From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted us warmly. The room was luxurious, spotless, and offered stunning views in the beach The hotel’s private beach was clean and well-maintained and attentive beachside service. The pool overlooking the sea was equally impressive. Dining was a true culinary experience. Each restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes. The breakfast buffet had an incredible selection with something for everyone. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury beach getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay was absolute perfection. The hotel is beautiful, very clean. Food is delicious. Beach is also very nice, maybe would benefit from more thorough maintenance between days. Otherwise everything was great!

1 Star – Worst Hotel Ever. Don’t Stay Here. I stayed at the Grand Resort in Cyprus and it was a complete disaster. Dirty rooms, terrible service, and staff who clearly don’t care. The cleaning was awful. Towels and blankets were never changed. The bathroom was filthy. Floors had dust and stains when we arrived and stayed like that the whole time. The staff were rude and barely present. No one helped us with anything. We had to carry five large bags down from the fourth floor to the lobby by ourselves. No one even looked our way. There’s almost no staff and the ones that are there seem miserable. At the beach, it was just as bad. No one offered towels. No menus. No service at all. You’re left standing there confused, like you’re not even at a resort. It felt abandoned. This hotel is depressing. The atmosphere is dead. It’s run down and honestly felt like it was falling apart. Nothing was clean. No attention to guests. No hospitality. It was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Do not waste your money. This place ruined my trip. I will never come back to Cyprus and definitely never to this hotel.
