Had a great stay at Meliá Phuket Mai Khao for 5 nights with a Luxury Escapes package which included all our meals and drinks throughout the day at the pool. It was a luxury resort for the 2 of us to relax and enjoy not having to think about anything. The staff and management were very friendly and accommodated us very well. I am Gluten Intolerant (Ceoliac) and the restaurant and all hospitality staff knew of my dietary needs, they created a special menu for both restaurants that allowed me to not have to think about what I could eat. They recognised us each time we went to eat, even remembering our room number... very friendly and great service. The location was great and the room with it's private pool and outdoor bath was very enjoyable and romantic. The room was large and an escape when needed. Internet services were great. All was exceptionally clean and the activities including bike ride around the village and beach was fun... the spa was amazing and so relaxing. Definately worthwhile for couples, but there were some families as well.

We spent almost 10 days at the Meliá Phuket and our stay was wonderful. We were greeted with a cold drink and shown to our room. All the staff were very friendly and respectful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and with the terrace and a bathtub in the room, you can really relax. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide selection of Thai specialties. The staff was very attentive, and the Guest Experience team was always happy to give us tips for excursions. All in all, our stay was fantastic, and we will definitely be back.

The hotel is nice, but I hope they pay more attention to small occasions in the future. I had requested a wedding anniversary celebration, but there were no flowers or any decoration prepared. They also mentioned extra charges for simple decoration and said it needed to be requested two days earlier, even though I had already informed them.
I also asked for a dinner by the beach, but it wasn’t available. I hope the service improves next time.

Tucked away in its own little oasis, this resort offers beautiful scenery and very comfortable rooms. We joined a cooking class during our stay, it was intimate, fun, and one of the highlights of our trip. Our package also included a complimentary daily massage, which was a wonderful touch.
The staff were exceptional, warm, attentive, and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even remembered our names, which made the experience feel personal and inclusive.
We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful—peacefully tucked away from the city center yet just a short walk to the beach. The lush tropical landscape, relaxing atmosphere, and stunning views made it the perfect place for our long stay in Thailand. Our room was spacious, elegantly designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to create a sense of calm. The YHI Spa was another highlight, offering rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling completely refreshed. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and we want to give a special spotlight to Bella, a newcomer to the hotel who was truly outstanding. She was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to help us navigate the property, plan excursions, and explore the surrounding area. Her kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable, and we are so grateful for all her help in making our stay truly unforgettable.
