We had our staff party there and it was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed every moment and were impressed by the wide variety of delicious food and drinks.
A huge thank you to Jenita and the Trio Animation Team (one girl and two boys). They were incredibly energetic, friendly, and made sure everyone danced, laughed, and had fun. They put so much effort into entertaining us, and it truly made our day extra special.
We had a fantastic time and created beautiful memories. Thank you all for this unforgettable experience! ❤️🎉✨

This would have would have been a five star rating but as you can see I've given only 4 stars, here is why. I have booked this hotel for a night stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were allowed in at 1400 hours on the check in day but we arrived there at 15 00. Welcome drinks and explanation were great and we went to our room.
The room was a club beachfront on the first floor and the view was amazing. The guests taking suites or 'club' rooms have reserved access to the Restaurant/Private Space called Club V47 Restaurant. We have received a great tea time snacks and pastries enjoyed with cocktails and mocktails which were nice, served by Damini a nice host.
We had dinner in the Mercado Restaurant as we haven't booked V47 Restaurant prior the stay but the buffet of Mercado was excellent and the waiter Dileep was a great host and a very attentive guy.
The breakfast was reserved in V47 Restaurant and this was an amazing experience. We were attended by Dilson a very attentive host.
The only thing that was unfortunate was the small girl with blue or grey eyes who works in Bar Bleu refusing us one slushie because it was already checkout time. We were on 'All Inclusive' Plan and all this time we haven't gone to take not even 1 single drink at the main Bar Bleu and being refused for ONE slushie which is not even an Alcoholic drink was TERRIBLE!
I request the administration please look forward to this small girl working in Bar Blue. This really affected my experience with Outrigger Mauritius.

## A Memorable Birthday Getaway at Outrigger Mauritius
We recently spent two wonderful nights at the Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it was an experience we will cherish.
We opted for the **Club Beachfront room**, and it was the perfect choice. The room offered an **amazing, uninterrupted view of the ocean**, and the bathtub facing the sea was a true highlight—the perfect way to unwind.
The culinary experience was equally impressive, with a great selection of delicious food throughout our stay.
What truly set our visit apart, however, was the impeccable service. A huge thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome:
* **Mr. Dinson**, the Club manager, for his attentive oversight.
* **Mrs. Damini** from the restaurant, for her warm hospitality.
* **Mr. Sam** from the main restaurant, for his excellent service.
The genuine warmth and care shown by this team have left a lasting impression on us. We are already looking forward to our next visit—we definitely plan to come back for a longer stay!

Beautiful beachfront location and a warm welcome from the reception team. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The food was average for a five-star hotel, and the F&B service lacked attention to detail—a room service tray was left outside a guest room for the entire weekend, attracting mosquitoes. The decorative pools also had unpleasant-smelling water. The hotel has great potential but would benefit from a thorough clean-up, better housekeeping, and renovation.

Dear friends feedback is either you take constructively or negatively, we went to outrigger hotel for the the celebration of my son 18th birthday
We paid for two rooms, but both had an unpleasant smell. The towels were also not in good condition, which added to the discomfort. The TV had no channels available at all, which was quite frustrating.
The biggest letdown was the food. The quality was very poor, lacking taste and consistency. It honestly felt like no one had properly tasted the dishes before serving them. The buffet layout was confusing, with food split across different areas, and even the desserts looked unappealing. We also ordered a virgin mojito, but it had no flavor, and the mint used looked far from fresh.
That said, I would like to highlight Mr. Kavi, the F&B Manager, who provided excellent service despite the issues. He was professional and attentive throughout. Additionally, the entertainment team did a fantastic job — they were the only part of the experience that truly stood out and helped salvage the day.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and unfortunately, I would not consider returning.
