Great location and great hotel. The room was cleaned everyday. We went half board and the evening meals were very nice and fresh. We only had the breakfast once because it was very basic so we waited until 10.00am for the snack bar to open. The snack pool bar was great and George and Valantis always had a smile on their face. Nothing was too much for them.
We had a sea view on the top floor so it was nice waking up to that everyday.
I do think the Air conditioning price for 1 week was a little expensive. It was July so you definitely can not do without it. The room does have a metal key card so the air-conditioning unit will automatically switch off when you leave your room! So you do go back onto your room with it being very warm .The reception team are very happy and always willing to help you if you have a question.
The pool was nice and big but would benefit from a clean everynight and morning. Many bugs and flower petals get in it and it just needs a good clean before its open at 10.00am and after the closing time at 6.00pm.
I would definitely stay here again and I do recommend it for what we paid. Overall a nice hotel in Kardamena close to all amenities.

A bit dated room, clean though. Showering can be messy. Staff helpful. Breakfast is continental. Location is perfect for north end of the strip.

Hi everyone. Just looking for some info please. We arrive around 1am next month and whilst my wife will just want to sleep, I'll be desperate for a beer. Is the bar in the hotel still accessible at that time or is there any bars close by ? Thank you in advance

I had a stroke whilst on my first holiday here. Only i didnt understand what had happened to me.One member of staff treated me horrifically by shouting at me several times for trying to use my mobility scooter to get to my bedroom as i was unable to walk after my stroke. Do not stay here if you have walking difficulties.

Staff were amazing! Very happy joyful people that put a smile on my face every time. Self check-in that can be done on their website in advance of your holiday to save time with the check in process was great. Extra charges for air con and safe but I didn't use them. My room was really dated though, furniture was wobbly, bed was hard, my bathroom door was so creeky, the noise levels in general were really bad that everything echoed in the hallways, you could hear other guests sleeping and coughing, the balcony door had zero soundproofing, honestly didn't get a good sleep all week there. Shower was a nightmare to use as the shower curtain only covered one side of the shower and soaked the toilet and toilet paper. But it is in an excellent location next to some gem spots. 5 mins stroll to the beach next to banana beach bar, extremely underrated and so peaceful!
