The apartment we stayed it was atrocious, the room smelled of cigarettes, it was covered in ants, it was meant to be self catering, it had no kettle, the two hobs we had for cooking took over half an hour to heat up and longer to cook any sort of meal, we've been going to fueteventura for ten years and staying in calete de fuste, it was by far the worst accomodation we have stayed in, we reported it to staff 10 minutes after check in, the lady gave us a air freshener. The shower doors were hanging on by a thread, black mold in it too, the sink was cracked, we brushed our teeth first night, to wake up the next day to our toothbrushes covered in bugs, we couldn't change rooms we couldn't change hotels as everywhere was fully booked up, we've always had two rooms and the staff on shift said yes two rooms when we checked in, no it was one bedroom and the couch bed, don't get me started on that, we slept at a angle declining from head to toe, the beds kept separating during the night, worse sleep for 10 nights, oh and the icing on the cake our daughter woke to see someone in our room, I didn't see but she swears someone came in when we was asleep, I ended up putting stools Infront of the door to sleep as door was hanging on for its life and didn't lock, we stayed in room 84. The location is ok, your close to everything, we usually stay on the hill and walk in to town, and thought this may be better in town, it wasnt. Most hotels have some sort of barrier perimeter, makes you feel a little bit safer, this place doesn't, it's completely open centeral to two roads and public paths, not ideal with kids. We booked on 28/12/25 to fly 31/12/25 it was a last minute holiday, we didn't have high expectations and we've stayed in places with lower stars than this, as it's usually just somewhere to sleep and cook the odd meal, low standards weren't even met here. Now to the staff, they were all really nice, the late receptionist was so lovely she let us use the iron for our duration for free and only charged €5 for the kettle for 10 days, the cleaning ladies were lovely too, every 1-2 days they were in our room cleaning with fresh bedding and towels, they are working with what they have here. The pool and pool area was clean and basic, kids were happy playing in it.

Apartment was clean but in desperate need of renovation, sockets were dodgy, shower screens broken, paint flaking off walls, beds awful etc. However they were clean which was something. I guess we got what we paid for at this time of year. Staff were very friendly and helpful so thanks to them and it was located in a great location for bars and restaurants

I am giving 5 stars for the room ,I new it was basic but it was clean and tidy and a view of the pool and a big balcony. Pool was lovely and clean with plenty of beds and tables to sit out and enjoy a beer or two. Location was perfect close to many shops and bars but far enough away not to here any noise.beach just 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place for great value holiday.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and in good condition. The cleaning lady came every two days, which was a nice touch and kept everything tidy. However, I did experience quite a bit of noise very late at night and early in the morning. When I mentioned it at reception, the lady I spoke with was quite hostile and unhelpful, even suggesting that I should call emergency services the next time the noise wakes me up. Overall, it’s a comfortable place with good amenities, but the noise issue and the unprofessional attitude at reception made the stay less pleasant than expected.

Didn't stay here but my son, his partner and granddaughter and great grandson did . Went to meet them with a bag of clothes we had brought over to save airline fees. The 1st room allocated stank of urine and smoke. The next room was inundated with bugs so they left and booked alternative accommodation. Avoid here at all costs, horrendous. As I say I didn't stay here but was witness to the disgusting state of the apartments.
