Not the best hotel, not the worst. Food is average at best. Rooms are old but clean, the shower was tiny. Half body in half body out the shower. But for the price cant really complain too much

I recently stayed at this hotel in Mallorca. I can confidently say that the hotel lives up to its current star rating, but with a few improvements, it could easily be rated 4 stars. The room, like in most resort hotels, is not very big, but unless you've brought half your wardrobe from home, there's enough space in the closet and on the shelves for all your things. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit cramped, and the shower cabin might feel too small for larger people. Upon check-in, you're given reusable cups which you must use in the bars and snack areas. On the one hand, this helps the hotel identify that you're a guest and not someone who just walked in from the street for free food and drinks. But on the other hand, without the cup, you won’t be able to get any drinks included in the "all inclusive" package — you'd have to pay for them. Regarding the food, after 4–5 days you’ll likely have tried everything available. It would be nice to have 3–4 more dishes to add some variety to breakfast and dinner. Outside of meal times, you can't get any food except for drinks — you’ll have to go to another building of the hotel, which can be a bit inconvenient and frustrating at times. On the positive side, the staff are very kind and helpful. They speak Spanish and English, and if needed, there are also employees who can provide information in Polish, German, or Russian. There's a swimming pool on the hotel grounds (open from 10 AM to 6 PM), and also a football/basketball court, which is great for kids or large groups. The sea is just a 5–7 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, the hotel fully meets expectations for the price. With a few small improvements mentioned above, it could definitely earn a fourth star.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days with a group of 6 people, and the experience was very disappointing. The so-called “all-inclusive” is absolutely not worth the money. At dinner, no drinks are offered at the table — you have to get up and get them yourself. In the rooms, they don’t provide fresh water daily, and you can’t even refill a bottle in the kitchen. Is it really too much to expect clean drinking water for paying guests? The bar service is just as bad. Cocktails are served only in flimsy plastic cups, and if you don’t take one, your only choices are juice or water. For an all-inclusive resort, that’s unacceptable. On top of that, the bathrooms are tiny and very uncomfortable. The shower curtain constantly sticks to you, which is simply disgusting. Overall, the price does not match the quality or service provided.

I stayed at Globales Playa Santa Ponsa and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is in a great central location, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and close to local activities like mini golf, a waterpark, and an aquarium. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy, but noise is an issue. You’ll hear everything from the floor above, and the glass bathroom doors are loud, especially at night. The all-inclusive drinks were a highlight, great cocktails and local beer on draft. However, the food can be repetitive, especially for lunch and dinner, so picky eaters might prefer the snack bar by the pool. One big downside was the weak air conditioning, just a vent system, not an actual AC unit. Also, the pool area isn’t secured, with an unmonitored side gate allowing public access. Decent for the price and location, but a few areas could definitely be improved.

Just back from a week's stay .It's a hotel that needs upgrading , rooms and furniture is old and worn. Main areas are clean , as are bedding and towels .Bathrooms are small , shower cubicles tiny with rickety doors or old fashioned shower curtains . Noise between rooms and on corridors is at times dreadful due to inconsiderate noisy guests , late check ins, street location and poor build quality and installation between rooms .Staff were generally unconcerned re complaints re noise . One female receptionist was helpful and changed my friends room due to noise complaints over several days. My 2 main personal concerns , insufficient labelling on food , despite signs saying speak to staff re allergies . I asked what was in mixed salads told vegetables , in fact one had grated cheese ...I'm lactose intolerant the other had diced ham ...I don't eat meat .The chef walked off when I asked about ingredients in salads , saying in English he didn't understand me .I spoke to 2 other staff , who took my room number for manager's attention .No-one got back to me , but a few new signs arrived , Melon ,margarine and butter which luckily I'd already been able to identify them myself .Anyone with serious allergies or vegetarians be aware of this . Second concern was my room being cleared of bedding , towels , toilet roll and my soap at 11.20 before my checkout at 12 noon . I returned to have a quick shower but wasn't able to , despite my suitcase and other belongings being in room .Bizarre way to treat guests . Some staff were lovely in particular bar staff as they have a lot of difficult people to deal with . I wouldn't return to this hotel .

Had a deluxe park view room on the 6th floor. Massive spacious room with a lot of storage. We had a hall way, living room area, bedroom and bathroom. Mini fridge was filled every day included in the all inclusive while being cleaned. Balcony was every long with plenty of room with a light for nighttime. Meals always had plenty of variety. Plenty of fruit and veg and selection of bread and rolls. Entertainment every night and activities planned throughout the day. Rooms were dated - but rooms where clean and had everything needed with plenty of power outlets. Lovely and quiet at night time so no issues sleeping. Food at dinner time could be hit or miss - but always something to suit everyone and you wouldn't starve. Breakfast was lovely. Snack times was nice with burgers, chicken nuggets etc. Self serve of wine, beer, juice, soft drinks in restaurants. Would come back again. Due a renovation so excited to come back after that.

I've read most reviews on this hotel, and was really worried about what we would find when we arrived as I made the error in booking this blind based of the photos. The reviews for this hotel are quite honest and some are deserved. However let's be clear its cheap for a reason, the old saying you get what you pay for is truly recognised here. Lets say the decor is old and tired but the English bar (cafe magic) hid in the basement and not talked about is better than the Spanish bar. Even the terrible singing made this place enjoyable to be. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable, our air-conditioning wasnt working but wasnt an issue. The lifts are awful I used the stairs good for my health. The pool area roof top is good and has great views Location is great between the strip and the old town. We were quite happy here and knew what we were expecting read the reviews and have the right expectations you will be fine. However I will say. The food is the worst part of this hotel. Bland, no set meals just loads of bulk cooking, best thing was the the salad. Can you make a meal here yes, is it cooked yes, will you get ill, I doubt it we didnt, will I enjoy the food absolutely not. We ended up eating out of the hotel.

How do I put this? It's like walking into a outdated care home. Everything looks like it should belong in the 70s, including the people that are there. To put it simply. There are 4 lifts, 2 work, 1 sounds like it's on its last legs and the other is nowhere to be seen. 2 restaurants, 1 for all the Spanish people (looked nicer than the other but never dined in it) the other restaurant is questionable at best. Yeah you have table and chairs, but the food is a 3/5 at best. Some of it is edible some of it hasn't been cooked long enough or for to long, you can't really win. You can get tea and coffee for breakfast but can't get it for lunch or tea? The bar which is located on the main floor is okay, drinks are okay. The entertainment was for a care home. The rooms are not what you see online. Booked a room for 4, we were missing a bed (which they did give us one after back and fourth communication) they gave us 2 cups, 2 glasses and not enough towels for 4 people. Out of 5 plugs in the room, only 2 worked. The plug where the kettle and TV were situated didn't work. We didn't watch TV so that wasn't a problem but we did want to use the kettle. Do you want to know the frustration of having to play switchies with the switches daily? We had to search for housekeeping to change the towels daily. The room wasn't cleaned once while we were there (3 nights). The reception staff were nice and did try to accommodate us the best they could. But it just wasn't good enough. Overall. If you want a cheap hotel with a 20 min walk from the old town and don't mind plugs, lifts, lack of well everything then this is the place for you.

Great rooms. View from our room was a bit grim , but it was clean and tidy. Its in a great location and only 10 mins to the beach. We only used the bottom restaurant and always used the stairs, the lifts took forever, and always full , the food is not the best , but plenty of food available off the grounds. And pretty cheap, if your just after being close to the old town its bang on, the hotel is dated. And the staff on reception are polite , but the most polite were the cleaners. Could not do enough, always friendly, but this is just our experience of the hotel. You may find it a better experience,

We have just got back from our holiday here and absolutely loved it! The staff are lovely especially Anita and the cleaning lady with the glasses, we didn’t get her name. Our room was regularly cleaned. The hotel is full of character, Valentines day was wonderful, the rose for all the ladies was a lovely touch! the food was delicious! Plenty of options for everyone, our only criticism was it could have been warmer. For my children’s first time abroad we had a great time! Thank you so much

We enjoyed our stay in february 2026 a lot. The price was very reasonable for what we got in return ( great variety of food, heated swimming pool, entertaonment for kids, gaming zone) . We took all inclusive option. The top great things about the hotel were: 1. Original drinks in all inclusive option ( beer, wine, soft drinks straight from the bottle, which is not common in other hotels). 2. Very high level of cleaniness and hygene. Room service every day, every day fresh towels and wiping even under the beds! 3. Wonderful, weel maintained garden, trees and flowers inside and outside hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Cafeteria offers a wide variety of quality food and drinks ( all inclusive). All in all it is a great value for money and we recommend the hotel.

The bedroom was large, the beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. The bathroom was large and the bathtub could have been replaced by a shower plate, which is far more comfortable and helps save water. The buffets had a variety of delicious food dishes, fruits, cheeses and desserts. The waiters were attentive and helpful but short on staff to clear and prepare the tables. There is an indoor swimming pool and a sauna for the use of the hotel clients.

Stunning hotel! I would happily stay here again in the future and that is only because there is better entertainment next door! the entertainment during the day and also the night could be a little better, the seating for the entertainment in the night is a little bit odd.. just want to say a massive thank you to the young girl at the bar by the snack bar! She was lovely! Always a smile on her face and she was the only one who knew how to do a good drink! (Sorry i didn’t get her name) but thank you!

We had a fantastic stay. We gave the hotel a 4 overall as the rooms are a little dated and could do with a revamp. The rest of the hotel is lovely though and well kept. Food was good, and the staff are very friendly. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Jose from the entertainments team, he went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and ensure that we had a good time. Location is great, short walk to beach and bars. Really great trip overall.

Took my son away for his 21st. It’s away from the madness of the strip but near enough if you want the madness. The hotel inside looks like a cruise ship. The rooms are stunning! And they gave us a free upgrade as I messaged weeks in advance about the special occasion. But the one thing that really made our stay was the incredible, amazing entertainment team! Christina, Eva,, Marcos, Pablo and Jose. From fun exercises, water running, darts (much more) and evening energy entertainment, always a smile, always making you feel welcome. You truly made our 5 night stay the best 🫶

Pros - great pool area, plenty to do, with some decent daytime and evening entertainment. Nice big balcony. Cheap! Ok selection of food, but the quality of the food is poor. Cons - Rooms are dated and the furniture is super old. Noisy due to being on the flight path to the airport. Beds and sofa very old, tired and uncomfortable. Evening entertainment is held indoor in a smallish bar, we could of get a seat 3 of the 7 nights. All inclusive alcohol is a bit nasty, drinks aren't great. Overall for what you pay its an ok hotel, if they sorted the rooms it would rank a lot higher, as the hotel itself looks really nice. They clean the rooms every other day. They do claim to be a 5 star hotel, they definitely are not. Hard to give it anymore then 3 stars. There is a ant infestation around the pool area and our room balcony, which was 3 floors up. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but not bad for what you pay for.

Family of 8, 4 adults and 4 teenagers all enjoyed our stay. Hotel food is great, amazing selection and different themes each night. Good entertainment during the day for all and also had evening entertainment on offer. All inclusive offering is great value. Hotel is clean and staff are lovely. David on reception was particularly attentive on check in. Golf de sur is a quieter location than Los Cristianos and Playas which suited us. Taxis are very reasonable to visit other places like Siam Park and very close to airport. New local steak restaurant Asador Zanzibar Golf plus Sakura Tiepanyaki and Queen Mary restaurants 5 mins walk away are all well worth a visit. We only eat out a few times as hotel food was so good and offered great variety

nice hotel very close to the Airport which has to sides of the story. The good thing is: you can reach the Airport within 15min / on the other side: it is loud ther, especially when planes start direction west, which we had for 2 days...but: we could deal with it - and over night it is quiet. Room was very big, very clean, the whole personnel was simply lovely...everybody was superfriendly!!! One point that needs to be mentioned: they need renovation, in some corners there are significant signs of wear and damages, but our room was absolutely ok! breakfast and dinner are with a big variety of different tastes and it was really GOOD. Overall i would give it a 4 stars - so we were happy

We stayed here for a night before transferring to a boat in marina for a cruise. Reception was quick and nice, providing all of the information we needed. Hotel has a bus stop next to the entrance, so you can get here quite easily from the airport. There is a parking on site, however we had no problems on finding a free spot nearby. When it comes to facilities there is a swimming pool in the back, with a bar and a kids playground, so there is something to do. However, the Atlantis spa which looking at the paths was once part of the hotel is now fenced off, and overall there is nothing much else. Overall the hotel doesn't feel like 5 star for sure, even a 4 would be a stretch. It's clean but feels outdated, especially the rooms. Maybe that's why it was cheaper, then anything else in the surrounding area.

A truly fascinating hotel (price-quality correlation). Delicious food, a wonderful area at the beach with a cafe right on the beach with snacks working even in winter. Good indoor pool and spa (free hammam, sauna). A very beautiful lobby area and the rooms are furnitured in a very nice way. There is only one problem - poor sound isolation in the bathroom. The animation team is very nice and friendly, great activities provided during the day (yoga, dart 2 times a day, evening shows). Thanks to Alina, a very friendly girl who is in charge of holding yoga and dart game, was very lively. We want to come back to this hotel!

We travelled as a group with my husband and children to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, and everything about this trip was truly marvelous, fantastic, and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The hotel management and staff treated us like kings and queens. I want to give special thanks to MD Sedar and the entire team for their outstanding support and kindness. I have never experienced such genuine care and attention before. The food was amazing—available 24 hours a day with so many options. Even as a fussy eater, I always found something delicious to enjoy, and there were plenty of choices for children as well. The service was top-notch; wherever you go in the hotel, staff are always ready to assist, bringing drinks and ensuring your comfort—even to your room. The hotel facilities are excellent. I highly recommend booking the spa package, which includes the sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, and massage. I came out feeling like a completely new woman! The beach is absolutely beautiful, with no stress over getting sun loungers. There is entertainment throughout the day, and the beach bar and buffet make the experience even more enjoyable. What stood out the most for me was the love, humility, and warm hospitality shown by every member of staff. They are welcoming, friendly, and truly dedicated to making guests feel at home. This holiday was glorious, and one of the best we have ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone around the world looking for an unforgettable experience. Our stay at the hotel in Turkey from 7th to 14th April 2026 was truly a memorable and delightful experience. I travelled with my wife and children with other group members and we were all warmly received from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our visit was my 60th birthday celebration on the 12th of April, which took place in one of the hotel’s event halls. The entire occasion was a grand success, thanks in large part to the exceptional support from the hotel’s management and staff. They were actively involved from start to finish, beautifully setting up the hall, arranging the food and drinks, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their attentiveness and professionalism made the celebration truly special. Throughout our stay, the service we received was outstanding. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any need. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious meals, with plenty of food and drinks always available. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. Its location by the beach provided a stunning and peaceful view, adding to the overall experience. There were excellent amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a disco hall, a beautiful garden, and on-site shops. The spa services were also exceptional. My wife and I personally enjoyed the steam bath, sauna, body wash and massage, which were all carried out to a very high standard. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and well-catered holiday experience. I am so glad we booked this Hotel! The rooms in the main house are very good and clean. The rooms in the house next to the main area are medium. Its loud, twisted and less clean. But we had a room in the main house and were satisfied. The food is varied and tasty. The dishes and tables were cleaned fast and properly. The location is near the street so the cars are in the background noise. But thats ok for me. Also you walk only 5 minutes to the beach which is beautifully designed. You have access to food and cocktails the whole day! I liked that. My highlight was the spa. We booked Salt room, sauna, steam sauna, Hamam, bubble bath, being cleaned from two wholesome ladys, 30 minutes massage, a face mask and a tea for just 45€ per person! It was really really amazing! I would recommend! Also the all in was just 10€ a day!! (We were here in November) If you want a relaxing and cheap time - go to Doganay! (But make sure to book a room in the main house) Have a great time.

I was very disappointed that Russian patriotic music was played at the hotel disco. As a Ukrainian guest, this was extremely painful and triggering for me. This is not just music — it represents a country that is currently committing violence against my people. Hotels are public spaces and should be safe and comfortable for all guests. I believe staff may not understand the context, but that’s exactly why it’s important to raise awareness and be more sensitive in music choices. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The food is varied and good. There are not many attractions in the surrounding area. The service is good and the staff really try to make guests feel comfortable. I did not enjoy the hammam experience — I felt pressured to buy extra services, and similar packages nearby in Alanya cost about half the price. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and avoid such situations in the future.

Mazlum consistently prepared excellent cocktails with great attention to detail and quality, while Kubilay's friendly service and positive attitude made every visit to the bar a pleasure. Her professionalism, talent, and attention to detail made the experience truly memorable. The spa experience was another highlight of our stay. The hotel offers fantastic value for money, with excellent facilities, food, entertainment, and service. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. The first time me and my mum stayed in this beautiful modern hotel. We both were very impressed with how new and modern and spotless hotel looks. We booked all inclusive, the food and choice was very various and fresh, choice of breakfast and other meals was enormous, grilled meat and fish very fresh yummy vegetables, herbs and delicious cakes. Also impressed with non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, cocktails were amazing. The stuff was friendly, helpful and chatty, can't fault them. The manager Gulya was lovely and very helpful. The location of hotel perfect, close to the beach 8 minutes walk or a few minutes shuttle available, lots of shops for every taste just around the corner, taxi to airport only 20 minutes . Can't fault it very enjoyable experience and can't wait to recommend this hotel to anyone who likes turkey as a holiday!

Perfect Stay at Wind of Lara – Truly Unforgettable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ From the moment we arrived at Wind of Lara Hotel, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The hotel is absolutely stunning – modern, stylish, and very well-kept. Everything was clean, organized, and designed for comfort. Our room was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping did a wonderful job every day, keeping everything fresh and spotless. The food was one of the highlights of our stay – such a wide variety of delicious options at every meal. We especially enjoyed the themed nights and the fresh Turkish dishes. There was something for everyone, and the desserts were amazing! The staff truly went above and beyond – always friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or by the pool, they made us feel special every day. The entertainment team brought great energy with daily activities and evening shows, but also gave us space to relax when we wanted peace and quiet. The pool area was beautiful and the shuttle to the beach was quick and easy – the private beach was clean, calm, and perfect for sunbathing.

Just got back from Wind of Lara in Antalya and had a brilliant time overall. The food was fantastic to start with, and it got even better with themed nights like Taco Night and Turkish Night on Wednesdays. You might want to plan one or two dinners outside the hotel just for a change of scenery, but with food available from 7am to midnight, you’re pretty much sorted. Drinks are okay, but if you want something a bit more special, head to the Wind Bar; the bartenders there are much better and really know how to mix a good cocktail. The animation team was absolutely lovely, big shoutout to Mekham, Diane, Joey, and Murat for keeping the energy up and making everyone feel welcome. Osman was a highlight too, always walking around singing and putting smiles on faces. The hotel itself is spotless, and while we did come across a couple of moody staff members, most were genuinely friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel has loads of shops and supermarkets, though it’s noticeably more expensive than other parts of Antalya, with most things priced in euros, but you can barter, so don’t be afraid to haggle. Getting to the beach is easy with the coach and boat service, and the all-inclusive section there has drinks and food, which is a nice touch. Evening entertainment was fun; definitely stick around for the Couples Challenge. We played water polo every day and only lost once, so that was a blast. There’s shisha on site if that’s your vibe, and the water slides are great fun too. One night, the animators even took us out and made sure we were looked after, really attentive and just good people. All in all, a great stay with loads of good memories.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. While the pool and spa facilities were a highlight and generally well-maintained, my experience was significantly marred by the poor housekeeping standards. Specific issues included: Cleanliness: The floors were consistently untidy and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. Hygiene: There was a noticeable, unpleasant odor in the room throughout the stay. Service: I was forced to use the same towel for two consecutive days as it was not replaced. Overall, while the leisure facilities are good, the lack of attention to basic room maintenance and hygiene needs urgent improvement.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food and something for everyone. As well as the buffet style food they had a grill outside during dinner where fresh food was cooked. The room was basic but comfortable, with good air conditioning. First night we underestimated how good it was and woke shivering but that was user error and easily rectified. When we arrived, our room was a double but we wanted a twin. Which was not the hotel’s fault but was an error with the site we booked through. Staff were very helpful and bought up another bed at 2:30am which was very comfortable. We were also offered another a room but the view of the mountains from our balcony was so good we decided to stay. There was a good selection of drinks at the bar. The beer was always cold and fresh. You could quite happily chill by the pool all day but if you want to get out and do an excursion, I recommend doing the keep safari. For a reasonable price you get a full day of adventure. They will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel and provide lunch. Overall, this place has a lot of charm and the staff are all very good and things work like a well oiled machine

This is a 2 star hotel. Same food every day. Bar staff amazing. Nothing is clean i had a drink looked in the glass. I didn't drink it thats for sure ...... House keeping and some other man that was working there with a tool box tried getting in to my room. I was taking a shower at the time. ...... I asked what are you doing. They said nothing .... I know what you was doing 😡. I have been alot off places. This is the worst iv ever stayed. And i don't mind a cheep placeto stay . But if you a single person or couple. Not a problem unless a snob . Don't take ur kids they will hate the food . This way may last yr 2025

I am not usually one to complain or leave a bad review, but I feel on this occasion I have to express my concerns. Starting with the positives - the staff are really nice and friendly, and do genuinely go out of their way to help you, the cleanliness of the pools and outside area are kept clean and well maintained. The guy who runs the restaurant is really nice and made an effort to make you feel very welcome, also the guy who runs the spa was very friendly too. Where to start with the Negatives- considering this hotel is listed as a 4* it was very disappointing apon arrival to see it most definitely is not, there was 3 of us in the tiniest room ever, tiny balcony and the tiniest bathroom Ive ever seen along with a really bad smell which never goes away, so before you shower you have to spray the bathroom down. The issue that bothered me the absolute most was the food! Freezing cold breakfast lunch and dinner, they're in heated caddys but still freezing cold... this annoyed me because whatever time you came for food it was cold. So all the reviews that say the food is "delicious" it's definitely not true, but whatever floats your boat! The rooms are not "cleaned" they're straightened up. They remake the beds with the same sheets that is already on the bed, they don't wash out the sinks or sweep the floors etc, okay this might be a little pedantic but for somone who is a clean person and likes to eat hot food, I would say I expect the basics. I will most definitely not be returning to this hotel. But thanks for having us!

Do not expect much from this hotel. The facilities are rundown and poorly maintained. They deceive guests with “official” tour packages that cost twice as much as booking directly. If you want to save money, do it yourself. The food is mediocre, clearly recycled and reheated for several days. Today five buses full of students arrived, and within ten minutes the buffet was destroyed. There were no plates, no food left, and complete chaos. Guests who were already staying here were shocked and frustrated. When we complained, the staff simply shrugged, as if to say, “what do you want me to do?” Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms — only in the lobby and restaurant. Room cleaning is very basic. We asked for an extra sheet because the bed had only one thin one covering the mattress and a dirty blanket that clearly hasn’t been washed in ages. The shower floods the entire bathroom; you end up swimming while taking a shower. This hotel might have had its glory days once, but definitely not now. Poor management, recycled food, untrained staff, and decaying structure. If you value your money, comfort, and peace, avoid this place at all costs.

We had a truly positive experience at this hotel. I was a little nervous about booking, but decided to take the plunge — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff put me at ease. One important note: there is no lift. This is worth keeping in mind if you are a wheelchair user, have a pushchair, or find stairs difficult. The surrounding area is also quite hilly, so a bit of uphill and downhill walking is unavoidable. That said, when I needed help carrying my luggage, the reception team quickly sent a young gentleman to assist me — which I really appreciated. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help, and their genuine kindness stood out. One day I was feeling unwell due to colitis, and the restaurant manager noticed right away. Without me even asking, he made me a Turkish mocha — a thoughtful gesture that really helped and left me feeling cared for. The food was excellent, with a wide range of dishes to choose from. Evenings often featured barbecues serving chicken, döner and other freshly grilled options. As the restaurant is buffet-style, queues could be long at peak times, but the quality was worth the wait. I was also reassured to see a member of staff regularly sampling the food to ensure hygiene and safety standards were met. There was entertainment every night — from music at the pool bar where guests could dance and mingle, to a mini disco for children which my son absolutely loved. It created a lively, social atmosphere that made it easy to meet other families and make friends. The rooms were clean and practical. For me, cleanliness was the main priority, as we only used the room for showering, getting ready, and sleeping. If you’re not looking for luxury décor and are travelling on a budget, this hotel is a solid choice. Another bonus was the on-site shop, which sells drinks, snacks, shoes, jewellery, and other handy items. It was great to be able to pick up little things without having to leave the hotel. Special thanks go to Esra and Ismail, along with Irmak, the hotel rep, for their friendliness and help throughout our stay. We also met some lovely fellow guests and enjoyed plenty of good company. There were a few guests who seemed intent on causing trouble, but we simply kept to ourselves and focused on enjoying our holiday. Overall, it was a lovely stay filled with great food, kind staff, fun entertainment, and happy memories. My son and I had the best time — and we would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms not properly cleaned, restaurant food very good and plenty of it. Restaurant was spotless. Staff very nice and friendly, interacted well with people, expecially the children. Entertainment very good, both for children and Adults. Hotel could fo with a good painting, fairly tired fir the amount you pay for holiday. Splash Area in particular could do with an uplift. Smell of suirage outside some of the rooms. Not good enough.

So i booked this for me and my girlfriend and my 9 year old daughter! Some of the reviews I read before going put me off! But it was fantastic, we really enjoyed the room as it was like our own private little bungalow, it had two shower rooms one normal one and one without a roof 😀 the hotel grounds were lovely full of plants and flowers! The pool area is decent and right next to the bar! The staff were lovely and helpful! The FOOD was brilliant, they had chicken legs, beef steaks, duck, fish, pork chops 😋 I love meat and they were plenty of it! To say it was an all inclusive family type buffet, we couldn't fault it honestly! Breakfast was decent with the usual stuff etc. The Breakfast window was good starting at 7:30am until 10am, then it was open for lunch at like 12:30pm until 3pm then 5pm - 7pm, and in-between they was a snack bar! But that was like ice cream, hotdogs and burgers (tbh it wasn't great) the snack bar was poor but the ice cream was good. If you want ice lolly's and like magnum ice creams etc you have to pay extra! The all inclusive drinks were OK but not brilliant as they were no cocktails you have to pay 5euro for a mojito. But lager (amstel) was decent and when the restaurant was open you can pour your own, they had sparkling wine bottles you can help yourself to. They were only one bar person working the pool side bar at any given time which ended up with people lining up! Which for me was the biggest downfall! They should of had 2 people on the bar atleast. You could get vodka and whiskeys etc but they were not branded. Id recommend buying your first drink for 5euro like a mojito (they give you a plastic cup instead of paper) then you can keep that and use it all day, and if you leave the mint leaves and lemon in the cup just ask them to top it up with bavardi and lemonade and it was like a free mojito pretty much. The entertainment was brilliant tbh they were great dancers and they put in Real effort. But theys no bar in the entertainment room so you had to walk a little bit to the bar, the bar stops all inckusive drinks at 11pm but opens until 12, so for the last hour they charge you for everything. They were a couple things like this which let it down! That's why I give it 4 stars and not 5, but all in all I would visit again! The flamingo beach is a 7 minute walk and the rubicon marina was only like 5.50 euro in a taxi so good location. It was better than I thought it was going to be based upon the reviews I read before arriving, so.if you've booked this DONT WORRY! You will have a great time, but you'll also like me, find a few things you would improve, but nothings perfect.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my partner and two friends. The positives of the hotel are the location is fantastic for a relaxed holiday. the selection of drinks is good and the food choice isnt bad for a all inclusive. Really let down by the rooms bodged plastering, damp feel even with the air-conditioning on constantly, not the best beds and bedding, just feels like it needs a good refurb and it would go along way to making it a great place to stay.

We have stayed at rio playa blanca twice and booked a third for end of november,rooms were cleaned by housekeeping daily apart from fridays. We had no issues with the all inclusive food,breakfast lots of choice,fresh fruit,yogurts,cooked breakfast,pancakes,and more Im a fussy eater and always found something to eat. Grounds were lovely and clean,well designed,if we had any issues the hotel sorted things straight away. We stayed in the master suite with the jacuzzi,when we asked the hotel if the jacuzzi could be cleaned,the safe key didnt work in our safe,we reported it,a new lock was sorted asap. Looking forward to coming back in november.

The Hotel Rio is ideal for families. We arrived in late March for a week. The crew at reception could not of been more helpful and friendly. The room has everything you need when you're on an all inclusive holiday. My little one loved the pool, the kids club and the entertainment team were great. Maid service was excellent, polite and very friendly. The food offerings were very tasty. Huge variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner with BBQ and other themes, last night there was food from Japan. The TUI rep, Sandra, help us with the one and only issue we had, which was of my making. Thank you to Sandra and the TUI team, absolutely brilliant. Would I recommend it, yes if you have kids, don't want the hassle or holiday expenses of finding places for breakfast, lunch and dinner and like the fact the kids are entertained while you can relax. Well done to the Hotel Rio and a massive thank you to the hotel staff especially Lorena, ​Gracias por toda su ayuda.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel welcome throughout our holiday. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food was delicious — always fresh, with plenty of choice at every meal. There was something for everyone, and everything we tried was excellent. Overall, we had a really wonderful holiday and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic break!

Hurghada is obviously booming as they are building resorts everywhere, so the place is a bit if a building site! However once inside the resort everything is as it should be. I'd suggest having a room at ground level as the water pressure in our 2nd floor room was pretty lousy, but enough to have a hot shower at the end of a gruelling day in the sun! We used a ground floor room to freshen up and change prior to taxi to the airport. Water pressure was much better. Just ask at reception for a temporary room, as it's really handy to be clean and in UK clothes when you leave! We had issues with some very aggressive males who tried to break into our room at 2 in the morning. It took almost an hour and my husband yelling "wrong room" a couple of times, for them to get the message and take their shouting outside. Security were made aware but didnt sort it quickly enough. We fed back to management, so hopefully if this situation happens to anyone else, they will be sorted out quickly. Food is great - lots of variety & several extra restaurants you need to book in advance. Chinese & Indian very good. Being off season, there is no issue finding somewhere to relax and staff are very attentive & remember you from one day to the next. The atmosphere is relaxed and happy and kids are well catered for.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, the hotel was very beautiful and service was great. The hotel was easy to navigate and for the size you don't feel lost, the staff were always accomodation and eager to help with anything. The only reason not for a five star is room had some repairs that seemed kinda half worked, and if you book a pool side in the winter months ask for the pool side heated pool. Not all pools are heated and felt like an ice bath, but by the heated pool the staff were helpful at finding a space and chair to relax.

Overall we had a lovely stay at the hotel. First impressions were really positive — the hotel is clean, inviting, and the main reception staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were also ready straight away which made check-in smooth and stress free. The beds were extremely comfortable and the general atmosphere around the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides during our stay. The food was often cold and there wasn’t a great variety of Mediterranean options available, which was disappointing considering the location. We also found some of the restaurant staff to be quite rude at times. In regards to housekeeping, our room cleaning wasn’t always completed properly throughout the week. Dirty cups were sometimes left in the room and wet towels were not replaced. We wouldn’t rule out coming back in the future because there are definitely positives to the hotel, but we didn’t feel the all-inclusive package offered very good value for money, particularly when it came to the food and drinks selection. If we did return, we probably wouldn’t choose all inclusive again.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Food is amazing especially in the restaurants. I would say the ONLY problem we had is being unable to take coffee in a normal cup by the pool on a morning. The animation team are brilliant. Although aimed at the French audience they try to get everyone involved and try their best using English. We had a great time and lots of fun. I think we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The territory is incredibly beautiful — spacious, green, and well maintained. There are 3 swimming pools, one of them with slides for children. The sea is very close, with a private beach. The dining area on the rooftop is surrounded by flowers and offers a stunning view of the sea. The food is delicious, and if you plan to go out for the day, the staff will prepare a lunch box for you to take with you. The staff is very friendly and attentive. After check-out, guests can still keep their wristbands and enjoy all the hotel’s services — lunch, dinner, pool, bar, and more. Highly recommended! We’re already planning to come back. 🌿💙

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty food every day, and the desserts were amazing. There were plenty of sun loungers by the pool, so relaxing was never a problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The drink bar was great too – a good range of cocktails including classics like Mojito, Piña Colada, and Whiskey Sour. The bartenders made the experience even better with their great energy and conversation. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We stayed at Bali Paradise Hotel and had an amazing experience! Everything was perfect — beautiful place, great atmosphere, and very kind staff. At first, we were given a room on the ground floor that felt a bit closed in, but when we asked to change, they kindly accepted and gave us another one — we really appreciated their flexibility. A special thank you to Rameiro, who was absolutely incredible with us — always smiling, helpful, and making sure we had everything we needed. The only small downside was the noise coming from the bar area around 1 a.m. If there were a rule to keep things quiet after midnight, it would make the stay absolutely perfect. We’ll definitely come back one day and choose Bali Paradise again. Highly recommend this hotel!

As a family of 4, 2kids & 2Adults, we had an amazing 5 day holiday here! The atmosphere & vibes were really comfortable, positive & relaxing. Mainly British speaking visitors. We had something fun to do every day. Water Park for kids, Swimming pools for Adults & kids.. Mini Golf. A 20 minute walk from the resort to the local beach climbing over the fun terrain, to find popcorns on the beautiful beach.. We didn't have a car but this didn't stop our adventures! There's a FREE bus to the local town & back, where you can go for food, shopping, experience other beautiful beaches...and a MASSIVE Aqua park with water slides etc...that the whole family can enjoy! (You just book the FREE bus the day before you want to go, from the lovely lady in the HUT by the mini golf).. Kids disco & entertainment after dinner that everyone can get involved with. Unfortunately the Pool tables need maintenance & balls missing!😔 The accommodation was perfect with separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony and terrace. Grateful to have AC in rooms. With kettle in the kitchenette & dishwasher. It was clean & tidy. The food was great with plenty of choices but you can cook at your villa for the fussy eaters, once you've brought the food from the supermarket in the local town.... (Shop on site, not much choice but has the basics like Sangria! 😉) The staff work very hard & are very friendly. My hat goes off to them!! 🙌🏼 Lovely smile from the lovely barman, who was always helpful & polite 😊 Any questions, you can ask or call reception but we were told everything we needed to know from when we first arrived.. We arrived early & lucky for us, our Villa was ready so we got to go straight there. We were offered luggage service, but didn't need as our villa wasn't too far away. It was at the ideal spot for us, with a short walk to anywhere we needed to go. The children felt at home seeing a local cat who liked to visit our villa, we named him patches & put water out for him & the hedgehogs that we saw on the fullmoon night..🙀 the animals did appreciate the water!!💗 We had no problems with mosquitoes or other insects but the flies can be a bit annoying at times but didn't do any harm! Maintenance can be improved but this didn't affect us. The heat was HOT for us in October but the sea breeze helped us to stay cool, it was perfect, refreshing (but don't forget the sunscreen as it can be deceiving in the wind!) Overall we felt like it was the best holiday for us, on this amazing, beautiful volcanic island..❤️ Thank you for having us stay 🙏🏼

This was our third time here in 3 years as it actually great for the kids with the water park etc however this year I will say was just the worse due to the lack of care from the majority of the staff with the exception of one or two of the bar staff which were absolute saints. This year there was zero crowd control and a sever lack of security. there is an arcade right next to the bar naturally full of kids surrounded by windows. While sitting in the arcade there was a person sitting there on their phone in full view in front of the window watching porn.. there's a time and a place and this was neither .. I approached one of the barmen to tell him to see if anything could be done as I didn't want to approach him myself as I wasn't comfortable or prepared for whatever reaction they would have had. The barman told me to go to reception where they can contact security. The guy at reception after I explained the situation told me to tell him to stop as it's awkward if they do it. ..I told him that there are kids including my 7 year old daughter that can see heavy porn on an old man's phone and he says to me with a smile and leaning on the counter and I quote "welcome to the 21st century" I needed to walk away and get the kids out of that bar. The kind barman actually approached me as we were leaving to check in and to say to me reception asked him to try and get their room number leaving the responsibility with him who is an already very busy bar man as you can imagine in an all inclusive resort. I have never been so grateful to gladly check out of the place the next day as that incident alone showed a complete and lack of respect and safety for residents and their kids. The accommodation is standard . Nothing special. Though this year when checking in there were cockroaches on each of the houses and even a lizard in one. A shower plug was so packed of hair from previous families that the shower flooded out onto the landing. We needed to unplug it ourselves. We were also told on good authority that this was their last season and would be closing up for good soon so be careful of considering booking.

Overall, I had a lovely time in a lovely resort. No complaints with food, all cooked perfectly and warm. Staff amazing and helpful, with buggy service available on arrival. Shoutout to ‘Alessandro’ who helped me get around the resort when I had a foot injury, he made my stay special. There are many pools, and an 18+ one which is nice for couples holidays. There is another extra restaurant on site which you have to pay extra for, but is definitely worth it. They also provide a free shuttle bus service to the local town, which is great; there is a €200 deposit on arrival which is promptly reimbursed on your date of departure. Would definitely recommend and return.

We stayed here as a family of 5. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The accommodation was 2 bedrooms, which were large. 2bathrooms which came with soap, shampoos and body wash and a hairdryer. An open plan kitchen living room with TV with had Netflix and Disney downloaded. Everything was clean and well presented. When we arrived there were complimentary bottles of water which was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, from pots and pans to salad spinners. The kitchen also had a large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A little box of dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid with scourers was provided, which was really helpful. The entertainment was absolutely amazing, something for everyone. The staff were amazing, pools were fantastic. Would defo come again.

Lovely hotels with good facilities, Very quiet around the villa. Rooms are decent however furniture is a little outdated. Very clean nonetheless. Hotel facilities are good with many pools, activities and a supermarket. Check in originally at 5pm however we went at roughly 1pm and the room was ready. Only problem with the hotel is the location. Extremely far away from many places and a car is most certainly needed if you want to really explore fuerteventura.

We are staying here right now and everything has been wonderful so far. The garden is beautifully maintained, full of roses and lush green grass, and you can see the staff taking care of it every single day. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of choices. There are freshly prepared eggs and omelettes, pasta, many delicious cakes, fresh fruit, different kinds of bread to choose from and many other dishes. The beach is lovely, with a comfortable chairs and it has fabulous coral reef — perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The swimming pools are clean and well-kept, and there are plenty of comfortable beach chairs for relaxing. The rooms are a bit older but very spacious and come with a balcony. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, from the cleaning staff to the management and everyone in between. Overall, this hotel offers definitely great value for money. We enyoj very much. We highly recommend it.

The hotel truly offers everything, especially an excellent value for money in terms of price and services. We stayed at your hotel for 8 days and must admit that we were able to completely relax and unwind. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself offers a beautiful coral reef, so there was no need to go on excursions elsewhere to see coral reefs. The sun loungers by the pool are very comfortable and soft, as are those on the beach. Every day you receive fresh towels, which you return later and receive new ones the following day. The surroundings are beautifully maintained, with staff taking care of the gardens and the entire area on a daily basis. There is no litter anywhere. We would especially like to praise Mohammed Abu Jabal, who was extremely kind and helpful. Every time he saw us, he greeted us warmly and asked if we needed anything in our room. My wife asked him if he could arrange a slightly lower pillow for sleeping, and within one hour everything was taken care of. That was truly very kind of him. Because of people like Mohammed and all the other employees, you truly feel at home in this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and send our warm regards to Mohammed and to everyone else at the hotel who took care of our well-being.

I am very disappointed with this hotel’s reservation management and the way the business is run. The staff constantly tries to ask for tips for everything, even for services that are already included. Instead of hospitality, you feel pressure. This is not acceptable and makes guests uncomfortable. They told us we could stay and use the facilities until evening, but later they denied saying this and asked for extra money. This is misleading and unprofessional behavior. A hotel must keep its word. Customer satisfaction clearly does not matter here. The focus seems to be only on getting extra payments from tourists rather than providing honest service. We came as guests but felt like we were treated only as a source of money. Hospitality should be based on respect, transparency, and trust — not bargaining and contradictions. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects fair treatment and proper service.

The overall experience was nice. The hotel was clean thanks to Mr Ahmad Safwat (15674), the food was good, there was live entertainment at night and very accomodating people overall. If you'd like to dive there is the facility within the hotel itself and the instructors are very professional. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but they employ a SCAMMER!! The person responsible for the taxi service claimed that he's an honest person because he's muslim who said that our destination is far away. I doubted him as I knew that it was only 5 mins drive away but he lied and said there are two bus stations. There are two stations. One 15 mins away and one 5 mins. He SCAMMED us and LIED and the taxi driver drove in circles to give the illusion that it was really far away, when it was the closer bus station (5 mins, 2.8km) . I was disgusted and disappointed at their behavior and hope that the hotel gets rid of this person who is making a bad name to such a good hotel.

Just returned from a short birthday break. Hotel is lovely and spacious. The staff especially George/Amir were very attentive and friendly. The food was a let down, often luke warm and i found it too oily. The deserts were clearly mass produced, cakes may look different but all tastes the same. The grill was better. The beds were extremely comfortable, however, the bathrooms could do with a deep clean. Plenty of space around the pools, but you will get bothered with salespersons from the Spa who we found very rude.

we had a lovely stay at Bronze Playa. The staff are friendly and willing to help; the pool/outdoor area is lovely and spacious, with plenty of choice at the bar. Both breakfast and dinner were lovely, with plenty of choice and a different menu each evening. The rooms are a little outdated, particularly the bathrooms, and the towels provided are definitely showing their age! That said, the bed sheets were clean and comfy, and the room is lovely and spacious, with a great balcony! Overall, the hotel is great and would stay again!

The hotel was located in a nice area close to the center and the beach. We loved the choice of food in the restaurant, and even though I'm a vegetarian I had plenty of things to chose from. We were welcomed and treated very nicely by the reception staff and the housekeeping ladies. The only thing to mention is that we could not sleep well as the beds were very hard. Also the bathroom needs to be renovated. However, the room was big and clean and we had a great view of the sea.

All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Perhaps a few more staff members would have made for a better dining room and bar service as there just wasn't t enough staff to keep on top of everything. Fruit juice and food platters would empty and weren't replenished. I found the breakfast and lunch buffet to be adequate but ate out each evening as my 15 year old is a vegetarian so the choices available were quite limited. The sun loungers were comfortable and readily available. We weren't offered pool towels and I didn't notice anywhere around the pool for picking any up but as we took our own with us this wasn't a problem. Our room didn't appear to have any accessible electrical sockets, the only place available to plug in a hairdryer or straighteners was in the shaver socket in the bathroom which worked but I don't think that it was designed to accept a converter plug. I would have expected a socket by the mirror in the bedroom but none could be found. The location of the hotel was great for us and we felt safe in the area in the evenings. The hotel supermarket is well stocked and reasonably priced. If you're looking for good value for money rather than luxury this hotel is it.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic rooms with plenty of space. Family of 4 with 2 kids aged 11 and 10 and we all had a brilliant time. Plenty of things to do. Food was amazing! Alejandro and staff couldn't have helped any more than they did. Great service throughout and very clean. The bar was amazing! MARCOS our friend was fantastic. We just had a fantastic week at this hotel. The food was different every meal throughout the week and there were lots of hot options (around 6 fish/meat dishes in the pots with another one of each on the flat top being cooked) everything from chips to lentil soup to goat meat stew... many Canarian favourites on there as well as English dishes. Also there was a pizza station with many types of pizza and a huge salad bar. I am a fussy eater generally but didn't go hungry at all during my stay. Marco was almost always behind the bar serving drinks with a smile (all-inclusive was well worth it!) and the rest of the bar/dining room team were great, so friendly and always taking used plates away quickly to allow a trip to the dessert bar (which was highly stacked with fresh cakes, ice creams and if you wanted a healthier alternative a whole table of fruits!) The rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard and we had no issues at all in our larger than average apartment for the week. We didn't see much of the entertainment but that which we did looked great, Bryan did a great job of getting people into the daily water-aerobics class and a very fun bingo night. There were also some a couple of great singers in our short week there. We will return, I hope, to this hotel one day as it is such great value for money.

The hotel is outdated, with exposed wires everywhere in the hallways. The furniture in the rooms is worn out, and there is not a single hook in the bathroom to hang a towel. The shower tray was damaged, rusty, and repaired with a thick layer of silicone sealant, which was already partly peeling off. The toilet stopped working, and at the reception we were told that we had to wait because there was nobody available to fix it. The door could not be properly closed, only locked; otherwise, it kept opening by itself. The rooms are apartment-style, but there was very little kitchenware, and what was available was dirty. Cleaning was done every day, and towels were changed twice a week. The hotel is largely occupied by the LGBT community, and it is definitely not a hotel for families with small children. For such a large hotel, the pool is small and already in the shade after 3:00 PM. There is only one tiny playground for children by the pool. Again, for such a large hotel, the food selection is very limited, although anyone who is hungry will find something to eat. The ** rating is justified. The hotel is 200 meters from the beach, where there is a beautiful long promenade along the coast.

Dont listen or take any heed of the negative reviews! This place is brilliant. You're not paying for 5* you're not getting 5*. What you are getting is a great base to go explore the area. You're getting clean rooms, serviced every day. They are mostly outdated, but are comfortable and have what you need. If all you're concerned about is a fancy room on your holiday, you're not doing your holiday properly! There are 3 elevators that all worked while we stayed. 1 is slow, the other 2 are quicker. The pool area is clean and plenty of sun beds. The pool itself is a welcome refresher after lying in the sun for a while! The all inclusive food is adequate. You won't starve. It's a bit repetitive at lunches, but there is always 2/3 additional different choices as well as the usual hotdogs, pizza, burgers and chips. They serve local dishes alongside the "safe" options British folk seem to miss when they go abroad 🤣 The bar staff are good. Jose is brilliant! He's got some craic about him. A couple others are a bit more reserved shall we say! Julia at the front desk checked us in and she was lovely and helpful too. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach, literally. It's maybe a 20 minute stroll along the promenade walkway to the bustling area of stalls and shops, with plenty of restaurants along the way. At night the surrounding area is quiet, the occasional song can be heard from hotels across the way. I would absolutely come back here in a heartbeat! Book this place expecting a clean, comfortable stay with nice staff and delicious (albeit repetitive) food.

What a hotel, what a staff, what a location! I went there for my birthday trip and it was such a great choice. This was the best hotel experience of my entire life. Jose, Misael, Monica, and the rest of the staff (whose names I unfortunately can’t remember) were incredibly polite and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to offer more vegetarian options. Apart from that, everything was perfect! ✨

A balanced review: Good points. It's an affordable hotel close to beaches and shops. The pool area is nice but basic and the restaurant is clean and well run. Some of the staff are lovely. Marco on reception, Luis bar/restaurant, and some other bar/restaurant staff as well as cleaning staff. The room (deluxe) was nice with two bedrooms and two balconies. No lock on the bathroom door (I was sharing with friends) so it would have been nice. It was my friends birthday and one of the guys, I don't remember his name (tall slim with dark hair and a moustache and goatee) sorted a cake and dressed a table for breakfast. A really lovely gesture with a note wishing him a happy birthday. He is a nice guy and works in the restaurant and bar. Negative points: On our last day Julia behind reception (quite curt and abrupt) insisted on cutting our wristbands off first thing that morning, 9am, when we went down to see about extending our room booking as we had a late flight. Check out time is 12pm - not really sure why she needed to do that. At 10:50am I went to the bar to ask for a glass of water as I wasn't feeling well. They told me I would have to pay for it, I was served by a young guy really short with a moustache, I thought it was because of the wristband being cut off so I tried explaining that it was my last day and I was there until later. Apparently the bar isn't open until 11am (I didn't know). I was only 10 minutes early. He got his senior colleague to come over, bald guy in a white polo shirt, he wanted me to pay for it but eventually just gave me a glass of water. I realised then that the bar served from 11am but I wasn't asking for alcohol or anything fancy just water as I had a bad headache and wanted to take some tablets and it was nearly 11am. I remained polite to the but confused. As I walked away they were both looking at me walking away and talking about me. The food is very basic and as a vegetarian I struggled to eat more than chips and salad with the occasional pasta dish. The water incident and the receptionist, Julia, have left a bad feeling. I stayed at the hotel the previous year in an older room where the shower flooded and I was locked in the bathroom as the door handle broke off with the door closed. It was ok and I understand that it is a basic hotel. I am not sure I would book again. I would rather increase my budget a little bit for the variety of food and better standards.

Stayed here for 10 days, I am aware that spains a hotter country and insects are a given however, eating food and seeing cockroaches isnt appetizing,the staff were lovely for a few days but then we became aware of dirty looks staff would give us at food times, we even asked for a few Spanish sayings to be more friendly to the staff who didn’t speak English. 4 days into our trip my purse was stolen (police involved, case number and proof of my card being used after it was frozen) due to not being fluent in Spanish we asked the white haired lady at reception for help calling the taxi service to see if it was lost at that point in time, we had to return 4 times never once did we accuse the hotel staff, however after this we were treated like we were rude and disrespectful, the cleaners became very cold to us, even not properly tidying our rooms. On the 28th the day before we came home my step dad(in his 50’s) fell over due to a wet spot on the dining room floor, without a caution sign, his ankle became inflamed and needed ice, we informed staff they’re floor was wet to make them aware, not even 30 minutes later when they’d returned to the hotel room the inroom phone went off where the receptionist informed us that they had to report it to management due to it being a injury, the manager then informed her to tell us that “one more complaint and we’d be forcibly removed from the hotel”. The hotel in general isnt at all worthy of its stars, it’s cheap and it shows, Wi-Fi is only free in the lobby, it’s £27 for a week of Wi-Fi in your room, only 2 elevators are working and there isn’t any locks on the bathroom doors, not even any soap in the bathroom to wash your hands, the cleaning is 5 times a week (don’t get too excited, they sweep and mop, make beds but that’s it, if you have dirty dishes they just rinse it). This is my first time abroad and I’d say mind the star rating, I’d gladly cough out another grand if it meant being treated like a human and not a pest, the pools cold, the food seems like school dinners and I’d get better service by kindergartners.

We have had the time of our lives here. We stayed in a masionette with 5 of us and it was perfect with a lovely garden view and balcony, clean and functional. The buffet was great had something for everyone. Minutes from the beach and pools were perfect and always found sunbeds easily. Now the main thing I want to talk about is the animation team-the truly made our stay here unforgettable. Evelina, Alex, Nino, C and the entire team were fantastic. Positive, high energy, so kind, patient, fun and the kids adored them. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and the shows and entertainment they organised were top tier in particular the fire show! I genuinely can not sing their praises enough they all deserve a pay rise! Special shout out to Chris and Stella at the pool bar who were also exceptional so kind and funny and also loved our kids and they loved them! Ice coffee was spot on! We will be booking again and eldest son now wants to be apart of the animation team!!

Amazing stay, especially the entertainment and cocktails! We stayed here with our two kids (ages 11 and 15) and had a fantastic time. The hotel has a really nice design with spacious, spread-out rooms. We highly recommend booking a sea view room with the grass balcony—the views are beautiful! The facilities and food were great, and the alcohol was amazing, featuring top-shelf brands and incredible specialty cocktails. The absolute highlight, though, was the entertainment team. They were fantastic and kept the kids fully engaged with excellent activities. Highly recommended for families! Don't miss the fire show!

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Rodos Maris and wanted to say a huge thank you to the entire team. We were a group of 17 people, each with different needs, opinions, and requests, and the hotel staff handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Organizing such a large family trip is never simple, but the team made us feel supported throughout the entire vacation. A special thank you to the kitchen staff for being so considerate and attentive regarding one of the children’s food allergies. It gave us real peace of mind and showed how much the staff truly cares about guests. We also want to thank the concierge team for helping us with transportation, reservations, and organizing everything on very short notice. They were available day and night, always responsive, helpful, and kind. What we will remember most from this trip is the incredible people working at the hotel. From the supermarket staff, food stations, entertainment team, and reception, to every employee we met - everyone was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel itself has a charming old-style resort village atmosphere that feels warm and relaxing, especially for families with children. The beach area is beautiful and the surroundings are lovely. The only small downside for us was the distance from Rhodes City, which is about an hour away. We honestly wish this amazing hotel were closer to the city, but at the same time, the peaceful and beautiful location is part of its charm. Thank you Mitsis. Thank you to the entire staff and everyone who made our stay special. We truly enjoyed our vacation, and we will definitely be happy to return in the future.

This hotel was overall good but I have some things I would change. For example for adults there isn’t really a lot to do. The entertainment is mostly for kids. They had 2 singers on 2 days of the 7 which were really good. I would say the hotel is very family friendly. Very good for kids. The rooms very clean and restocked fridge was also nice to come back to everyday. LINDOS is a short 15 min drive so I’d recommend hiring a car it’s very cheap to do so. The beach is a pebble beach but it’s very nice too. They have a bar on the beach also with food at lunch. The drinks were nice they served plenty of cocktails on the menu.

We had a fantastic time at the resort but what made it for us was the amazing team. Evelina, Alex, Adel, Nino, Mimi, Louhane, Luca and C They made the kids holiday so much and the competitions they ran were top class! We cannot fault them all and we can’t wait to return maybe next year. Make sure you all get one of the fantastic t-shirts too!!! The hotel is really well located and the food options were always good making sure no one went without something they like in our family of 5, the pool was busy so make sure your towels are down by 8am but during the day that died off.

Absolutely terrible hotel experience. I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone. The cleanliness standards are shocking. There was mould on the curtains in our room, the floors were never properly cleaned, and housekeeping basically just came in to make the bed and leave. Room towels are only changed every three days, which is honestly disgusting for a hotel, and beach towels every two days — something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. The entire hotel is extremely outdated. The furniture, decor, doors, and overall condition of the rooms feel old and poorly maintained. Some of the doors barely work, and they also feel very insecure and easy to unlock, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. The only positive thing I can say is that most of the staff were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the reception staff were the complete opposite — rude, dismissive, and very unhelpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment and nowhere near the standard it advertises.

Avoid This Hotel – Dirty Rooms, Terrible Food and Nothing Like the Photos Absolutely not a 4-star experience and honestly one of the most disappointing hotels we’ve stayed in. The rooms were dirty from the moment we arrived, with a horrible mould smell that never went away during the stay. The furniture is extremely old, worn out and badly needs replacing. The whole hotel feels tired and poorly maintained. The food was another huge disappointment — repetitive every single day, low quality and often tasteless. After a couple of days it felt impossible to eat there anymore because it was basically the same food over and over again. Definitely not what you expect from an all-inclusive holiday. Drinks were equally poor. Tiny plastic cups for everything, weak cocktails and cheap-tasting alcohol. You spend more time going back for refills than actually enjoying your drink. The WiFi was terrible throughout the hotel and barely worked in the rooms. For a hotel charging these prices in 2026, this is simply unacceptable. The photos online are very misleading compared to the reality. This hotel seriously needs renovation and much better management. I genuinely do not understand how this place has the rating it does. Would never return and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Rhodes.

We spent 7 nights at the Sunshine Hotel in Rhodes in May 2026. It has been a lovely holiday, with the temperature around 25 degrees all week. We took a taxi from the airport, which is about 12km away. It cost us €28 for 3 adults with 2 large suitcases. The pools are amazing, kept very clean and are sparkling clear. In fact, the whole site is kept immaculate with grounds staff working throughout the day. It's an all inclusive resort and there are meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner with soft drinks, water, beer, wine and a limited amount of spirits available all day for free. The cleaning staff in the restaurant are excellent and there was always clean tables to be found to sit at. The daily entertainment is brilliant and includes aqua aerobics, dart games, volleyball, water polo, a big chess set and crazy mini golf amongst other things. The beach is literally the other side of the pool area and is solely for the use of guests at the hotel. The local area seems a little run down, but there are shops and restaurants within a few hundred yards of the hotel which are well worth the visit, especially The Royal for a lunch and The Garden Restaurant for dinner. Both are fairly reasonable in price and you must try the local Milokleftis Apple Cider as it is very easy to drink on a hot sunny day. The only real downsides to the holiday have been the beds and the onsite Mamma Mia Al A Carte Restaurant. The beds are very hard and it can take a few days getting used to. Some mornings I woke up feeling more stiff and sore than when I went to bed. As for the Mamma Mia restaurant, you get 1 visit for free and any subsequent visits you pay for. However, the food wasn't cooked fresh, it was already prepared, and it was really unappetising. So much so that we left the main course unfinished and headed off to a local restaurant (Joni's Place - literally 50 yards from the hotel entrance). I would not recommend the Mamma Mia restaurant, but the main buffet restaurant is very good. All in all, it has been an excellent holiday and I would recommend the Sunshine Hotel. Just an additional bit of info, we were here for 7 nights and the tourist tax is €10 per night per room, which meant ours was €70. We paid this to the hotel on arrival.

Got a deal with on the beach holidays and sunshine hotels grounds are so beautiful and on the beach ⛱️ The staff and additional staff here are so kind and work so hard . Tommy who can speak many languages helped us get an exclusive boat trip outside of the hotel . Nothing is no trouble for any of the staff. Food isnt personally 4 star for me, But I can get by.. The buildings , rooms , plumbing systems isnt the best so we to deal with leak in bathroom most nights. Overall a lovely week away with a friend.

Great hotels along the sea front with its own part of the beach and large pool area. The rooms are large and include big bathroom, two large double beds and sofa. However cleaning staff aren't great and you dont always get enough towels and on one occasion didn't even get toilet roll! The bar staff are always friendly however the drinks are incredibly poor and the food is very hit and miss. The best part is the location as you are literally close to some of the best areas and shops which include the amazing sports bar Alkionis and bike and car rentals galore. We will be coming back next year but only because the rooms are perfect and the location.

Below average food, honestly great place to lose weight as the food is so dull. Zero effort so uncreative. Plastic cups that taste like the last person’s drink. Showers by the pools barely work. Honestly I could go on. With some effort this could be an amazing resort but it isn’t!

This place has the potential to be amazing again—if they can address some of the current issues. We were sold a luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive experience for our honeymoon, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that promise. While we still made the most of our time together and had an amazing trip overall, several aspects fell short. The food was often over-salted and of inconsistent quality, with limited or no snack options available throughout the day. The Sandy Villas is closed. which was disappointing. Meaning we had to eat at sandy beach and the walk a short distance every day to the main family resort. Not Adults only. Our swim-up villa was lovely, but unfortunately pool was dirty and poorly maintained, we had to ask for it to be cleaned and for the lights to be turned on. The main pool was worse. It’s also clear that some staff are unhappy with the resort’s new direction—though I have to say, the majority of the team were truly fantastic and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. With a return to proper standards and attention to detail, this resort could be something special again.

We have booked 5 star holidays but as a result we received only 5 star room. As Sandy Villa was merged with much cheaper and worse sister Sandy Beach we were downgraded with overall service to official 4 stars but to be honest it can be evaluated as 3 stars maximum. Questions to the management- we will send official claim to the tour operator as well as this is very rude behaviour. 1. Why we were downgraded without our acceptance and approval? We have paid for 5 stars standard not only hotel accommodation? 2. Why you serve so awful food? It is tasteless and next to the pools it is even much worse - reminds street food. We were forced to eat outside…We have never encountered such low-quality food. We are not particularly picky eaters, but it is genuinely difficult to find anything edible in this restaurant. Everything is of the lowest quality and presented in a truly unappetizing way. 3. Drinks. Did anyone from you tried wine you serve? It is much better even in some discounts like Lidl. Where did you found it? 4. Token system is really annoying. Once you forget it from your room you have to go back…. 5. Top management go please and talk with your staff. You will realise how demotivated they are - you are destroying the image and soul of this place.

From check-In to check-out it was perfect. The rooms was spotless when we arrived and the staff cleaned the rooms everyday and replaced all the towels daily which is always a plus in any hotel. The staff where amazing, the man I believe is the manager is probs the best hotel manager for any company, hopefully they recognise how amazing all their staff are..he was there from the moment we went downstairs till midnight when we went to bed after entertainment. Food was great, better than other hotels I have been at, there was great selection and my kids are like they never been fed before. The entertainment was good, it's more catered to say the older folk, but was still enjoyable. Only thing I would change is more update music and music around the younger generations. I think it would of kept more people around longer in the night. But like I said it's not bad and we all still loved every moment of It. Also which was great, the free shuttle bus to town and the beach! No extra charge. Would recommend to all my friends who wants an all inclusive holiday and gives it all. We had a fantastic stay at Aluasun Costa Park Hotel. The staff were all amazing friendly, welcoming, and always helpful and everything was kept spotless throughout our visit. The entertainment team did a brilliant job and really added to the overall experience. There was a great variety of food every day, and every meal was enjoyable. I also spoke with Valentina during our stay and shared how happy we were with everything. The location is very convenient, with the beach just a short walk away, or you can use the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. There are also several shops nearby, as well as some within the hotel itself, which was very handy. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

A lovely week at this lovely hotel. Excellent staff. We was on floor 3 and the housekeeper was lovely and always said hello. The restaurant and front of house staff excellent. Food was great for the price, we was half board, and my son Lucas absolutely loved the entertainment team, all of them so friendly and kind. He loved the kids club and the evening shows put on, he is 12 so he’s hoping they put the age up for the club so he can keep coming back. Thanks for a fab week 🙂 xxx

The hotel itself must have had renovations recently, as it is not "dated" like some of the reviews suggest, unless only some of the rooms have been renovated, but not the others. I booked directly through the website, and it is a bit misleading as the booking was for "full board with drinks included" and I thought this meant all inclusive, but you only get drinks during meal times. The outside bar is shut at the moment (March), so assume they open from April. The hotel staff work really hard to keep up with the demand during meal times, and special mention to Imed, who was very knowledgeable and made a lot of suggestions during the stay! Unfortunately you have to queue for meal times and the queues can be very long at peak times, which is ridiculous considering it is a hotel and should be able to manage this better, by either expanding the restaurant or have less guests. There wasn't a huge variety of food and most of it was repeated each day, so we ended up eating out a few times. The entertainment was non existent, so there was not a lot to do during the day time or evenings at the hotel. They had bingo and "dancing" for guests every night. 95% guests were a lot older and I suppose they just catered entertainment towards them. Surprisingly for a 4 star hotel there is no gym here... So for me, it is more of a 3 star hotel, but the staff do work hard and it is very clean, and do not want to take anything away from them. If you're thinking of coming out of season, do not expect much other than a decent room to stay with nice views (if you are the right side of the hotel). Train station (La Colina) is a kilometre away and your best bet is to go to Málaga city centre (20 minutes train) if you want things to do, or you can walk down to Playamar beach (20 - 30 minutes from the hotel) for restaurants, cafes, bars and a bit of entertainment. However, there wasn't a lot going on as it is out of season, and if you want atmosphere, Saturday night is your best shout and it got kind of busy around midnight onwards

The room was quite noisy, and the air conditioning did not cool the room properly. The bed linen was not changed during my entire week-long stay. Housekeeping was below expectations, as the room was not cleaned thoroughly. In addition, if you would like a late check-out, you cannot arrange it in advance and must ask again at the reception desk on the day of departure.

I stayed at Paraíso de Albufeira during my recent trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were very nice and welcoming throughout my stay. However, there were some issues that affected my overall experience. I cut my foot in the jacuzzi because part of the metal was loose, which was concerning from a safety point of view. Also, access to the swimming pool requires booking in advance, which was not clearly explained beforehand. Many of the hotel facilities require additional payment. There is a small star next to some of the rules, but it’s not very clear what this means until you arrive, which can be confusing. The restaurant staff were not very helpful, and the service there did not feel as welcoming as the reception team. On a positive note, the supermarket inside the hotel is very convenient and has good prices, similar to shops outside. Overall, the hotel has some good points, especially the cleanliness and friendly reception staff, but there are areas that need improvement, particularly safety, communication about extra charges, and customer service in the restaurant.

Sit tight this is going to be a long one. We arrived on Tuesday afternoon not knowing if we are at the right place (couldn't see the name of the hotel) but the lady with orange hairs were very nice and polite. Explain everything and make us feel welcomed. There are 6 lifts available but bare in mind they have 800 rooms (I think). Our room was on the 5th floor and the view was amazing. We only have breakfast and it was bit boring, typical English breakfast products every day. Breakfast is served only until 10 so you need to wake up early everyday if you want to have one. They have an amazing pool outside (cold) and heated one inside. Entertainment was very funny and thoughtful. My kids enjoyed every evening of the show. Our holidays very amazing and if I can only have one negative suggestion I will mention the rooms - they are outdated, needs new furniture for sure. Apart from that whole experience was awesome. Will definitely come back!!!

Good location but not what was expected for a 4 star hotel. Floor of lift has cracked tiles and room had a smell of sweat when we arrived. Overall the room seemed to be from the 1980's with minor modifications. Maybe appropriate for teens on after- school summer break!

Stayed there for a week the room never got cleaned The pool staff go through your bag and scream and shout if you have food or drink that isn’t from the pool bar ! They call the police if you have own drinks/food from shop ! The hotel manger told us he didn’t want “clowns like us in his hotel” he then said he was part of a gang and to watch what happens to us Absolutely disgusting behaviour In total there was 12 other family’s putting complaints in about the staff and the way they spoke and treated you ! Absolutely disgraceful. The hotel itself not too bad, but the staff have knocked me sick with the lack of compassion they hold. Yesterday my father passed away in this hotel in a very brutal, traumatic way. He was there with my mum and his 2 children age 12 and 10. When it happened my mum panicked and ran to the front desk begging staff to come to her room to help her. The staff looked at her as if she was stupid for being so worked up and told her "well im not medical". SO WHAT if you are not medical, if you have a heart and someone is pleading for your help whilst there is a literal death going on in your hotel you HELP in ANY way you can even if that's just to offer emotional support. No one asked if they were OK, everyone kept just walking past them whilst they were sat outside the room screaming and crying, not asking if they need anything, no offer of a glass of water or a blanket because they were cold. Nothing. The medical staff that came were amazing, but the hotel staff were treating my family as if they were dirt and like they were bad people for being so upset about this HORRIFIC incident just happening infront of them. I understand when booking this hotel you arent going to be considering how they deal with a death, but im just letting you know how much the staff at this hotel DO NOT CARE about PEOPLE in the slightest. Absolutely sick to my stomach at how my family were treated. Disgusting.

We had a really good stay at Hotel Decameron Tafoukt Beach. Our first night we stayed in a room in the main building, which was quite noisy due to the nearby nightclub. As we arrived after midnight, there were no other rooms available at that time. However, the next day the staff immediately arranged a different room for us with a terrace overlooking the pool, which made a big difference. The hotel is a bit older, but everything is very well maintained and impressively clean. Every day the pool area was thoroughly cleaned, and even the sunbeds were regularly moved and washed, which shows great attention to hygiene. The food was very extensive and varied, with plenty of choice every day. The à la carte restaurants were also very good (we were able to use them three times). A big shout out to the animation team, especially Fatima, for bringing great energy and making the stay even more enjoyable!

A truly wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff across the reception, restaurants, bar, gym, spa, and entertainment were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make the experience special. The food selection was fantastic, with an excellent variety — I especially loved the seafood options. The location is also superb, making everything even more enjoyable. I would happily return and highly recommend this place.

The service from the staff at the restaurant was good but l felt very let down by the animation team as they only catered for the French guests. Through out the stay, they mainly focused on talking to the French guests. I was really looking forward to entertainment on the evening as it was a comedy but the team only spoke French and all the comedy sketches were in French so we didn’t understand what was being said. Very disappointing indeed!

However, only a few days ago, on Sunday 1st March, at the health spa, my husband was offered a sexual act by the girl who was masaging him as part of a Hammam. This is a four star family hotel and completely unacceptable. Very under hand.

Visited here with my family over the May half term. Children 8&6. Great family hotel, staff were fantastic, especially bar staff and kids animation team who didn't stop. They are currently constructing a huge entertainment venue next to the onsite shop&kids club (not sure the how the noise will effect neighbouring hotel rooms) There are also newly constructed football pitches on site. We stopped in a family room 2 x double beds with a partition that can be pulled across; It was spacious and modern with a large bathroom which had a walk in shower. There are multiple pools round the complex as well as the large water park attached. This means you'll never struggle for sunbeds. The food is good and varied although it is buffet style only. (the tagines are lovely) I wouldn't want to eat this for more than a week. They also only serve ice cream from 1500hrs 🤷 The alcohol choice is poor, cheap selection of wines and no proper cocktails available. The beer available is san Miguel poured from bottles or local lager on tap. ( i was bored of this after a few days) there are no premium spirits, so would recommend bringing a bottle from duty free if this is your thing. The hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, a taxi into the city costs around 150 D - take a card from reception with the hotels address for the return journey to show to taxi drivers. A good place to get dropped off in marrakesh city is at the tui blue Medina gardens hotel, its central and there's a taxi rank there for the return. All in all a great holiday for kids under 14 and if you don't mind staying within a resort for the majority of your holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club and honestly couldn’t fault it, especially as a family with children. The kids club is outstanding and clearly run by people who genuinely care. There is so much attention to detail for the children, from activities to how they are spoken to and included. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Sarah and Fleura, who have been absolutely lovely with the children. They went above and beyond to make them feel happy, confident and excited to come back each day. It really made a difference to our stay and meant we could relax knowing the kids were having the best time. The food has been incredible with plenty of choice and great quality, and the service throughout the hotel has been excellent. Staff are always smiling, helpful and attentive. The pools and slides are perfect for kids of all ages, clean, well supervised and so much fun. Our children never wanted to leave. Overall, this is a brilliant family hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and amazing staff. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone travelling with children.

The experience was amazing, this is my second time coming here after we had a baby. From the reception to the animation team everything was amazing.The animation team kept us engaged every day and the shows they did was amazing especially the dance show, i loved the table tennis competition/darts/zumba dance. Overall I would recommend the place. Also the food was great, the cleaning staff were amazing, they added petals on the bed and floor making us feel like royalty. The waiters were exceptional especially Soukina, she made our baby very happy. The reception people and the people that move the bag were amazing they helps us with everything we needed, checking in and checkout. Also the shop staff were very friendly and helpful and even gave my baby a gift bracelet. Lastly it was my wife's birthday and she told me she had the best massage/ pedicure ever. I would recommend this place over and over again.

We enjoyed the most wonderful week at Picakalabtros Aqua Fun Club last week. It really was a fantastic week and we will definitely go back! The staff cannot do enough for you - special mention to Mounier the concierge who is simply amazing! As well as Sarah and Maria in the kids club. The quality and choice in the restaurant is spectacular, the hotel is pristine clean and we felt really safe and secure. The pools are not deep which is perfect when you have young children with you, you can genuinely relax! It's a 10/10 from us :)

Excellent hotel, all of the staff were friendly and the hotel was excellent for children. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed a stay very much. A lot of work was being done at the hotel during our stay on some of the pools and one of the restaurants but it didn’t affect our holiday as there was still plenty of pools to use. The food was ok, there was a choice to eat on most meals, there was always food available throughout the day.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was amazing. For us, this was a rest holiday so we mostly stayed inside the hotel, however took part in every excursion - which everyone single one was very cheap and so amazing! When I looked online it was very expensive. So wait to book until you come. The service and the atmosphere of this hotel is something you won’t get anywhere else for the price. The food was very good, some nights better than others but they changed it up very well. Pasta and pizza is your best option if you’re fussy, cooked freshly as well. However I do suggest as a fussy person to venture out! I liked a lot. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing the staff were, very much there to make you feel special and pleased.

Phenomenal hotel. Would give this 5 start based on the service of the staff alone. The cleanliness was fantastic. Some wee areas in need replaced but nothing out of the ordinary. The building itself is stunning and maintained to a high standard. Security is fantastic. Only thing is its quite a drive from the airport so may be a bit of a struggle for people with young kids. But all in all it is a fantastic resort.

Sam Momo, Nina, Bob, Ramon and Bikaer were all were very friendly and supportive. They kept my son entertained all week. Staff at restaurant were also very good. Overall it was a great holidays. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with a great location by the sea. Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable. Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead. Pool area is amazing almost like a Vegas style beach with lots of space and cabanas. I gave this place a 5 star review because the price of the night stay of 68 euros wouldn't even cover the price of the breakfast in most places. So the value is amazing. Would highly recommend it as a 5 day escape from everything and anything.

No porter Rooms are not 5 star level No tea/coffee making facilities in room. In a 5 star hotel this is a given One elevator out of order for 3 days Breakfast is good although not a large number of items. Spa very nice and organised. We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English as well. Hotel is up on the hill so it was a bit of an issue going there and back to town/beach but we got used to it, car would be a good option there. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The pool near the hotel was very clean and big enough. Excellent place to stay.

Have just got back from a week here, the hotel is lovely, clean, and very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely area if you are looking for a quiet week away. The all inclusive food, is your standard all inclusive, something for everyone, even the fussiest of eaters. The only downside was that it wasn’t kept very hot. If you want a lounger by the pool, these get full very quickly and people did tend to leave their towels there all day and disappear, which shouldn’t be allowed ( there was a lot of French people who did this). There is a grass area just down a couple of steps that has plenty of loungers though. There is also a lifeguard on duty all the time the pool is open. Shame the water park across the road wasn’t open, I think that would have eased the pool situation. Air con is included, only thing extra we had to pay for was the tourist tax and the safe.

Food amazing only bettered by the service. Drinks choice for an all inclusive was surprisingly good. Hotel courtesy bus an added bonus too. Pool area well maintained and clean. Housekeeping staff are second to none. Always busy and standard incredibly high. Thank you. Would highly recommend and love to return.

Our modern, fresh and very comfortable hotel room was cleaned and tidied every day by a friendly and patient member of staff. The half board arrangement was fantastic! A great range of good quality food and drink on offer at breakfast and dinner (unlimited sangria and beer on tap alongside the usual fizzy drinks!). We had the option of swapping dinner and lunch but stayed out appreciating the local area until the evening. Well kept pool area and a mini bus to take you to the two local beaches, which my son and I preferred to walk to after eating so well! Beautiful, clean beaches and an easy and cheap bus trip to Mao harbour where we caught a catamaran to learn about the harbours history. A bustling town if you like to shop, with plenty of cafes to sit in and watch the world go by. Staff at the desk happy to advise on further travel around the island. Our favourite member of staff was the lady who greeted us at the restaurant every morning and evening. Friendly people everywhere we went, making us feel very welcome and well looked after. Definitely a place to return to. Thank you Minura sur Menorca.

We really enjoyed our week at the Minura Sur! We booked as a last minute trip, and was not disappointed. We loved the surrounding area of the hotel as we were looking for a quiet break. The staff are excellent, from reception to the restaurant, superior service. The cleaners are brilliant, the hotel itself is spotless. The food was great, and we were happily satisfied every meal. The beds are a little hard. So perhaps next time I will bring mattress protectors, however, this did not impact our stay and we would definitely return. Thank you for a brilliant week, it was just what we needed.

From arrival to departure our experience was amazing. So much so we are already planning a return journey. The food and selection was fantastic and the way cleanliness was attended to was second to none. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, big smiles and positive attitudes were aplenty. Daytime activities were varied and engaging, credit where credit is due, the entire entertainment team were engaging and fun. Especially the Fram rep, Bideau, who was so friendly and funny creating a relaxed and fun environment. I do believe if it wasn’t for him me and my wife wouldn’t have got involved in any of the activities. To add more joy the team organised a fun certificate for me when I won a shooting activity and announced it on the stage, a memory that was funny and will always stick with me. The pool was perfect and clean, never smelt overpowered with chlorine and was nearly laid out, lifeguards were fun and also got involved with pool activities which made them so much more approachable. The room was so clean and well laid out. The fridge was a brilliant addition along with the widescreen tv that added an unexpected but very welcome finish to an already exceptional room. Overall, an amazing experience and perfect holiday, we will definitely be coming again. If I was to give any critiques it would be the beds were too firm and this caused some discomfort now and again, however this did not impede on our overall experience.

We came to the Atrium Hotel in Pefkochori to stay for 6 days. In my opinion, the hotel’s location is not great — it’s too high up, and if you don’t have a car, you have to walk about 15 minutes to get to the beach or nearby places. Because of the reviews, we were honestly hopeful, but during our stay we faced several issues. First of all, the Wi-Fi at the hotel is really bad. If you don’t have your own mobile data, it’s very difficult to watch something or even just stay connected. Secondly, the hotel doesn’t have an indoor pool, and the outdoor pools aren’t heated either, so most people who booked in September, like us, probably couldn’t use the pool due to unstable weather conditions. For a hotel like this, I would at least expect the outdoor pool to be heated if there’s no indoor one. Another issue was the limited variety of food and the lack of informative labeling. The vegan options were almost nonexistent. You can get drinks from the bar during or outside of meal times, but if you want to take a bottle of water to your room, they charge you for it — even though we booked an all-inclusive stay! Did they really expect us to use the single bottle of water given on the first day for six days straight? Because of that, we had to keep carrying water from the bar to our room in glasses. I can’t say it was a terrible experience, but I also can’t see how this hotel deserves many of the positive reviews (at least based on the period we stayed).

Soup was water with noodles in the bottom of it Chicken when cooked was ok but dry cold chips were warmed from meal to meal bread was hard n dry good for toast one couple who went on the first day said the had the trots the next day then they stopped food from being ordered from the pool bar as nobody was going into the dinning room the running joke between us was anyone going for toast staff were great rooms kept clean but not enough space to put clothes on or in big generator outside our balcony kept us up Transfer bus dolphins made us fight busy traffic to get to him on our way home the elderly couple we were with struggled to get over when he could of pulled into for us like the German bus did 10 mins earlier

Overall the experience was good. The rooms were ok, although the ac didn't really work. The weather wasn't that hot during our stay, so that didn't matter. Housekeeping was really nice. One thing that was a dissapointment was the service. Especially the bartenders were rude.

2 STAR AT BEST. I would strongly recommend reading all the negative reviews before booking. Greece is beautiful, but staying here definitely was the worst part of my trip. I was nervous sleeping in the room because there was no latch or dead bolt for safety. The room reminded me of something out of a scary movie and the only thing that was cheap about it was the amenities and furnishings. I don't know who rated this hotel but definitely no way it is 4 star by any standards.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful, surrounded by pine trees. I was especially happy that there were hardly any mosquitoes or bugs, something I really appreciated. But the ants are unforgiving if you leave crumbs. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. Despite the furnishings weren’t brand new, everything was in good condition and the air conditioning worked well. Even though we visited during a hot period, the nights were pleasantly cool. My daughter and I had a great time at the water park, such a fun bonus! The pool was clean and we didn’t face any issues there either. We only had breakfast and went into town for dinner, which worked out well since the location was convenient. There was an area right outside the hotel that the staff showed us and we didn't have to look for a parking space. If I visit Halkidiki again, I’d definitely consider staying here again. That’s what matters most.
