I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Doha. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. A special thank you to Ratish at check-in, who made the process seamless and welcoming after a long journey.
Breakfast each morning was another highlight — the service from Victor, the Food & Beverage Manager, was outstanding. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
Overall, it was a great family experience. Every member of staff we met throughout the hotel was incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. The atmosphere made us feel completely at home.
The hotel’s location is excellent, perfectly placed for exploring the main sights of Doha and conveniently close to the airport.

His friendly attitude and dedication made my stay even more pleasant.

This hotel is really good. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and just make you feel at home. I had a small issue with my booking at the beginning, but they were quick to resolve it. There are other small things as well, like finding small gifts in my room after Narayan from room service has been here (room is always spotless as well). Would definitely stay here again!

I had an excellent experience with the staff Udaya during my stay. The guy was a gentleman and very professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. He made the check-in and check-out process smooth and quick. He also answered all my questions patiently and provided useful information about the hotel and nearby places.
