Such an overwhelming amazing place to experience!
Everything is Grand!!!
First us the checking in Experience, if your there at a good time, you can plan on waiting at least 15-30min to check in. If your in the rear of the line it can be up to an hour due to customers asking questions, looking for places or just general info.
Afterwards everything is vibrant and accessible for use but it requires some walking. I've walked over 12 miles in the course of 4 days which is great if your into fitness like myself.
If not " pace yourself ".
If you venture out onto the strip, know that there are working people all around you .." hustling for business ". Make wise choices with your finances and get clarity of price before engaging. The food is spectacular and far from ordinary depending on location.
The rooms are clean and spacious and offer mini bars for the party goers and drinkers.
Room service has a fee to deliver but the food is also great for late night hunger desires.
Outside of some of the particulars, enjoy!
Absorb the experience
Be safe
Budget wisely
Stay blessed!!!!

Very nice place. It's more to one end of the strip than the middle. Makes it nice if you like walking. If you want to go see things you're getting your steps in for sure. Enjoyed my stay. We were here for a conference. And the conference center is a nice long walk from the rooms. Definitely getting your steps in if you're into that.

It was a great experience.
With the digital check in, it saved a lot of time. Everything was smooth and we did not have to wait in line at all.
The rooms were nicely renovated.
Only thing is I wish they would've implemented the smoking ban in the casino.

We have our favorite hotels that were completely booked for this convention trip to Vegas. So we opted for the MGM Grand, having not stayed here in several years. After reading other reviews, I made sure to ask for a room that was newly renovated, and I have absolutely no complaints with the room we got. They accommodated my request for a room that was closer to the elevators to eliminate such a long walk, too. The room is clean, fresh, updated and well appointed. The shower has awesome water pressure, even on an upper floor. The desk host, Vessy (shout out!), was FABULOUS...exceedingly friendly, helpful and accommodating. She represents this property very well. I've added one room picture but honestly our room looked like the photos provided by the property. Just be sure to ask for a newly renovated room. We do not have a view of the Strip, but we've done Vegas enough that we didn't care about that. If that is important to you, be sure to ask for that too. The pools at MGM Grand are truly great, and the lazy river here is the best in Vegas in my opinion, especially at this nightly price point. The fitness center is great and overlooks the lazy river for a calming view during your workout. Restaurants are plentiful so you can stay right on property if you wish but of course Vegas offers more options that you'll have time for if you choose to venture out. Viva Las Vegas!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at MGM Grand Las Vegas and I can confidently say it exceeded our expectations in every way. Traveling with my wife and two kids, we were looking for a place that was both exciting and family-friendly—and this was exactly that.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Whether it was check-in, navigating the property, or getting recommendations, the level of service really stood out.
What impressed me most was how accommodating the hotel is for families. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, and we always felt comfortable bringing them around the property. The atmosphere struck a great balance—fun and lively without ever feeling overwhelming for a family trip.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, giving us a comfortable place to relax after long days exploring. Everything felt organized and thoughtfully designed, which made traveling with kids so much easier.
Overall, this was a 5-star experience from start to finish. If you're visiting Las Vegas with your family and want a place that combines great service, comfort, and a welcoming environment for kids, I highly recommend MGM Grand. We’ll definitely be back!
