The location is excellent and the room size as well, but the service was not good, especially the cleaning. There was only one woman for the entire hotel, and her cleaning was poor. The bed was also uncomfortable. Additionally, the electricity went out twice during our stay. The biggest drawback, which I have never seen in any hotel in the world, is that there are charges for room service – €10 for each service. This is completely unreasonable. Why would I stay in a hotel if there are no complimentary room services?

Extremely friendly stuff altogether. It makes you fel welcome and special. Food menu has good options and pool area is nice and relaxing.
It's a 10 minutes downhill walk to town and 20 minutes back up, it's quite steep uphill.

Unbelievable hotel with great views.
Staff were up there with the best. They couldn’t be more helpful with advise and suggestions on the island. With plenty good good recommendations.
Top quality Breakfast and food in general.
Very good drinks attention to detail.
Special mention to the main man Alex he is a credit to the hotel. Works morning to night with no fuss. Always smiling and always interested in how your day has been or going.
I will definitely God willing be back to stay again.

World Class and Amazing Service
For my fiance's 30th birthday, I booked Ostraco Suites for our trip to Mykonos. The experience was incredible and world-class. We were picked up from the airport by Alphonso who was very friendly and provided a smooth drive. We then arrived and were greeted by friendly Sophia and Tina, who provided information about the location, how to get to town, and the best beaches. Maria then took us to our room to drop off our bags and then we went poolside and Alex prepared us welcome drinks. The rooms were spotless and spacious, the pool area is very relaxing, the food was incredible, and the customer service was amazing. I felt that I was treated well and any needs I had were met at all times. In fact we spent one day just hanging around the resort the service was so good. Sophia, Tina, Theodora, Alex, Maria and the entire staff provided excellent service and I would return.

What an amazing resort. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing and the breakfast was the best I had in Greece. The rooms were cozy and authentic. Also the main town and all the attractions were within walking distance. Overall awesome experience!
