A lovely hotel located next to the beach and a promenade leading to Paphos harbour with it's wide range of restaurants and beach activities. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much for them. Although we arrived later than expected due to a delayed flight we were warmly welcomed by Shah covering the night reception desk who helped with lots of useful local information. Mike in the bar was always happy to accommodate our requests. Marina was particularly helpful in the breakfast restaurant and pool bar and her exuberance always made our day. Maria in the gym was very knowledgeable about the equipment and demonstrated their use without making us feel inadequate. At breakfast Zlatka and Valentin always aimed to help us find a table close to the pool where the view to the sea was breathtaking. Kriti and the other reception desk staff were always happy to accommodate our requests. All in all the facilities and staff were excellent and we are planning a return trip.

I have just come back from a lovely 11 days at this lovely hotel. The hotel is lovely, welcome lobby is dated slightly (dark mahogany furniture) but still lovely and comfy chairs (not that I sat there at all, but they looked comfy) we was on the 5th floor which was lovely and an inland view so looking at the roundabout but I love people watching so perfect for me and also the balcony always had a shade which was perfect to sit and have a tea in the morning and before getting ready to go out for dinner. The bed was lovely and comfy. The cleaner on the 5th floor was lovely (she only does the 5th floor) and very helpful asking if you wanted cleaning or wait till later ( she finished at 3 ).
The food was nice, I was B+B so only had breakfast, but the freshly made omelettes i had and the yoghurt and peaches i had were nice. All the staff were always helpful when approached and the staff at the pool bar were really helpful. Marina being exceptionally helpful and happy to help. I arrived 18th june and up untill 24th 25th it hadn't been a problem to get sunbeds (I needed 4 ) then it was getting more difficult to find beds together But you could get beds somewhere. Sunbeds aren't around the pool they are on grass beside it. I had never been to a resort that didn't have Sunbeds by the pool BUT I have to say it was lovely and so peaceful. The hotel is on a coastal path that leads up to paphos Harbour, (which was great as it meant we actually went out each night for something different to eat and i was getting in my steps)which is a lovely walk when its not 40 degrees but 9pm is beautiful. On the other side of the coastal path is the beach so was nice to be able to have a dip in the sea and then get on my lounger which was on grass. (Although there was some dirt patches about that could do with a few grass seeds) food and drinks at the pool bar was nice. The hotel is situated 11 mins walk from the waterpark, there is a bus stop outside to take you to the harbour no 611 its 2€ at ride or 6.50€ for a one day pass that you buy on the bus from the driver, and they only except cash and do give change from 20€. The bus stop coming back is the last one before the roundabout before the casino that has a big red sign.
My only grip were the sunbeds themselves. There were a few that were tired shall we say, they had the screws come out the back support (or they had already fallen out) or the adjusters on them were falling off. There was a pile of 5 or 6 that were broken, this did make it a little untidy and also made me think if they are broken throw them away and replace them but on the grand scheme of things id definitely go back to this hotel.

It was overall good, except the lack of management before we booked the room i tried to call and get some specifications how is the menu , which is the best package for newlyweds etc. I called Sunday they said we will call tomorrow because they were ready to answer my question but indeed they called but it was no use there were many missing points and asked about the packages they got they didn't give me straight answers they were only reading what was on the website and because of that we took the SAVER / HALF BOARD for 7 nights and i thought that was the complete for 2 people breakfast and dinner. For my suprise at the dinner we had drinks that i had to pay extra because it wasn't included in my package how should i know if nobody told me or answered to clarification of the packages and i was furious the first days because when i went asked they simple replied thats your package i only enjoyed the days because the dimmer food was great otherwise i would left since the first day

Perfect for families and seniors, but boring for young couples !
If you are a young couple, this hotel doesn't offer much and you might find it quite boring. In my opinion, it is a property geared almost exclusively toward families and older people. Overall, I am a bit torn about my rating, leaning towards a 3/5.
The Pros:
Location: Excellent. It’s very close to Paphos town. You can easily reach it by car or by enjoying a lovely walk along the coastal promenade.
Cleanliness & Food: The rooms and common areas were quite clean. The breakfast was good quality, though it got a bit repetitive after a few days.
The Cons:
The Sea/Beach: Unfortunately, the stretch of sea directly in front of the hotel was very dirty and full of microplastics. If you actually want to swim in the sea, you have to go elsewhere, which means walking further away, taking a bus, or renting a car to find a proper beach.
Facilities: The indoor pool with the hydromassage was freezing – actually much colder than the sea outside, which defeats the purpose of an indoor spa pool. Also, unlike other 4-star hotels, there was absolutely no entertainment. Everything felt very bland and quiet. Other 4-star hotels usually offer great entertainment, such as professional dancers, fire shows, and a real live band, but here there was nothing.
Staff & Service: The staff were not welcoming at all; no smiles or enthusiasm. Furthermore, their checkout policy felt very unusual compared to other European hotels I’ve visited, as they only let me ask about/arrange checkout details on the very last day.
Overall, it’s a decent place for a budget-friendly stay if you just need a clean room and a good location, but don't expect a vibrant atmosphere or the service of a true 4-star hotel

Absolutely an amazing place. The staff go above and beyond to make me and my family feel special. The food is always brilliant, (and I'm a picky eater). The pool side bar is perfect during the evening, they have fantastic staff, music and the sunset backdrop is amazing.
The rooms are clean, and with the air conditioner makes it great to sleep and rest during the hot temperatures.
