My wife and I had a week long stay at Lily Ann Village for our honeymoon/wife’s birthday. From the very beginning until the very end of our stay, the staff was the highlight of our trip. They were kind, always accessible, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made our stay feel special. I can’t say enough good things about all of the staff there.
The rooms were great, ample size and about what you expect for two people. The balcony was large & the bathroom was better than expected. My only thing that could be better with the bathroom is that a shower door could be good to keep the water from spreading out onto the floor. The cleaning staff always kept everything clean.
The location is very warm and friendly, I would recommend having a rental car to explore the multiple beaches in Nikiti and other areas. It’s in the heart of the neighborhood, family friendly, and a true village feel. I would recommend to anyone visiting Nikiti, especially families.

We have been spending our family summer holidays at Acrotel Lily Ann Village since 2024, and every stay has been a wonderful experience.
The entire team is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality makes us feel at home from the moment we arrive.
The hotel is maintained to a very high standard. Everything is spotlessly clean, the rooms and common areas are carefully cleaned every day, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable.
The food is another highlight of our stay. Every day we enjoy a delicious and varied selection of fresh dishes, with something for everyone in the family. The quality and variety of the meals are excellent.
Everything is well organized, the facilities are great, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. It is the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation.
A big thank you to the entire Acrotel Lily Ann Village team for making every stay so enjoyable. We are already looking forward to returning and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday in Nikiti!

Lovely hotel, we were upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise. The staff are amazing, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Rooms are clean, and bright. Our only issue, was that people not staying in the hotel were allowed to use the pool, but I think this is allowed in Greece. Highly recommend this hotel, great location, ten minutes walk to beach and restaurants, and great staff!

We enjoyed our week long stay at Lilly Ann Village at the end of May this year.
I was a bit disappointed at the lack of floor space in our rooms. The rooms were clean and well appointed with 2 balconies, both out of direct sun and tea, coffee and mini fridge provided.
We had half board. Meals were buffet style and food was good.
The service was the best. All our questions and requests were met with by the friendly staff, Marilena was particularly helpful.
I would recommend a car for anyone looking to sightsee. The beach is a ten minute walk and suited us perfectly. Beach bars locally were fun and right at the waters edge.
Altogether a great place for a quiet restful beach holiday.

Stayed here for a week with my wife and one year old. Was very clean location, food was good (nothing to rave about), bed good. The staff was the highlight, they really did the extra effort to help (especially with things like heating up food for little one). Location around is still a bit of a construction site so it’s not really the kind of picturesque seaside views, but it is very close to walk down to beach or supermarkets. Main suggestion for improvement is to put in shower doors, since the water floors out almost every time when showering (hence 4 stars).
