and smiled something that i cannot explain! bad experience not worthy in our payment.😔😣👎👎

The room itself is not that bad but there was this weird smell all over thr corridor and little bit in the room as well. The view is nice if you get the sea facing room though.
