We had a wonderful stay at Gran Meliá Villa Le Blanc in Menorca. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location directly overlooking the beach and the sea. The facilities are excellent, especially the spa area with its sauna and hammam, which was a great place to relax. The breakfast deserves a special mention—it was simply outstanding, one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced. The staff were also consistently warm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.
There are, however, two points that significantly affected our experience.
The first is the pricing at the lunch restaurant. We don’t mind paying premium prices at a luxury hotel, but the prices felt completely disconnected from the portions served. For example, we ordered razor clams and received only around six pieces for €40. A plate of grilled prawns consisted of just six or seven prawns and cost €70. We only discovered these prices after ordering, and it left us feeling that the restaurant was seriously overpriced. As a result, we didn’t eat there again for the rest of our stay because we were worried about being surprised by similar prices. It’s a shame, because it detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.
The second point is that the room felt rather small for the price. We paid just under €1,000 per night, and at that level we expected a more spacious room.
Overall, this is a lovely luxury hotel with exceptional service, excellent facilities, an incredible breakfast, and a beautiful beachfront location. If the restaurant pricing were more reasonable and the rooms offered a bit more space for the price, it would easily deserve five stars.

The Villa Le Blanc is much more than a beautiful hotel, blending understated luxury with breath-taking surroundings. Every space has been designed with impeccable taste, creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and wonderfully relaxing calm feel. The rooms, the views, the service, and the attention to detail all exceeded our expectations
It is a place where elegance meets heartfelt hospitality. Great service, outstanding new facility and room with a very comfortable bed. Everything was amazing and they did everything to make our short stay as pleasant as possible being attentive throughout our stay with their professionalism, and dedication to every detail made us feel truly welcomed and valued.
In fact, the entire team deserves recognition. Every member of staff was warm, gracious, and genuinely lovely, always greeting guests with a smile and making every interaction feel personal and sincere.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at Villa le Blanc and it continues to be our favourite hotel in Europe. The service sets it apart from other 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at, the staff truly can’t do enough for you and are all so kind and hardworking. We were also really impressed with the new restaurant, where both the service and food were amazing especially the Lobster!
A special call out to Viviane on the bar who makes the best cocktails! Lola who was always so friendly and helpful, and Ravi who remembered us from last year and always has a smile on his face!
We can’t wait to return for our 4th year!

From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm, polished and impressively well‑orchestrated. I’d booked a room that included an upgrade and an amenity; the amenity turned out to be two finger pastries — a modest start, but everything that followed far exceeded expectations.
The room was genuinely delightful. The open bath and shower, separated only by soft net curtains, gave the space a chic boutique feel, while the toilet being separate was a practical blessing. The coffee machine was excellent, and having both a fan and air‑conditioning made the room consistently comfortable. The compact terrace, complete with two deckchairs, became a serene little hideaway to enjoy the outdoors.
The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Their discreet earpiece communication meant everything felt seamless — they seemed to anticipate my arrival at every turn. It’s a team that operates with quiet precision and genuine warmth.
I had half board, and it was absolutely worth it. Meals in Nivi were consistently superb, with quality and presentation that never dipped. Poolside service was attentive and efficient, and the complimentary frozen lemon drinks were a refreshing, thoughtful touch that made lounging by the pool feel even more indulgent. One small note: despite being a Meliá Gold member, my status was never mentioned at any point during the stay.
The rooftop pool deck is a true sanctuary — calm, beautifully designed, and home to a wonderfully warm pool. The main pool, though unheated, was still lovely, and there were always plenty of extremely comfortable loungers available. The spa pool was relaxing, and both the sauna and steam room were excellent. The hot tub is on the smaller side and not especially hot, but still pleasant enough for a soak.
The setting is simply stunning. Overlooking two beaches with coastal walks right on the doorstep, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The area is peaceful and restorative, though if you’re after more activity, hiring a car is definitely worthwhile.
Overall, it was a fabulous stay — beautifully run, deeply relaxing, and full of thoughtful touches. I left feeling refreshed, impressed, and very much looking forward to returning.

Returning to Villa Le Blanc Gran Meliá for the third consecutive year felt less like checking into a hotel and more like coming home. Every single stay somehow exceeds the last, which is a true testament to the incredible people behind this exceptional place.
What makes Villa Le Blanc so unforgettable is not only its beauty, elegance, and peaceful atmosphere, but the warmth and sincerity of the team. Being welcomed back by staff members who remembered us from previous years was genuinely touching. Those small but meaningful moments made us feel valued, cared for, and truly at home.
A very special thank you to Ruben and Carmen, whose kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism elevated every part of our stay. Their attention to detail and ability to anticipate every need before it was even mentioned made the experience feel effortless and incredibly special.
Carlos, Daniel, and Adrianna were also absolutely wonderful, so welcoming, warm, and genuinely kind throughout our time there. Each interaction felt personal, thoughtful, and sincere, which is something increasingly rare to find.
What keeps bringing us back year after year is the consistency of the experience and, above all, the people. The team has created such a welcoming environment that every stay feels comfortable, familiar, and genuinely enjoyable.
Already looking forward to coming back again very soon.
