Lovely hotel, we were upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise. The staff are amazing, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Rooms are clean, and bright. Our only issue, was that people not staying in the hotel were allowed to use the pool, but I think this is allowed in Greece. Highly recommend this hotel, great location, ten minutes walk to beach and restaurants, and great staff!

We enjoyed our week long stay at Lilly Ann Village at the end of May this year.
I was a bit disappointed at the lack of floor space in our rooms. The rooms were clean and well appointed with 2 balconies, both out of direct sun and tea, coffee and mini fridge provided.
We had half board. Meals were buffet style and food was good.
The service was the best. All our questions and requests were met with by the friendly staff, Marilena was particularly helpful.
I would recommend a car for anyone looking to sightsee. The beach is a ten minute walk and suited us perfectly. Beach bars locally were fun and right at the waters edge.
Altogether a great place for a quiet restful beach holiday.

Stayed here for a week with my wife and one year old. Was very clean location, food was good (nothing to rave about), bed good. The staff was the highlight, they really did the extra effort to help (especially with things like heating up food for little one). Location around is still a bit of a construction site so it’s not really the kind of picturesque seaside views, but it is very close to walk down to beach or supermarkets. Main suggestion for improvement is to put in shower doors, since the water floors out almost every time when showering (hence 4 stars).

Generally, we were satisfied with our stay; however, there were several shortcomings. The food was good, the rooms were new, and the staff was nice. We requested a baby cot, but the hotel did not provide one. We were given room 214 on the second floor, which made it difficult for us to go up and down with the stroller. Our terrace faced the road. The bathroom did not have a single electrical socket. Cleaning was acceptable but could have been better. On several occasions, we did not have sufficient hot water when we returned late from the beach, so we ended up showering our child with almost cold water. I don’t know what the issue was, but the hotel was apparently aware of it, since on the 7th day of our stay they changed the whole faucet on their own (without us complaining). The hotel only has a very basic baby high chair, without a tray or safety belts, which was causing more mess and was also unsafe. There is no real playground, only two small facilities. I believe these things would not require a large investment for the Acrotel group. Most of the yard is tiled and becomes slippery in case of rain or water from the pool—our child even fell down one day. The hotel does not provide any activities for kids, if you are looking for that. The road to the beach is not very close, looks quite bad, with cars rushing by and no sidewalk. The nearest part of the beach has large pebbles and grass, though you can move left or right for a better spot. Nikiti is in constant traffic jams, so I would not recommend it as the best option for exploring Sithonia. Breakfast and dinner times are very limited—strictly two hours—and the staff takes your plates while you are still finishing your meal, which felt a bit pushy. Overall, the hotel is good, but I would not recommend it for families with small children, for the reasons described above.

Amazing stay at Acrotel in Nikiti!
We had a wonderful experience at Acrotel. The food was outstanding — delicious, home-style breakfasts and dinners with high-quality ingredients, lots of meat, fish, desserts, and fresh fruits every day.
The hotel is very clean, with daily housekeeping and a beautifully maintained territory. The staff were exceptionally kind and polite, always checking if we were comfortable or needed anything.
The beach is just a short walk away, very clean and beautiful. Sunbeds with umbrellas cost €10, but you can use that amount toward any drinks or food — and they serve it right to your beach spot.
Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and high-quality vacation in Greece!
