I would like to especially recognize Angil for her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service throughout our visit.
One situation stood out to me. After leaving the pool, my family and I were feeling quite cold and wanted to keep our pool towels while walking back to our room. Instead of simply refusing, Angil immediately offered us clean, dry towels so we could return comfortably. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed genuine care for our comfort and well-being.
Beyond that, Angil was always respectful, attentive, and helpful with all guests. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our experience.
Our children absolutely loved the pool and the facilities, and they had a wonderful time throughout our stay. The pool area was enjoyable, well-maintained, and made for great family moments.
More generally, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at Radisson Blu Doha. Being located in the heart of the city, I did not expect such a high standard of hospitality, but the staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and customer-focused.

I had an outstanding experience at Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere.

Our stay at the hotel was great. Checking and checkout was easy and well facilitated. Clara and Arif of customer service were good help, and courteous. Appreciate their service and facilitation during checkout. So were the Food service staff - very helpful. Appreciate the food service staff hospitality.
During our stay, we were recommended Sand castle tours service for city sights. We enjoyed that as well.
