This was my second stay at this hotel, and as always, everything was fantastic. It's comfortable and close to the sea and main amenities. The apartments are clean and well-equipped, the pools are clean, and the common areas are always tidy. The food, as part of my all-inclusive package, was always excellent, good quality, and above all, plentiful. The staff was always kind and courteous, especially Razvan, the entertainer, who kept us company throughout our week-long stay with his warm smile and was always available to entertain us with his daily activities. It's definitely a place I'll return to very soon.

Spent a week here just got back & usually I don't leave reviews but this hotel was so lovely I felt we had too. All inclusive was amazing.location was really good & service of the staff was second to none . The staff was so accommodating and always looked after there quests. Entertainment was brilliant we had some fantastic nights & met some really lovely people.i would recommend this hotel to anymore oh and can I just say a big thankyou to Laura from entertainment for being so nice to us she really was a great girl..thankyou to you all at paphos Gardens. We will be returning xx

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were excellent. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and had 3 different rooms! The first room we had was in the "camelia block" which felt VERY tired and had a terrible view overlooking an abandoned yard below that had broken glass and a burnt out BBQ. Despite being tired it was very clean with all bedding and towels being bright white. On the second day we started experiencing significant issues with the electrics (lights, plugs, AC and fridge) flicking on and off with an unsettling noise coming from the fuse box. We were moved to a temporary room in the main hotel building for one night so maintenance could address it the following day (This room was MUCH nicer!!). When we came back from a boat trip the next day we were told the issue had been fixed so we returned to the original room. Within 5 minutes, the electrics were all flicking on and off again so we went back to the reception desk and showed them videos of what it was doing. They immediately have us keys to an alternative room for the remainder of our stay. The third and final room wasnt as nice as the temporary room in the main building but was much nicer than the original room and we were one block closer to the main building so we were happy. Staff also brought me a fruit bowl and bottle of wine for my birthday:) For the rest of the week we had a pleasant stay but we noted that even having the AC on 16C it didn't feel "cold" - but it was definitely more comfortable than the 34C outside. The TV also kept randomly rebooting when we were in the middle of watching something on YouTube which was frustrating - but also not the end of the world so we didn't even mention these issues to staff. Overall, for a 3 star resort we were impressed with the staff being responsive to our issues and resolving them in a way we were satisfied with. The location is within easy reach of the whole town and harbour. There were a lot less kids when we first arrived but our last 1-2 days they all seemed to arrive! We paid 35euros in a taxi from the airport but are aware others paid up to 50! On the way back we got the 612 bus from the end of the street and is cost 2euros each and only took 25 mins which was a very similar time to the taxi anyway - would definitely not bother with a taxi in future now I know how close the bus stop is

Outstanding Stay at Paphos Gardens – Exceptional Staff & Genuine Hospitality ★★★★★ We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at Paphos Gardens, and I genuinely cannot recommend this place highly enough. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels and resorts over the years, and I very rarely take the time to write reviews. However, our experience here was so positive that I felt the staff deserved special recognition. What really made our stay exceptional was the people. From the moment we arrived, we were met with kindness, professionalism, humility and genuine warmth. Every member of staff we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. A very special thank you to Leonidas, Prakash, Tasos and Suheil, who were particularly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Their professionalism, friendliness and willingness to help made such a difference to our holiday. The housekeeping and cleanliness were also genuinely impressive. The staff worked incredibly hard, and the level of cleanliness was probably among the best I have experienced on any holiday. You could see the pride they took in their work. We were also really touched by the kindness of the local Cypriot staff. Their hospitality went far beyond simply doing their jobs. We had some lovely conversations and were even invited to visit their village, which says a lot about the genuine friendliness and warmth of the people we met. The staff helped us with everything — from excursions and local information to everyday requests and anything else we needed during our stay. They were consistently patient, respectful, professional and incredibly accommodating. What stood out most was that it never felt like they were simply doing a job. There was a genuine passion for hospitality and a real human connection. We felt welcomed, respected and looked after throughout our stay. To all the staff at Paphos Gardens: thank you. You played a huge part in making our holiday memorable, and your hard work should not go unnoticed. I have stayed in many places around the world, but it is rare to come away feeling that you have not only received excellent service, but have also met genuinely good people. Paphos Gardens should be incredibly proud of its team. Thank you for an outstanding stay. We will remember the kindness, hospitality and friendships long after the holiday is over. We would happily return and would absolutely recommend Paphos Gardens to anyone visiting Cyprus. ★★★★★
