This hotel is more like a hostel with occupants on the rougher side. The room itself was filthy with rubbish from previous people under the bed. Mold in the bathroom and nicotine stains on the ceiling and walls. Air con come at a refundable charge for the remote however when you put the air con on it blows a thick layer of dust around the room from on top of the wardrobe. Cleaners came daily and appeared to do nothing as the floors left feet black when walking from the shower to the bedroom. Smudges on the mirror remained untouched. Deliberate rubbish was never removed. Bed sheets weren't changed. You have to walk through the sister hotel to get in or out after 3.40 pm. Shower water was cold everyday. The room in general just made you feel dirty. When I put the do not disturb sign on the door staff still entered but again appeared to do nothing.

The best part about this place was the door to leave. From the get go, we were rudely greeted by the ‘housekeeper’ not sure what she actually cleaned because the room was disgusting!
The door you enter closes at 4pm meaning you have to go through Canifor hotel go down to the basement, walk across the pool then in worlds oldest lift to your apartment. Absolutely ridiculous!
The rooms are outdated, probably were decent 40 years ago. Old food left on hobs, only two working plug sockets. Previous guests snacks in the cupboards and fridge. Faulty locks on doors, not safe for my child. No balcony. Seemed like the housekeeper gave us the worst apartment out of spite because she got our booking wrong. Managed to stay 2 nights before checking out and booking elsewhere. It’s giving prison vibes.
Save your money and time. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!

If you want to be in your bed and hear someone fart 3 floors above you, then this is the hotel for you. I have never stayed in a hotel with such thin walls, every night kept up by the what can only be explained as a laughing hyena, but In reality it's people rearranging their rooms, always around 10pm-2am, why? Who actually knows. then again wouldn't be hard I could hear every single rooms morning pee happening. Or... if you want to sleep in what sounds like a brothel, again the best place for you: as I said noise really bounces off you in this place, you really do feel like your in the room spectating. Looks lovely from the house side but as soon as you step in you begin to see all the problem. The indoor pool, wow, ceiling is hanging off, doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months, jacuzzi is cold, the pool has a layer, or 10 layers of dirt, hair and grim. Pool floor covered in sand? Who actually knows: radiator right next to the nice wet sunloungers... hanging off the wall, the metal is completely torn and one slip and your taking a foot clean off the bone. Staff can be up and down, when you leave done expect the nice talk, your pretty much ignored. Rooms toilet is completely brown with hard water stains, fridge roars all night long. Pointless having The do not desturb sign out, they will still go in and 'clean' the room. Have to pay for a tv remote. Woke up to the open corridor covered in buckets cause the ceiling is leaking leaving the tiles nice and slippy for you. Doooo NOT go in the lift if you ah e any fears, feels like your in the movie final destination, then again the loose make-shift wires in there will surely make you feel a little safer. Strorage room for when your waiting for your room to be ready, which is great, untill you get handed the key and told to go do it yourself, so pretty much a free for all if you want to nick someone's knickers or valuables. Just about every wall you'll see a bunch of loose wires tied together hanging out the wall. And to top it all off, stains on your bedding. So again stay here for a sleepless night, and to be really excited about going home to wash. Also, just about every 3 steps you take you could probs end up with a claim. Don't belive the 4 start rating they advertise in the hotel, lucky if it's 1/2. Most restaurants near are all English food.
So thanks wowcher mystery holidays, cracking hotel stay.

Great location for karaoke and music bars but very unsafe we were in 406, no housekeeping was done, no covers on the duvet or pillows, shower head drops flooding the bathroom, the pictures are missing leading (example in photos)
On the last night at 1.30 am we had someone trying to get into our room, only left when I shouted through the door "I have a wepon" then ran off (not kids but grown men) it's misleading, unsafe, unclean and very scary. Also the pool is on the same level as the sun beds so when the guests are in the pool, keep your stuff on the sun bed as the floor gets flooded.

This is a perfectly reasonable budget hotel, great value for its price point. The location is great, the rooms are very spacious and the pools and sauna are satisfactory. Some aspects of the hotel are a tad dated but there are no real issues there. Beds were firm a s comfortable, my only complaint was the shower - we had a variety of different problems with it that made it difficult to use it throughout our trip - however this may have just been our room (as other members of our trip said theirs worked wonderfully.
