I couldn’t be happier with my choice of hotel. The man at the reception is amazing — incredibly kind to everyone, and especially sweet with my 3-year-old son, who already calls him his friend. Our room faced the beach and had a spacious yard. It was spotlessly clean — 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. They clean and change the towels every day — truly top-notch housekeeping! Beautiful place, right on the beachfront, on the main street. It takes me just 2 minutes to walk to a clean, calm beach with no waves, pleasant water, and no wind. I absolutely loved it — I’d come back here 2,000 times. And I will! I came with my family, and everyone loved it.

Convenient for everything. Beach. Shops and food. Updated apartments/refurbished are lovely. Cleaning is not great. Our cleaners make bed and take out bin and refresh towels. That's it! Rarely sweep or vacuum and we've no facilities to sweep up our crumbs ourselves. light over kitchen table is thick with dust, ants 🐜 in bathroom, kitchen and outside patio(no vegetation near us). Have requested many times to be tended to but nothing still. We are currently using expensive medicated powder which seems to be keeping them somewhat at bay. We love it here, been coming since 2019. Cleaning standards have drastically dropped and the price has drastically increased. Had already booked and paid to come again next year before we came this time with no possibility of a refund. Dreading it instead of looking forward to being here. We're so sad. Have got to know so many people in the area, it's always been like coming home for us.

Not as quiet at night as other reviews let you believe. We had fantastic sea views but got the noise from the live bands and buskers on the prom at night. WiFi was poor but everything else was excellent. The staff, food and location were excellent.

A lovely hotel very close to the beach. Area very busy and noisy. Lots going on. Turns out the hotel was In the process of upgrading the facilities which led to a nicer than expected room. Our room was right opposite bars though so quite noisy. Air con worked well. Staff helpful and food very good, but very dark trying to find our way around at night as outside lights didn’t seem to work.

All members of staff from cleaners to waiters were all very polite. Rooms and grounds kept very clean and more than enough sun beds, so no need to reserve any. Special mention to Inma and Carolina for their help and professionalism during a medical incident we had. Perfect location, pool and sun terrace areas. Can't wait to revisit the hotel.
