Reception stuff was quite rude to us, they did not help us about any of the issues, room cleaning was also very poor, foods were not favourable. All in all it was not a nice duration for me in this hotel. Reception should smile a bit, this is vacation at the end.

The hotel food is great you can choose between many options. If you have all included package then you get a lot of food and drinks. If u need they will pack a breakfast box to go. On dinner time there is a belly dance show sometimes. Music is playing most of the time. From 16-17 you can get ice cream and pancakes. The bed is a bit hard but atleast its a full bed not two beds pushed together. The hotel has a big pool. Also there is a tour firm in the hotel where you can book tours and a spa where you can get massage and sauna experience. Many shops are around the hotel and Old Market is like 3.5km far. I added the all inclusive formula picture into the gallery. The Healing Touch Spa is a place you must visit while staying in this hotel. The massage is great and very relaxing. Cleopatra procedure is really good, body scrub, face masks, steam sauna and a massage. It should have lasted 90min but somehow it was 40min longer. If you buy 3 massages the 4th is free.

I stayed at Falcon Hills Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh with my family, and I kinda regret it. We were given green bracelets, and after that, some of the staff treated us like we didn’t matter.
They refused to send water to our room unless we paid extra, and told us to walk down to get it ourselves from the bar and we were given cups of water not a water bottle and the small water bottle costs 30 LE and the large water bottle costs 50 LE = 1 dollar— even though it was late and we were tired. But if you did not wear the green bracelet they could get you the water bottle for free
We asked to change the room because we wanted a pool view, and they just said, “no, it’s full,” without offering any help.
My family paid for this trip, and we were treated worse than you’d expect at a one-star motel on the U.S. It felt like they didn’t care about Egyptian guests at all.
But what we liked is the open buffet and animation team and also the life guard… and a huge shoutout to the life guard who’s name is either Abdullah or Mohamed a young man who is brave and very kind
After all I do not recommend this hotel. Save your money and avoid this place if you are Egyptian :)
