Awful hotel. We booked 3 rooms for 10 of us, we were told there was a problem with the booking (there wasn’t) and so 10 of us were put in 2 rooms even though we had booked and paid for 3, it seems they do this all of the time. 5 beds crammed in 1 filthy room. Bathroom was filthy, sheets were stained, beds uncomfortable. The 2 rooms we were put in were no where near each other. We were “pressured” into signing up to a drinks package that we didn’t want and had to pay cash for (€200) On top of being charged cash (€50) for the air conditioning, WiFi (which was useless) hotel tax. The pool was disgustingly, the water was so murky you couldn’t see your waist let alone your feet. Be aware of gangs hanging around outside the hotel waiting to rob tourists on their way back to the hotel. Do not book this hotel. Love Holidays are a disgrace to be booking it. The good reviews must be fake.

The receptionist Denise has a skin fade by the way. When we showed up we were locked up in a “conference room” and were basically told that we weren’t allowed leave until we bought their terrible drinks packages that serve straight poison. When my friend aggressively refused the package, we were all asked to leave apart from him He was left in the room with the rep Toby who constantly wore his fake sunglasses he got at the petty station to cover his dilated pupils from the absurd amount of Coca Cola we saw him sniff at the swim up bar. He then said Toby did things we wish he could forget. The only rep thats chill is Eoin Dempsey however he is highly against what he calls “government propaganda” that is wearing a t shirt. On top of this, your room key works for every room in the hotel. Only positive is that the toilet can consume ridiculous amounts of toilet paper. Cheers Toby fingers crossed we will never cross paths again

Hotel is in a decent location to the strip, fine if ur coming for a few days but there are defo better hotels in the area.
Pool was very unclean did not want to swim in it.
Watch out for the reps €180 out of pocket before the stay.
Sleeping on plastic and there was ants in the room.
We stayed in a 5 bed room and all the beds were together barely fit our suitcases in and no room to get ready properly.
Wore crocs the full holiday for the shower

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Where do I even begin?
As soon as you arrive at the hotel, the reps take you to a small room to offer you an “amazing offer.” They’re scamming you €170-€230! You’re made to feel uncomfortable as soon as you step into that tiny, boxed room.
You have to pay cash straight away as it’s a one time offer.
Once you get out, you’re practically forced to pay €50 per person for aircon, wifi, TV, and a safe. We never got a remote for the TV or a key for the safe. We had to go down and ask for the remote for the aircon. Wifi It doesn’t work at all through the hotel. You have to walk to the strip for it to work properly.
The rooms are pure filth. They don’t get cleaned, towels don’t get changed, and beds are made out of plastic. If you do get someone to come clean your room, all they’ll do is lay toilet roll and a bed cloth on the end of one bed and that’s it!
FYI, the rooms look nothing like the photo.
The reps are so rude. If you ask for any sort of help, all they want from you is money.
The pool is unclean its a milky cloudy colour and I think that says it all.
Everything about this hotel is a scam stay away and stay away from them reps.

Where to even start with a place like this. Firstly the hotel reps sell you a drinks package immediately upon arrival ranging from €170-€230, full of empty promises. Told us we were getting a great deal, and they’d throw in an 8th day of the wristband for free. Only to be told on our last day, “I would never say that”. Rooms are mediocre at best, and I did not have even remotely high expectations for them when I arrived and was still disappointed. I’ve done many lower star party hotels in the past, and overall much better of an experience. We paid an extra €50 per person (4 of us), for wifi, air conditioning and the safe. Only to find out our room WiFi doesn’t work, or even have any signal at all. We had to leave to go to the hotel reception or pool area to have any form of signal. Beds very uncomfortable, and shower floods. Down stairs rooms backed onto a farm which lead to animals screaming at all hours of the night, and even extremely drunk none of us could sleep through it. Maids only came in once on our entire 8 night stay- and when she did 15 euros cash, a necklace and other personal items were missing. When we reported this we were told it happens in every country. Booze was beyond disgusting, and a regular bartender was a child no older then 9/10- pouring out vodka redbulls for hotel residents. If you do chose to stay in this bando of a hotel, don’t waste any money on snacks there. Any bag of crisp is 5 euros, if you walk 30 seconds to spar they are 1.20. Reception staff rude and unhelpful. If you enjoy being scammed and treated below human, this trap house is perfect for you.
