Place: The hotel is huge, with plenty of sun loungers, a poolside bar, a beach bar, and an indoor bar. It has excellent facilities, a children's area, a games room… Everything was well-organized and clean.
Food: Many varieties of food. Always fresh and tasty food, I tried different types of Tunisian food every day. And for those who don't like different foods, there was always pizza, french fries, and fresh pasta… The salads were always wonderful and the desserts delicious.
People: The people who work at the hotel are so nice that they made us feel at home, as if we already knew them. Especially the lady who cleaned the rooms on the 4th floor, very kind and attentive. The waiters in the restaurant, and especially the one on the night shift (I think his name is Hosini), he was a sweetheart, always helpful, and when we arrived for dinner he already knew our favorite drink and always greeted us with a big smile. The guys at the bar were also always attentive, helpful, and always with a smile on their faces. The guys from the entertainment team are always making us laugh, dance, and always livening up our nights.
My first time in Tunisia was incredible because of the people who made it so special.

Amazing hotel, even better staff, the animation team made the whole holiday!! Nothing was ever to much trouble, the bar staff by the pool were soo helpful and accommodating always making sure you had nice cold fresh drinks. The pool area is so clean, which is great especially seeing as the hotel is right on the beach, there is no sand all over like at some other places. The food is lovely to there is always something for everyone. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be revisiting this hotel

From arrival at the hotel, staff were very friendly and⁰ was effortless, room was even ready earlier as we arrived in the morning. Room was large and plenty of hangers. I use a CPAP machine and nowhere to plug in by the bed, spoke to reception and within an hour had a solution with no fuss. Restaurant staff were friendly, the waiter Marweh was lovely, even had one drinks ready when he saw us coming into the restaurant. Service with a smile. Food hard pushed not to find something you like, lots of choice. Animation team were friendly and plenty of activities if you wanted to join in .The hotels private Beach was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds on beach and around the 2 outdoor pools no need rushing at 5am to bag your beds. Youssef in the fish pedicure was a ray of sunshine and even managed to tackle my feet which is no easy job. Treat yourself. Also had a ⁰ massage on the spa very reasonable and much needed. All in all a great holiday would definitely come back again. P.s please feed Ginger kitten who is always around the bar area near restaurant. She is very sweet but also very skinny. Xx

Second visit to Marhaba and enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and clean with the most fantastic sea view.
Restaurant catered for my nut allergy and restaurant manager made himself available when I needed to know about ingredients in the different food offered. Restaurant managers and staff were very attentive to guests.
The front desk staff were also attentive and greeted you warmly. Everything was dealt with immediately.
The hotel has a lovely stretch of private beach and its a few minutes walk from the marina.
A special mention to Kamel ( Easyjet rep) who was very helpful. Thank you Kamel it was very much appreciated.

Excellent holiday here with family. Hotel overall is a little dated but kept very clean. Unfortunately, my brother slipped at the pool side and broke his wrist. This was due to very slippery tiles by the pool bar with no grip, which should have been signposted and then also replaced with new tiles. Everyone including the management were very helpful and caring when this happened. The pools themselves were excellent and swimming was lovely. The sea and beach were amazing too. But the best part were the staff, entertainment and excellent tasty variety of food. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I would especially like to thank the entertainment team including Samuel, Hamza and Marco. They were brilliant and so funny. I would also like to thank Adil, the restaurant manager for being so kind and helpful. Hopefully see you again soon!!
