Had a great stay at Cristallo Apartments. The bed was super comfortable, the airco worked perfectly and everything was really clean. The location is spot on and the staff were genuinely friendly. I honestly didn’t find anything negative. I felt relaxed, safe and comfortable the whole time warm shower, good bed, just everything right. Definitely a place I’d recommend

I do not recommend this hotel. The furniture is old, and the second bed looked like an old hospital bed. The bathroom was in such poor condition that I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower. Everything felt very worn out.
The biggest issue was that they brought a bus of teenagers who had a loud party outdoors by the pool. We asked them to stop because we paid for a hotel room, not a nightclub, and our 10-month-old baby had just recovered from a fever and was still sick. The receptionist was very arrogant and said nothing could be done. The loud music and noise continued even at midnight.

Very weird place, the bed was verry uncomfortable, the cleaners woke us up in the morning by hitting the door with the mop and the reception staff there was aggressive and im sorry about the word but also dumb.they charged us for the apartment and then they called me the next day and he was singing “mporo na exo ligo ton logariasmo” i was like who is this he didn’t tell me and i was shocked like do i know this person so i kinda started getting mad at this point then out of nowhere started talking about charging double by mistake and i should go pick up the extra money so i get in my car and start driving (i live 40mins away btw) he calls and says that he returned it in the bank. MISTAKES HAPPEN but the level of unprofessionalism i experienced was insane.

We had a small studio with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa, and a comfortable bed, as well as a small terrace. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our time there. The harbour of Pafos is within comfortable walking distance, as well as heaps of restaurants. We would go back there.

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Terrific location, close to most of Pafos’ attractions. Simple and comfortable accommodation, though there are occasional hiccups with the showers and no facilities for washing clothes.
