We just got back from a 5 day stay and i can say we were a bit worryed after reading some reviews.
We had a really nice time,
The food lunch and dinner was lovely did not go to breafast so cant comment drinks were also lovely.
Room was nice and clean only down side was no light in balcony.
Pool was nice not lots of sun lougers so recommend getting up early to save one.
Staff were ok
Entertanent was poor tbh
But we just went to relax and that what we had very relaxing.
Hoilday was good value and we would go back again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It offers beautiful views, is well organized, and provides good value for the price. However, there are a few things to keep in mind before booking.
Pros:
* The hotel is very affordable and offers all the basic amenities you need. Don’t expect a luxury resort, but it delivers good value for the price.
* The pool area is well maintained, clean, and has plenty of sun loungers.
* The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
* There is plenty of parking available, which is very convenient if you rent a car.
Cons:
* The hotel’s décor feels like it is still in the 1980s or 1990s. The furniture in the lobby and much of the interior look like they haven’t been updated in many years.
* The overall facilities also feel outdated. A renovation would make a huge difference and help attract a younger generation of guests.
* The hallways are carpeted, and the carpets appear to be very old. Unfortunately, this creates an unpleasant mix of cigarette smoke, humidity, and cleaning product odors. Replacing the hallway carpets should be a priority.
* The buffet offers enough variety, but don’t expect restaurant-quality food or a fine dining experience.
* There are several cats around the outdoor dining area. While some guests may enjoy this, others may find it uncomfortable while eating.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay because the hotel is affordable, the staff are excellent, and the pool area is very nice. However, I believe that renovating the interiors and replacing the hallway carpets would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Given the 7.5 rating on Booking and 3.9 on Google, I expected it to be much worse. Believe me, it’s neither. It’s not ideal and a bit worn out in places, but it seems like they care, and that’s the most important thing.
Drinks are mega cheap, like €3.50 for a glass of wine. The food was really good too - we had half board. The evening buffet really surprised us with the choice of protein, like duck, white fish, grilled pork, etc.
Every evening they run an entertainment program, which is mega cringe but fun. The pool is great as well.
The reception stuff (Piotr and sorry don’t remember the name of the lady) was exceptional.

Hotel is very nice and clean, beautiful view from our room to the ocean! It is nice walk around hotel and hotel has a lovey beach for walk but it is not for a swim! You have to walk about 1 km to the first nice beach! Pool is amazing, plenty food and drinks, close to the pubs and restaurants! You can see beautiful places around through to the local excursions! All together we had a great time!

Nice place for holidays. Rooms are clean, Food was great although no choice for Halal meat and there was only one choice of fish at dinner. No choice of meat for Halal at breakfast but there was enough to enjoy breakfast
