I had an amazing experience with the entertainment team during my stay! From morning to evening, they kept the energy up and made every day fun and memorable. Whether it was the engaging games and activities by the pool, lively evening shows, or interactive events throughout the day, there was never a dull moment. What really stood out was their enthusiasm and passion. They genuinely seemed to care about making everyone feel included and creating a great atmosphere. It felt like they were always going above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a good time. They were friendly, approachable, and always ready to put on a great performance, no matter the size of the crowd. I particularly loved the variety of activities available — from fitness classes to trivia nights, there was something for everyone. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into tailoring the entertainment to different interests and age groups. A huge thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable. You really added that extra spark to our vacation! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and vibrant atmosphere during their trip.

Staff are so welcoming and so friendly they treat you individually and make you feel special. The animation team are excellent 👌 5 stars they include the children and again treat you very well. The waiters at pool are excellent the waiters at dinner are so attentive. The rooms are always clean and maids are extremely friendly and happy always say good morning. Reception are always on hand to help amazing hotel and would definitely return and recommend 5 star hotel 5 star service

My husband and I stayed for two weeks at the Marhaba Palace in Port El Kantaoui, and we honestly have nothing but praise for this hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service that keeps everything fresh and tidy. The main restaurant offers delicious and varied food, with a wide selection that caters to European tastes while also giving guests the chance to try authentic Tunisian specialties. A big highlight is that much of the food is prepared right in front of you, ensuring fresh and hot options every day. Bottled water is available without limits, plus one complimentary bottle per person is delivered daily to the room. Although we didn’t spend much time at the pools, they were always crystal clear, well-maintained, and the surrounding areas spotless. The beach, however, was our favorite part – wide, sandy, and equipped with plenty of sunbeds and mattresses, which the attentive staff set up for you on arrival. The beach was consistently clean, with staff regularly collecting any litter, and what truly impressed us was the beach bar service: waiters walked along the beach offering drinks directly to guests – something we haven’t experienced anywhere else! Most of the staff are exceptionally professional, friendly, and welcoming, even after long working hours – a true testament to their dedication and hospitality. Still, we would especially like to highlight Mr. Bassem at the reception. He genuinely made our stay even better and is one of the main reasons we are writing such a positive review. When we encountered a minor issue with our first room, he immediately arranged a new one and went out of his way to apologize on behalf of the reception and the hotel. Professional, kind, always smiling, and above all highly capable – he is a shining example of excellent service and a real asset to this hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Marhaba Palace to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Tunisia.

Once again, the hotel is beyond reproach. Friendly and helpful staff. From the lowest to the highest level of staff. The friendliness and empathy of the staff made every moment of our stay more enjoyable. Excellent cuisine, varied. A friendly meeting, conversations, games and fun made more pleasant by animators allow you to forget about everyday life. Hotel very clean and well maintained. Beautiful, clean beach.
