We stayed here for New Year 2025 for 1 week. Before arriving we read the reviews and were really worried about staying here to the point we were going to change hotels.
When we arrived, the guy on the desk was friendly and checked us in as quick as he could, it did take a little while but there was 8 of us. We paid €200 deposit per room which would be refunded on checkout. We were given a receipt and also a sheet with terms and conditions which were fair (keep apartment clean, remove rubbish and take bedding off etc)
Rooms were basic but a lot better than we expected. They were clean which is alls we ask for. Beds were comfy and we had a huge balcony. Shower was powerful and towels/toilet paper was changed mid week through the stay.
On checkout, we ensured everything was ok in the apartment and went down to reception in plenty of time so they could refund the deposit. They went to check our rooms and then refunded the deposit there and then. Our friends paid via credit card and the money went straight back into their account. We paid via debit card so took around 5 days to go back in.
Overall, a really good stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here over the fiesta, the apartments were as expected, nothing wrong with them but nothing fancy either, also not the cleanest!
In my experience these apartments attract a 'rough' crowd, I wouldn't recommend for families - however, not sure if this was because we were there over the fiesta.
We paid our deposits in cash to ensure we got it straight back, which we did, but you have to leave the apartments exactly how you found them (with the exception of putting the bedding on the bathroom floor) otherwise you wont get it back, we saw someone left 1 (clean) plate on the draining board and lost their deposit!
The area is a 10 minute walk from the strip, 15 ish from the beach so a good location but it is a little out the way of the action. The staff we spoke to seemed friendly enough too.

I enjoyed how spacious the rooms are, they all have comfortable beds, shower/bathroom was great, kitchen area with basic utensils, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and cooker. Pool area is lovely with lots of sunbeds. However the apartment was a bit dirty, with dust and dried food stuck onto kitchen surfaces and items, the sofa bed was filthy, tiles in the bathroom were lifting, safe didn’t work in the bedroom. The staff also wouldn’t change our towels or replenish the toilet paper, the staff were extremely rude about this and told me to go purchase these items from the local shop or gas station they had near them. I think this was extremely poor of the hotel and I can’t believe they ask for a €200 deposit with that type of service.

Apartments are on top of a steep hill.
There is a bus from hotel to beach on the plus side.
Three lifts for 34 floors can sum times be really slow and very busy.
Will have various pots and pans but may need to ask for more to accommodate making a full meal.
Not alot of noise from other apartments only if their having a party🤔🤔.
Overall great facilities and spacious apartment.

We had an amazing 4 day stay here. We were worried before we came after reading the reviews. On arrival staff were lovely and very friendly. Rooms very amazing very spacious and very clean. No complains at all. The bar staff were very nice too and have a good laugh. Pool area is small but was always beds available. No problems getting the deposit back. If you follow the rules, which is basic put your rubbish in bin, strip the beds you ll be fine and you’ll get the deposit back no problem at all. Rooms were best rooms iv stayed in for a while.
