This hotel was so good. Ahmed the room cleaner was the best as he always cleaned my room 4305, 4303 and 4311 to perfection. He also made creative towel animals for when we came back. He was the first person I would see when I wake up and he would always greet me with a smile and try teaching me Arabic as I told him I wanted to learn Arabic. Thank you so much Ahmed you were great!

They asked me to pay extra $137.
I already paid as we don't have any other choices until I contact you to solve our problem, as we found the hotel unprofessional, no hygiene, very poor service , no WiFi, asked to pay extra money charge.
The do not have beach for them and they have to send us by our own vehicle and paid extra money for the fuel for the vehicle.
Then send us somewhere for more than 27 minutes driving to reach a very bad unclean beach with no drinks or snacks with a very very bad attitude.
Even they don't have ice for soft drinks, they don't have snacks and if put just one bad item with a very low quality and test.
They don't have enough space indoor to seat in this hot weather.
They need to charge us on hard drink while we already all-inclusive hard.
Very old fashion rooms with no security cameras in the floors.
The food is not enough for all guests and keep waiting long time to get us plates and food.
Hygiene in the restaurant is not good at all as they mix old food on fresh food.
They don't have Manager for the hotel to speak to.
They don't have enough spaces and parasol for all guests that caused us unsatisfied and wasting our holiday time and spending more money to go to outside extra charge beach.
As they wasted our holiday time.
A lot of people found it's very very bad place to trust or stay.

Very bad food, very bad attitude very very very low standard hygiene.
We booked all inclusive hard 2 rooms and not all drinks free.
I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel, staff, beach, food, drinks, entertainment and everything else were great.
Special kudos to the always friendly and positive barista Walid who made our trip x10 better. ❤️
The only slight inconvenience was the beach being 20min away (by foot), but there is an organized shuttle bus every 30 minutes in both directions every day – so it wasn't such a nuicance.

We stayed 3 nights and we're pleasantly surprised for the level of service and hotel overall, considering it's a 3-star hotel! Great value for money paid! Highly recommend! Nice pools, good food (not that much variety, but quite tasty and no upset stomach), decent entertainment, excellent service from the staff and great pleasant guests! Great atmosphere, we really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would recommend it! The foods are delicious and different every day and the quality also great! The room is quite good, and for sure the service is amazing! What i really appreciate is they always there to help without me asking for the help, and they remember the guests special needs. The access to the beach also very convenient. Basically overall positive experience!
