We had a lovely stay again, the only thing that spoilt the holiday was the general managers shouting at staff in front of the guests in the restaurant, the staff work very very hard, and surely don't deserve this at all, and it certainly isn't professional to do this in front of paying guests and not a good look for the hotel either, the life guards made our holiday as their hospitality is 100% spot on they sure know how to look after their paying guests. And allthe bar staff and restaurant staff ( to many to mention) are fantastic at their jobs and certainly looked after us once again, the amaimation team were ok, a little poor until Luka came back and then it was lively again, The Christmas eve Dinner and New year's eve party was a lovely touch to the holiday.
The cleaner was fantastic his little touches with the animals on the bed was lovely, and our room was always lovely and clean.
Mr Attia was fabulous he sure knows how to look after his guests and is a asset to this hotel.
Suitcase man / cleaner very happy to help always, and always smiles no matter what, if you have a problem he will always sort it for you.
Overall a good stay, food is average, staff all friendly in all areas of this hotel

It is during our stay in this hotel. The staff are friendly, but this doesn't full our stomach, my room clean or perhaps change my bed at least every 3 days.you have to keep on eye after cleaning your room if it is clean the bed has changed and the left towel.
Very boring breakfast same thing every day and no test at all start from coffee, agges and not freshly baked Pastries. Use paper mini glass for guests tea and coffee all the time we have half board which includes breakfast and dinner but we can't drink any coffee, tea and juos after our dinner have to buy them . Hav3 to walk outside in hot weather to buy a normal price coffee or drink after my dinner becausetheychrge extra then outside. We have no kattle in our room imagine you want to have a cap of tea.
I personally don't recommend for any one to book this hotel unless they improve from now on.

Reception stuff was quite rude to us, they did not help us about any of the issues, room cleaning was also very poor, foods were not favourable. All in all it was not a nice duration for me in this hotel. Reception should smile a bit, this is vacation at the end.

Bad customer service specially reception staff, they're not helpful at all, but specially their supervisor. His way with us it was very rude, even we were in a honeymoon but we spend all the time outside the hotel cause of the bad service.

If you like deli belly, this is the place for you. WiFi atrocious, beers short measures. Staff friendly and you get what you pay for!
