Where do you start please read newest reviews we stayed here for 9 days over Christmas got to be the worst hotel I have stayed anywhere.
• food awful no variety same every night sack the chef.
• management waste of space they need to get new managers in there before place closes down.
• outside pool freezing you can't even get in there unless you get hyperthermia.
• all inclusive drinks never any cups day or evening if they ran out you would get small plastic cups, beer to gassy.
• not good if you have mobility issues as they have no consideration for customers with mobility issues, not child friendly either.
• showers are cold in the rooms had to going to reception to get to check it, kept having to ask for towels as was not getting these to the evening as they had to many, had to keep asking for toilet roll as only half of roll would be left.
Beds very hard and pillows.
As your over the flight plane these kept us awake most of the night constant planes day and night.
• don't never go at christmas as they only worry about there own and paying customers on new years eve you could not move or get a seat even thou you were staying in the hotel they forget they survive on tourist obviously wasn't bothered about the guest staying there which was out of order.
• staff rude especially the tall chap in the reception bar at night reception waste of time the only 2 decent staff was the pool man and Muhammad the luggage man who we tipped generously.

It is very hard for me to give the overall rating. Service during the check in - horrible, very limited english, he did not explained anything, same receptionist one morning when i asked for 2 bottles of water (i was all inclusive) and was going on day trip early in the morning, he said to me that i should’ve take it yesterday as now it no time for drinks and all inclusive, even though would take him one minute to just give us two bottles of water. I was disappointed with the room, especially with the bathroom, shower very small and furniture so old, on the edge of breaking. at some point rack fell of the wall in the bathroom and i had to put it back. There was no kettle in the room and receptionist said that it costs 1$ a night to request it. Anyway, we arrived very late so we had to stay at least one night. Once we spoke to different members of staff and/or the other guests they all explained everything to us - things such as the fact you need a ticket from the security to go to the beach. Bar/restaurant staff amazing, everybody very helpful and nice. My fav part was animation team big shout out for Youssef and Nama! Also lifeguard Mustafa. The quality of the drinks depended on the day - sometimes delicious, other time absolutely awful and made differently by each staff member and their mood. Food was tasty, quite repetitive with basic things, however there was very nice days, for my liking there was too many cakes and not enough fruits - but that’s just me. Housekeeping was very nice, doing nice things with towels daily always good surprise. Overall I would come back for the team as we did not spend too much time in the room anyway.

Stayed her in November the worst hotel I have ever stayed in especially Egypt.
The food was not eatable to me who wants mash potatoes and stew for breakfast. I survived by having fried egg and toast each morning.
Then eat out tge rest of time.
Cold showers all the time.
Some of the staff were really good.
I asked for a coffee one morning and tge waiter was told to tell me toget my own.
Was in Egypt for Easter this year at a Fantastic hotel.5 star was soo amazing.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel was very clean, and you could see that hygiene is a top priority everywhere — rooms, restaurant, pool area, all spotless.
The animation team was incredible! They were energetic, friendly, and made the whole experience so much fun for both adults and kids. There were activities all day long and great shows in the evening. They really made our vacation special.
The staff were welcoming and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
