We visited Mitsis Galini from 06.08. to 16.08. And I would say I have a couple of comments regarding their facilities, service, and overall experience in this 5 star hotel.
From our arrival we learned that Spa is not included in the price of hotel which is not highlited anywhere and only indoor pool is free of charge but since it is thermal water you may use it only 20 minutes a day and with prior reservation. Every other spa servise is not included in price of hotel. Keep in mind that we paid 350 euros a night for two adults with a 18mo baby. Hotel staff is mostly polite but with few exeptions. I would like to say that Ilias, Giorgios, Stella, Iana and Dimitris are really attentive and polite and great staff members. On the other hand receptionist Vasiliki and waiter Yanis are less polite and made a bad impression on me. Receptionist Vasiliki failed to inform me that boat tour that we booked is not suitable for 18mo even thou she was aware we are going with the baby. The beach that is the destination of the boat ride is overcrowded and there were no sun shade or shower. I was later refunded the cost of day trip and promised an answer to my email which I never recieved.
Hotel is clean, food is very nice and versitile.
There should be a mosquito net on terrace doors because it is impossible to sit with door open since there are too many of them every night.
My overall experience is positive with a couple of not so great situations.
It is my opinion that 5 star hotel should invest in english language lessions for staff and maybe some training

We spent a week at Mitsis Galini and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is absolutely beautiful, right by the sea, and the beach in front of the hotel is incredibly convenient, especially when travelling with a young child. The atmosphere around the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy a family holiday.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We were also very happy with the food 😍😋 We especially enjoyed the delicious flavours, the generous choices and the opportunity to try something different at every meal. From breakfast to dinner, the food was consistently fresh, tasty and satisfying, making each dining experience something to look forward to.
A special mention goes to the staff, who were always friendly, polite and willing to help. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference to our stay.
We left with very good memories and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing seaside holiday in Kamena Vourla.

We have no words to express how we felt during our stay at Mitsis Galini – it was simply wonderful!
Everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the service, our room, the large and beautiful pool, and the food, which was absolutely delicious. We did not regret traveling 6 hours to stay there because we had such an amazing time.
A very special thank you goes to Dimitris, whose outstanding service at the pool and throughout the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Dimitris, thank you! We hope the hotel management knows what a valuable employee you are. You truly are the face of the hotel and someone who makes guests feel special, comfortable, and welcome.

Overall, we had a good stay.
The rooms were clean and well maintained, although they felt a bit outdated.
During peak meal times, the restaurant was sometimes very crowded due to large groups of children, which made the atmosphere a bit hectic.
A special thank you goes to Vaggelis at the beach bar. He was always friendly, attentive, and in a great mood, making every visit enjoyable. He was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, some of the other waiters and staff were not as welcoming and occasionally came across as unfriendly or uninterested.
We would also like to give a big thank you to the ladies at the reception. They were always kind, helpful, and welcoming, and they made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.
We really enjoyed the pool, and the additional facilities such as the gym and spa were a great bonus.
Overall, the hotel offers a good experience but still has room for improvement. With consistently friendlier service from all staff members, our rating would have been even higher.

We are very happy with our stay! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and smell amazing. Beach towels are provided in the room, which is very convenient. The pools are fantastic, the bar service is excellent, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming.
The food is delicious and offers a great variety, with fresh pizza and grilled meat prepared on the spot.
Everything has been perfect so far. We highly recommend this resort and would love to come back!
