Amazing stay here from the moment we arrived. We only stayed for 2 nights for my Fiance's Birthday, we ordered cocktails to the room and they were delivered promptly, we had a small issue with the outdoor hot tub which was fixed within 30 minutes.
The hotel was beautiful and well kept, we used the spa on our last day which was a nice way to end our trip. Hotel breakfast was extremely impressive, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I hope one day I can come back!

From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm, polished and impressively well‑orchestrated. I’d booked a room that included an upgrade and an amenity; the amenity turned out to be two finger pastries — a modest start, but everything that followed far exceeded expectations.
The room was genuinely delightful. The open bath and shower, separated only by soft net curtains, gave the space a chic boutique feel, while the toilet being separate was a practical blessing. The coffee machine was excellent, and having both a fan and air‑conditioning made the room consistently comfortable. The compact terrace, complete with two deckchairs, became a serene little hideaway to enjoy the outdoors.
The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Their discreet earpiece communication meant everything felt seamless — they seemed to anticipate my arrival at every turn. It’s a team that operates with quiet precision and genuine warmth.
I had half board, and it was absolutely worth it. Meals in Nivi were consistently superb, with quality and presentation that never dipped. Poolside service was attentive and efficient, and the complimentary frozen lemon drinks were a refreshing, thoughtful touch that made lounging by the pool feel even more indulgent. One small note: despite being a Meliá Gold member, my status was never mentioned at any point during the stay.
The rooftop pool deck is a true sanctuary — calm, beautifully designed, and home to a wonderfully warm pool. The main pool, though unheated, was still lovely, and there were always plenty of extremely comfortable loungers available. The spa pool was relaxing, and both the sauna and steam room were excellent. The hot tub is on the smaller side and not especially hot, but still pleasant enough for a soak.
The setting is simply stunning. Overlooking two beaches with coastal walks right on the doorstep, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The area is peaceful and restorative, though if you’re after more activity, hiring a car is definitely worthwhile.
Overall, it was a fabulous stay — beautifully run, deeply relaxing, and full of thoughtful touches. I left feeling refreshed, impressed, and very much looking forward to returning.

Without a doubt, this is the best beachfront hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We were lucky enough to stay in a suite with stunning sea views, and we honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The service, the kindness of the staff, and the overall quality are truly exceptional. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea made our stay unforgettable.
Breakfast with sea views is absolutely spectacular and makes you not want to leave the hotel. Between the spa, the main pool, the rooftop pool and the other swimming areas, along with the amazing service, you just want to stay here all day. Villa Le Blanc has become one of our favorite destinations, and we’ll definitely be coming back

In summary, exceptionally poor value for money. We had such a disappointing experience that it has taken me months to summon the energy to write this review!
Examples of positives = Beautiful location + modern, mostly clean, well-maintained hotel. Spa treatments were not cheap, but were excellent.
Examples of negatives =
Up-selling
Caveat: Having stayed with Melia before, we've been given upgrades subject to availability. Upon arrival at Villa Le Blanc we were offered the opportunity to view a room upgrade the following day, which we very appreciatingly accepted. Imagine our shock when the situation turned incredibly awkward, standing in a new room with a member of staff who then attempted to haggle the price with us. Not once was a price mentioned when the upgrade was offered, otherwise we would have politely declined. We booked a gorgeous suite (not cheap) and were very happy with our choice against our budget. We couldn't believe that (in retrospect) the hotel attempted to up-sell us the moment we'd stepped through the doors.
Tipping
Every transaction in the hotel comes complete with an awkward digital screen where you're prompted to tip staff for minor interactions. So needlessly awkward!
Food.
We struggled particularly with eating at the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing because unless you eat eggs, there is no table-service, only buffet. Birds frequently land on the bread in the restaurant, which is cute but unhygienic.
Dinners are very expensive for what you get, in terms of quality and quantity. For the record, €30 per person for vegetable paella is outrageous. Although the hotel advertises that they cater to allergy/dietary requirements, we found the options limited to paying full value for mains with the protein removed. When we did find a dish that we could eat, we were told that we would need to walk 10 paces around the corner (onto the same balcony) to eat at a different restaurant, as they didn't serve that dish at that particular time of day. Not very 5* service.
Special mention for the curious room-service menu that only runs from 1am-7am, featuring the illusive vegan sandwich.
The Spa area.
For such a large hotel, the indoor pool, sauna facilities etc are very limited. Pricing for treatments in their brochure (via the hotel 'app') are incorrect + different to the prices when you try to book. Often the drinking water was left empty for long periods of time and litter was left around the pool. I can imagine that this area gets very suffocating during high-season.
Parking
Hotel charges fairly enormous rates for parking on-site, failing to mention that there is ample free parking around the town close by to the hotel. This comes across as taking advantage of travellers not familiar with the area.
