Stayed for 9 nights in a premium sea view room, the hotel is lovely. Rooms and balcony was very clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, hairdryer was dated but was quite good. Kitchenette was adequate, and plates and utensils were provided. We didn't use the cooker or the coffee machine.
No washing up liquid was provided, no complimentary shower gels or soaps are provided. Towels changed on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We had the same tea towel to last the 9 nights. Sweeping brush and dustpan and brush are provided.
Plenty of sunbeds are available the pool is quite big and there's a small pool for children. There is a pool bar on site.
We booked a boat trip excursion through the hotel, Mario who booked us on is lovely, and it was about 10 euros cheaper than other places we looked at.
The cleaning staff were lovely, very helpful, and we're very courteous and approachable. A couple of the reception staff were very helpful, but others not. The day before we left we asked if we could keep the room on the last day, which costs 30 euros, as our transfer was picking us up at 6 pm, we were told no unfortunately. Luggage can be stored in a room at the back of reception.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
If you are unlucky enough not to keep your room and you want a shower before you leave, you are expected to have a cold shower out by the pool.

Stayed here for 7 nights , Apartment was fine and spacious for 2 of us with good view and request was noted for us. We had 5th floor hoping no cockroaches would reach us but we got 5 in one day that disappeared into the walls skirting ,but understandable thats not the hotels fault as the roaches are part of the nature on the island. We were absolutely sweating so bad with the heat wave our room had no Air Con at all, we had to survive off a fan that we had to buy/rent at reception. Staff were super friendly and nice , pool area was really nice but could do with a bit of entertainment maybe. Hotel has some amazing touches to it such as a turtle pond witch was fantastic to see ,also a gym area. For room cleaning we only got a change of towels once in the week and we had to shower 1-2 times day ,Minus the small problems such as Air Con and Towel Change its actually a great place to stay ,I would return again and hopefully next time there is AC built in part of the price. Id rate is at least a 4/5 stars

Had a lovely week stay here with my daughter. The sofa bed in the main area was great as we both had a separate space to sleep in. They even made it up before arrival for us.
Good pool area and no need to reserve sun beds, only 4 sad people before 10 am most days, even at peak times, loads spare right next to the pool.
The receptionist are always pleasant and helpful.
Fresh towels 3 times a week and very clean everywhere.
Great location to all night life, your exactly in the perfect spot to go to all the main areas less than 10 minute walk.
I slept fine but no air-conditioning which could be a problem in the summer.
Would 100% recommend

Stayed here for one week in February, we absolutely loved it. The location is great, supermarket right next door, restaurant also next door. The rooms are pleasant and a good size, the pool is amazing, it’s huge, not too deep. The area around the pool for sun-beds is vast, plenty of space and it is in full sun for at least 6 hours. There are turtles in a small pool at the back of the property which are bloody awesome, there is an on site gym where you use your own body weight to work out. The staff are absolute quality, so pleasant, they all say hello. The lifeguard is a great lad too, he’ll help you with your sun beds if your mobility isn’t the best. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Rooms are lovely and spacious.
The staff on reception and pool bar are friendly and the cleaners are very polite.
Location, couldn't ask for better, very local to all shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Bus stop right near to the hotel.
