Extremely beautiful and cute boutique hotel with everything you need, excellent location, immediate access to the beach and a range of wonderful restaurants nearby. Stunning sunset views every evening and a dedicated staff that makes you feel very cared for. Especially lovely was Krystallia who looked after us all week!
Dzony Story
We went on vacation with a baby for the first time. This is one of the most beautiful hotels you can visit in Sithonia. The family room was very spacious, clean, sea view. The staff was so wonderful, we felt like we were at home. The food was excellent, varied and they prepared for us for the baby what we asked for. Sunset is just amazing, no word. The peace and enjoyment you have there is priceless, we will definitely go back there again. Greetings to everyone from the hotel from little Djurdja.

We met this facility for the first time 4 years ago as hotel guests. Since then, we have been staying elsewhere, but every year we return to its beach and beach bar. The staff is wonderful, the food is good and not too expensive. Most importantly, the bar and the beach are the right place to relax. There is no crowd and there is no music on the beach itself. In the bar, the music is barely noticeable (unlike other beach bars where the volume of the music is unbearable and completely makes the vacation as such meaningless).
What can bother you is the gravel entrance to the water, but once you swim, the sea is beautiful, clear and calm.
There is enough parking.

The hotel is amazing, very nice and welcoming atmosphere. The pool and the sea-view are incredible. The food is delicious, i would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant and relaxing vacation with chilling vibe. The beach is good, the only shortcoming are the rocks in the sea, but you can find sandy parts if you walk a little bit. I would rate it even higher :)

This was our 4th time staying at an Acrotel property, and once again, we had a really enjoyable experience , this time at Acrotel Lily Ann Boutique Hotel in Nikiti.
The hotel’s location is ideal, with direct access to a private beach that’s clean, quiet, and perfect for families.
One of the things that keeps us coming back is the hospitality. A special mention to Nafsika at the front office, always helpful, professional, and incredibly guest-oriented. She was a real pleasure to interact with throughout our stay.
At the restaurant, Vanessa and Konstantina were so warm and friendly. They always greeted us and our kids with big smiles and made every meal feel relaxed and pleasant. Christos, the service supervisor, was also fantastic—professional, kind, and clearly leading the team with care.
The rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful. However, cleaning in some public areas could be improved, and the breakfast menu felt a bit limited, especially in terms of non-pork meat options.
That said, we’d definitely recommend this hotel for families; great beach, lovely staff, and a calm setting.
We’d also like to congratulate the hotel manager for putting together and leading such a genuinely strong and welcoming team. It’s the people that make a difference, and your team certainly does! Looking forward to coming back again.
