Staff worked really hard and were friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily.
Location is 1 min walk to the beach and in between Salou and Cambrils. We walked both directions, about 40mins each way. You can catch a bus right outside, approx every 10mins and is about 2 euros.
Cashless hotel, you get a wristband, which opens room door and also charges drinks etc to your room. There is a credit limit so ask (I think it was €300).
Food was lovely, however, there are no allergen information on the food labels on the buffet. I think you can ask, but obviously allergen info on the labels would be easier.
The pool is lovely, there are signs saying you can't reserve sun loungers, however they had towels on them every morning. We just went to the beach and managed to get round the pool later in the day.
We went just before the school holidays so the hotel had quite a lot of older clients, but started getting a lot of families with kids just before we were leaving.
The entertainment was good, the indoor area doesn't have many seats when the entertainment is on but is comfortable. People were bringing chairs in from outside so they could sit.
All in all we had a lovely holiday at this nice hotel.

Several friends in our group received a different minimum stay requirement than we did, despite booking within days of each other. Upon arrival, I was assured it would be adjusted to match the 3-night minimum the others had, but was told a few hours later that this wasn’t possible..and that the other couples must have booked 18 months in advance to receive their rate, which was simply not true.
EDIT: We were actually prepared to move to a different hotel, but management offered to reduce our minimum stay, so we decided to remain and adjust our review. The amenities are very lovely, but our overall experience was definitely colored by their pricing practices and initial communication.

We came to Barcelona on a football trip with our local club and were genuinely excited to give our children a great experience. Unfortunately, the hotel completely let that down.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were unhelpful and the level of customer service was very poor. There was no warmth or willingness to assist, which set the tone for the whole stay.
The biggest issue was how our children were treated. They were simply playing around the pool, excited and enjoying themselves, but were constantly told off by the lifeguard. They were not allowed to play with a ball or even play at all, and the way it was handled felt unnecessarily aggressive. What made this worse was seeing other children, who appeared to be local, allowed to do exactly the same things without being challenged.
There is also a football pitch attached to the hotel, which was one of the main reasons this location appealed to us. However, brand new goals were left unassembled for the entire duration of our stay. Frustratingly, they only began putting them together on the day we were leaving, meaning the children never got to use them. When I questioned them they smiled and just said we won’t comment but it was clearly out of spite because they didn’t want us here. We have been treated second class all week.
The food was below average and caused stomach issues for some of us. The hotel itself also had an unpleasant smell in multiple areas, which made it uncomfortable to spend time there.
One evening, while we were sat in the bar area having a drink, the lights were simply turned off without any warning or communication, as if we were being told to leave. It was abrupt and quite rude.
We also asked to watch football on the TV in the bar. Although staff did put it on, they made it clear that if even one other guest wanted the space, it would be turned off, despite us being a group of around 30 people using the area.
Overall, we left feeling very disappointed. At times it genuinely felt like we were being treated differently for being British. Our children were well behaved and just enjoying themselves, yet were constantly picked up on, while others were not.
We would not return.

We stayed back in October 2025. The weather was still very warm, between 23-25°c.
All amenities were close by. The beach was a five minute walk away. Lovely soft sand, water was a bit cooler for that time of year. Bus stop right out side of the hotel.
The room was lovely and clean. Food was excellent, different variety every night. Entertainment was ok, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the bar staff.
Nodari, Lorena, Robert, Debera, Jose and Teresa.
They looked after, myself my mother and our friend, very well. We would come back to this hotel every time. Such an enjoyable 10 days.

Lovely hotel mid way between Cambrils and Salou. We visited right at tge end of the season. We were half board. The reception tried to get us to pay extra to go full board because 'nothing outside the hotel was open' but don't be fooled as if you are happy to walk to Cambril there was plenty of choice! If all you wanted to do was lounge by the hotel, yes full board was a sensible option and the meals in the hotel were amazing!
