I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Everything was top-notch from start to finish. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable environment.
The dining was another highlight; the food was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from.
What truly set this stay apart, however, was the exceptional service. The entire staff was helpful, but I would like to give special thanks to Jhun for his assistance during check-out. He made the process seamless and efficient, showing great professionalism.

Loved our stay. We had a jacuzzi luxe room which was beautiful but it was too hot to use jacuzzi so we upgraded to a private pool suite which was even better. Comfy, roomy, relaxing. The private pool was great addition since the beach itself isn’t that great but the resort pools made up for that plus they had 2 water slides. Nightly entertainment was awesome too! But the staff, I cannot compliment them enough from the front end manager to the grounds keepers and cleaning staff were lovely, kind, and always went above and beyond for their guests. This stay is one of the first times I want to want to experience other Barcelo properties and I’d definitely come back to this one.

Great resort with really nice clean rooms. We have stayed in a pool Vila and couldn’t find any faults. Nice big rooms with individual bathrooms for each bedroom. The service at the hotel is great. Nice staff always welcoming you with a smile.
Easy to get to the hotel by their own speed boats.
We also had an excursion at Hong Krabi Island booked at the hotel. The speedboat took us from the hotel and brought us back so it was really convenient.
The food at the 4 restaurants was tasty. Our favourite one was Laku beach club. Spent our days and evening’s there.
Overall a great experience for us! We will definitely come back!

We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time, but it unfortunately turned into a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
As a so-called 5-star hotel, the management seriously needs to address the issues we encountered during our stay:
The number of flies in the restaurant was extremely alarming and unacceptable. What was even more disappointing was that the staff seemed to treat this as something normal, without taking any action. This clearly reflects poor hygiene management in the dining area. We stayed for 5 days, and both my child and I ended up suffering from food poisoning.
We stayed in a jacuzzi suite, but the condition of the jacuzzi was horrifying. The water was extremely dirty, with many insects inside. It was obvious that the water had not been properly cleaned or maintained.
No reasonable guest would feel comfortable using it.
Throughout our stay, we faced daily issues with the shower. The hot water supply was very unstable, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
Every day in the room, I had to deal with insects repeatedly, catching around 6 to 8 bugs daily. This was very disturbing and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
The hotel is very large, and guests rely on buggy service for transportation. However, the buggy service was very slow and unreliable. Even after calling, it would take a long time to arrive.
Overall, this experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant and memorable trip. This level of service and hygiene is far below what is expected from a 5-star hotel. We strongly urge the management to take these issues seriously and make immediate improvements.

First time visiting Coconut Island and we had a great experience. We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa with amazing views. The villa is a bit older, but very spacious and comes with a full kitchen, which was really convenient for our family.
We visited during the Songkran holiday, so the hotel seemed a little short-staffed at times. However, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
The kids absolutely loved the water slides, and that was definitely a highlight of the trip. Breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of options.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the value for money is really impressive compare to hotels in Phuket. We would definitely consider coming back.
