2nd time we have been to Tingaki and we have enjoyed it both times. 1st time in Marianna hotel apartments and we enjoyed it everyone was so friendly. Would definitely go back.

We stayed in the Marianna for a week just before school holidays started and we were very pleased with our package with Jet2, however we seemed to have been given a very unlucky room 103…
This is right underneath the cocktail bar which is open until 1am most nights, you can hear the music and chairs clattering until the early hours of the morning and we didn’t have any air con where as others did for €10 per day
Other than the above, the staff were very nice and accommodating, the pool was never too cold in fact sometimes it was too warm and you’d like it colder but nothing you can do there!
Rooms were cleaned with new towels and sheets every day apart from Sunday, this was a nice surprise… we didn’t use a safety deposit box and we weren’t exactly hiding our valuables but nothing went missing and the staff are lovely
The snack bar is extremely fair priced and the staff are lovely and the rooms themselves do what they need to
To add, the cocktail bar out the front of the hotel is run separately by two brothers, they are lovely and we ended up coming back after dinner every evening to enjoy some of the best cocktails we’ve had the pleasure of enjoying… the daiquiris, pina colada, amaretto sour, and Bloody Mary especially!
Overall we had an amazing holiday with an unlucky pick of the rooms, if it was a different room I don’t doubt we would have given this 5*

Beach is a 10 minute walk
Beds cost €30/25/20 depending on how close to the shore you would like €30 being the front row - this is for the day and the beds have table service for food and drink from the rooster restaurant which is delicious
The sunbed owners will give
You an optional lockbox with a waterproof wristband at an extra cost of €3 for the day which is well worth it for peace of mind
Bus to Kos town run every h
60-90 mins and is €2.50 each way per person
Lido waterpark is great for the kids - don’t book through JET2 they charge more than double of the excursion places - you can even get a free bus and pay there €12 for children and €22 for adults

Nice 2 star hotel, basic, but met our needs. Nice pool area with cafe for snacks. Then u get to the bar, what can i say, best mixologist in tigaki, his cocktails are amazing !!!! 10 min walk into centre.

We have just come back from our holiday after spending two weeks at Marianna, this hotel is lovely very clean and in a great location just a short walk from bars and restaurants, bus stops and supermarkets, the food in the pool bar and cafe is very good and very reasonably priced, we had a few drinks in the cocktail bar which is also very good, we were in room 214 which has a nice large balcony from which you can see the salt lake, the fly screens are great you can leave the doors open without the bugs coming in, the only thing missing was a hairdryer and we hadn't taken ours, but sitting on the balcony our hair dried quickly. We were also able to watch the sunset over the mountains from our balcony lovely.
