It was an amazing stay for me and my friends as well. The entire staff was so kind, friendly and welcoming. The food was great, the activities in the hotel were nice, the rooms were clean. We had so much fun and enjoyed every single second there. thanks a lot♡

I stayed at this hotel between 11-14 July. First of all İ can say it is great for the burget -minded. As someone who doesnt want to pay too much for the accommodation İ was quite satisfied with my experience.
•Staff : Very kind and friendly. Especially the restaurant team. Except for the middle aged guy at the reception. (I dont know his name ) He is a bit arrogant.
I am a solo
Traveller and İ never got bored because Egyptians are so warm and they also have chat with you.
•Food : average. I found lots of things to eat as a vegan 🌱 but sometimes menu can be repetitive, especially soup. But as I said quite good for the money.
Rooms : rooms are spacious and clean. But one thing before you come please take insect repellent with you because there are lots of mosquitos and if they bite you, you wont be able to sleep and it will hurt too much. Also, if you turn the air conditioner on, they will stay away from the room.
•Location : you can go to many places by taxi. İt wont take a lot of time. But there was a misunderstanding about the taxi fare between me and the hotel’s taxi driver. I guess it is because of their lack of language skills. I dont believe that wanted to trick.
There are supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy near the hotel. They are open until late hours.
•Amenities : there are two pools. It is not generally crowded by the pool. Pools are clean.
Some very young people work at animation team. They are so friendly and they do their best to entertain you and your children. We also had streching every morning. İt was nice. There are also other entertaintments every night.
I got a massage on my last day. It was Good. I forgot about my appointment and was late for 40 minutes but they didnt mind. They accepted me to the session. I guess that was really nice.
WiFi : sorry but this is terrible. İt almost never worked. Especially on my Iphone. Thanks God İ had my own internet. They should really improve this.
So overall it was a good experience. İf you aren’t looking for a luxuruous hotel you can really go for Falcon Hills.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would — this place truly deserves it. My experience here has been excellent, and a big reason for that is the incredible team.🥰
The staff are truly wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They respond quickly to any questions or requests, and you can really see how much effort they put into making guests feel comfortable. Their teamwork and positive attitude create a warm and welcoming atmosphere every day.
The food is also a highlight. Breakfast is fresh and varied, with different side dishes served daily. Lunch and dinner are just as enjoyable — well-prepared, flavorful, and nicely presented, with good variety throughout the menu.
I want to give special recognition to the staff for how hard they work. They are on their feet all day, often in long-sleeved uniform shirts, even in the heat, and still remain professional, kind, and energetic. It’s not easy at all, and they truly deserve extra appreciation — and honestly, a bonus — for such demanding work and dedication.

Great value for the money, small hotel but this was a big advantage in my opinion, not many guests, clean room, pools, gardens, very nice and cozy place. Food was tasty, many options to choose from, I'd come back to this place anytime.
