We have stayed at this hotel twice but on our most recent trip to Alykanas we stayed elsewhere. The main reasons for this is the state of the standard rooms which are very very poor and the fact that you have to pay tourist tax for a four star hotel with 2 star at best rooms which is not on. We did visit the pool and bar this trip. The pool is amazing, the absolute best in the area. The service round the pool is fantastic. The pool bar menu is quite strange and not the usual pool bar food. The sunbeds are comfy and relaxing. The biggest issue is the strong eggy smell of drains all around the letsos, including in the shop. It makes you feel sick. Also the toilets in the pool bar when I visited were filthy. The hotel has real potential but until all of the rooms are brought up to scratch and the drains are sorted out this will never happen.

I had the most magical holiday. This hotel is probably in the best location. It had one of the best pools iv ever stayed in. The bar staff were so attentive and made the experience so relaxing and easy. The only complaint for the pool toilets, both toilets lids came off and were never fixed which was disappointing. The hotel was a shambles. We paid for a 4 star room and was more like a 2. Me and my partner had to change rooms the next day. The reception staff were not caring about it and I later realised was because everyone was changing rooms and slot of guests were disappointed in there rooms for one reason or another. However alot of guests we spoke to came back again and again disbite these problems and to be honest I can see why and I probably would aswell. I would say they need to spend money on the hotel and they either don't want to or can't afford it. But it is a beautiful hotel and I definitely have holiday blues. This is a very mixed review.

We stayed at this hotel during our holiday in Zakynthos. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel welcome. The restaurant is beautiful and the restaurant staff work hard to make sure guests are helped quickly and that everything is to their satisfaction. The swimming pool is also very nice, with both sunny and shaded areas available throughout the day. A big positive for us was that the room had a real double bed instead of two single beds pushed together, which is something we often experience in hotels. Unfortunately, the hotel and rooms are quite old and in need of maintenance. The room itself was very basic, the refrigerator was outdated, and the toilet seat was loose. There appeared to have been a leak in the ceiling at some point, which seemed to have simply been painted over instead of properly repaired. We also experienced an issue where our room door sometimes would not lock properly when leaving the room, which was concerning from a security perspective. In addition, the hotel is quite noisy, and when the housekeeping staff start working in the morning, it is easy to wake up because of the noise. The air conditioning worked very well when it was running, but unfortunately it did not always work consistently. We also had to pay an additional €90 in cash for the air conditioning upon arrival, as well as €110 for the tourist tax. This hotel has potential thanks to its friendly staff, nice pool and restaurant, but if the owners want the hotel to continue operating successfully for many years, investing in maintenance and renovations would be highly recommended.

What to say..the room they gave to us simply ruin the vibes and our holidays. We arrived in a very hot room you have to pay 9€ for air conditioning. The fridge wasn't working as soon as we arrived with 34 degrees, after we asked 3 times a guy came to just turn on the fridge, very smelly old fridge. The switch of the shower wasn't working,the drain wasn't working, you soaked your feet during shower and you need to stop the water to not have a overfoooding. We complained, they did not care at all, the manager doesn't care,you only see her eating in her office. Our last day there was a thundestorm, WAS RAINING/leaking through the roof IN THE ROOM!!! they moved us in a different room a bit more newer, and ELECTRICITY WAS GOING CONTINUOUSLY OFF, after not even being there for more than 5 minutes!!! After the whole morning they kept saying it will be fixed till we demand a new room. We had finally a good room just for the last night...so bad. However bot the hotel Letsos website and LoveHolidays are misleading, because they showed only the new rooms on the website. Also we had to ask for the room to be cleaned one day, they neglected our room, was 6 pm still not cleaned. The food is shameful and on top of that they rush you there, saying we close soon and really 15 Min before the buffet closing time they turn off the lights and music to make you understand. It is not a jail, should be a leisure place. The rudeness and lack of interest and compassion from the staff is unreal, we were saying good morning to the cleaner and not even a response.

This hotel needs to get shut down for health and safety reasons. Letsos hotel DO NOT have the means to received guests!! To go on holiday, a place of leisure and relaxation , to then not receive it is surreal to me. They don’t accept responsibility for their actions nor the negligence towards guests. 2 hours of thunderstorm and they say that’s why it was leaking in the room??? If the hotel is well maintained and repaired no leakage would’ve occurred, where is the money going in which letsos is basically stealing left, right and centre from customers to only result in guests not enjoying a nice and satisfying stay? Apart from leakage in the room, the “buffet” area also had rain coming through the roof, completely unsafe for both adults and children! The “ buffet” cannot be considered that, if the food was tasty ok fair enough you could’ve tried to overlook everything else.. all the issues but not even the food was worth eating!! Should’ve just taken a room and maybe not even that!! The umbrellas by the pool are ridiculous because they are barely hanging on to the top of their fake palm trees and you hear the creaking sounds. Plugs don’t work in reception area, there’s sockets coming off the walls, there’s wires being wrapped in plastic tape. What a hazard. The pool although looks beautiful, the water looks dirty, smells like sewage everywhere and what they call a “ Jacuzzi” comes on every hour after 12pm for 30 minutes!?. I personally will never return to Letsos hotel, just maybe the island but LETSOS will never see me and I think we are both very happy on that note.
