I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly I had a great time.
The hotel itself was very clean and well organized. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were nice, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important because the weather was hot. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day and always left fresh towels.
One of the best parts of the stay was the animation team. They were very energetic, friendly, and always smiling. Every day they organized activities like pool games, water aerobics, volleyball, and small competitions, which made the atmosphere really fun. They also encouraged guests to participate but were never annoying or pushy.

we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff’s behavior was excellent — everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful. The entertainment team truly did their best every day to make sure guests were enjoying themselves, which we really appreciated.
The location of the hotel is also great and very convenient. The rooms were cleaned daily, which was a positive point. However, on a few days there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the room.
Unfortunately, the food quality was not very consistent. During our seven-day stay, only two or three days the meals were really good. The menu was quite repetitive, which made it a bit tiring after a few days.
Overall, we appreciate the effort of the staff and hope these small issues can be improved in the future.

the best thing about this hotel is the cleaning staff, there a one or two nice receptionist but one in particular does not understand a word of english and in my opinion has no business being on reception in a hotel mostly of english custom. we had 2 rooms, paid to keep one until 5pm when our transfer arrived and when the coach was outside and my partner and friend were getting the luggage from the room we kept for the day, he was trying to ask me where the key card was for the room we had checked out of at 10am and did not understand me when i was telling him i literally gave it to him 7 hours ago, no comprehension of what ‘i gave it to you this morning when we checked out’ meant whatsoever, arguing with me while our transfer was literally outside. apart from the awful service on reception, the hotel was standard 3 star, pay extra for a balcony unless you want to feel like you are in a dungeon with a window that opens into the main corridor. there is no variation in the food and you will get bored really quickly, and a lot of the meat looks very unappealing. the cleaning staff are honestly the highlight of the stay and ahmed goes above and beyond.

This was my second stay here and as with my previous stay, It was a good experience. I've read some recent bad reviews, but my experience was perfectly fine. The food does vary to a certain point and is pretty good. Every Wednesday & Saturday there is an outside pool BBQ with Belly Dancing and Tanoura. The room I stayed in was fine. The beds were on the hard side but ok for me. The pillows were fine. The toilet roll was changed every time it got very low (Although they probably left it a day too long and perhaps they should always have two rolls so you don't run the risk of running out). The towels were changed, but I'm not sure how frequently as everyday they were folded up and placed neatly on the rack regardless of being new or not. The staff were always willing to help with any issues you may have and we're friendly. Especially the restaurant manager (Osama) and his senior staff and the pool guys. The pool is cold, but I've stayed in a few hotels in Egypt and all were cold, so it doesn't seem unusual. They have just put down some artificial grass around the pool which looks good but not sure how practical it is. The official beach for Falcon Naama Star is Kanabesh. They are currently doing some construction, so you do get some construction noise, but it's fine, and looks like it will be pretty good when its done. The whole of Naama Bay is under the flight path of the airplanes but the aircraft noise isn't that bad (IMHO)
All in all, I had a good time.
