I booked this hotel through Agoda for one night because I planned to visit Yas Waterworld the next morning. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from the moment I arrived.
The valet staff told me to park the car myself because they were busy, then left without guiding me to the hotel entrance or helping with luggage. I parked in Basement 2 at the back side of the hotel, and the only lift there was out of order. There was no alternative lift available, so I had to walk all the way up from Basement 2 to the ground floor and then around to the front side entrance carrying my luggage by myself.
Inside the hotel, there was an unpleasant smell and the furniture looked old and poorly maintained. I immediately requested cancellation, and thankfully the reception staff handled it professionally and agreed to cancel the booking free of charge.
The room rate was far too expensive for the quality and service provided. In my opinion, this hotel does not even deserve AED 80 per night. I appreciate the helpful reception staff, but overall I would not recommend staying here.

Thank you for hotel and staff. We recently stayed at this hotel in Abu Dhabi and we were extremely satisfied! We had an issue with our booking payment through an external service — the payment got stuck, and unfortunately, the service’s support wasn’t helpful at all. That’s when the hotel manager, Ritha, truly made the difference: he stepped in completely, assisted us at every stage, communicated with the support team, and did everything possible to resolve the situation. We are sincerely grateful for his professionalism, care, and dedication!
We were given a lovely double room, which was perfectly comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The overall atmosphere is warm, and the service is on a very high level. The hotel itself is wonderful as well: cozy, beautifully designed, and very clean rooms.

Very disappointing experience.
One day before my stay, I was expecting a small parcel. Despite providing my booking reference, the receptionist rudely refused to accept it, claiming there was no space. When I said that had I known parcels were not accepted I wouldn’t have booked the hotel, he replied unprofessionally: “Yes, you shouldn’t.”
Check-in was cold and unwelcoming. The room was very old, and the air conditioner was noisy. Checkout was just as unfriendly, with staff making no effort to be polite.
I called reception for over 30 minutes to request help with my luggage — no one answered. When I raised this at reception, they did not care at all.
The only positive point was the bellman, who was respectful, helpful, and professional.
Overall, a serious lack of hospitality and professionalism.

Room is ok but facilities was not enough, no toothpaste toothbrush or any other amenities except water and tea.
Check-in and out service is fast.
The room quite old but still good with breakfast.
