Astro Palace is the perfect base for a trip to Santorini. The location is ideal its just a short, easy walk to Fira city center, yet tucked away enough to be incredibly peaceful and quiet at night.
The standout feature of this hotel is definitely the staff. The entire reception team is lovely, with special shoutouts to Hope, Katrina, and Hrisa, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single request we had was handled perfectly, and booking a catamaran cruise and an ATV through them was an absolute breeze.
The pool area is excellent, featuring a great medium sized pool and plenty of comfortable sunbeds,
Breakfast was also very good with plenty of tasty options. The only minor downside was that a few items ran out and the buffet took a bit too long to be refilled. However, the overall experience was fantastic, and the incredible service more than made up for it. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Astro Palace Hotel in Santorini from 27–30 May 2026.
The hotel was beautiful, with a clean and pleasant environment throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to start each day.
What truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Katrina, who personally showed us to our room upon arrival and took the time to recommend local attractions and restaurants. The staff also helped arrange our airport transfer and thoughtfully called us when the car arrived, ensuring everything went smoothly.
I would highly recommend Astro Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Santorini and would gladly stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by Esperanza and Catherina, who made us feel at home right away.
We had a wonderful stay at Astro Palace Hotel. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Fira while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, the rooms were spotless and very well maintained, and the view from our balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea was simply breathtaking.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Astro Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.

Not Worth the price when there are 4-5 star hotels with lower price tags. The positives are the friendly staff and the aesthetics. The rooms were basic besides an unheated pool outside the room. The breakfast was alright at best. The bar by the pool was blasting music at very loud volumes. Don’t expect privacy outside your room as you can easily see into others and where we were you could walk to another room’s terrace easily. Also where we were if someone in the room above got into their pool, the water would splash over and drench us on our terrace and the hotel just said they would tell the guests not to get in too quickly (which wouldn’t help the problem because of water displacement) instead of trying to fix the issue.

Spent the most amazing week here on our honeymoon. From the very first moment when we checked in with Hope and Cleopatra, we were treated like royalty and family. Every member of staff was so friendly and it really is such a lovely friendly atmosphere here.
The cocktails at the poolside bar were fantastic.
The private pool we booked with our room was amazing with a view east to Anafi island.
Breakfast every morning was great with lots of hot and cold options and great coffee.
Had dinner in the hotel on one night and the menu along with the wine list was very good. Lots of local options available.
Any time we passed through reception Hope or Cleopatra would recommend a fantastic option to dine out and even rang ahead to secure reservations for us.
5 star service from all the staff in a 5 star hotel.
Just amazing. We will definitely return.
