Staff were amazing! Very happy joyful people that put a smile on my face every time. Self check-in that can be done on their website in advance of your holiday to save time with the check in process was great. Extra charges for air con and safe but I didn't use them. My room was really dated though, furniture was wobbly, bed was hard, my bathroom door was so creeky, the noise levels in general were really bad that everything echoed in the hallways, you could hear other guests sleeping and coughing, the balcony door had zero soundproofing, honestly didn't get a good sleep all week there. Shower was a nightmare to use as the shower curtain only covered one side of the shower and soaked the toilet and toilet paper. But it is in an excellent location next to some gem spots. 5 mins stroll to the beach next to banana beach bar, extremely underrated and so peaceful!

Location and rooms are OK. Food is terrible. Breakfast only cold few things (cold boild eggs, one type of salami and cheese every day. People brought their own food for breakfast. In my life I did not have so bad breakfast in any hotels I was before.

Me and my partner, Alex, have just returned from another fabulous holiday staying at the Kris Mari Hotel in Kardamaina. We have stayed here a few times (& actually been twice this year) & have thoroughly enjoyed all our visits.
Even though it's an old hotel it is kept clean and all the staff are very helpful & friendly. It's in a great location, really close to the beach and only 5 minutes stroll from the village
The pool snack bar does tasty food and the pool itself is cleaned everyday.
We would like to say a special thank you to Rena and Minas on reception and to Liza on the evening bar for their superb service.

Lovely location. Room very noisy, you can hear every conversation, footstep, people playing pool and staffs walkie talkies early each morning. This maybe because of the room location. (Ground floor). Bathroom had a bad smell but was fixed after speaking to reception. We had to request towel change on day 4. Breakfast basic but ok. We would stay again but on an upper level.

We stayed in Cleopatra Classic, but we had evening meals at the Kris Mari. The two young men who served us throughout our stay should be given a pay rise. There was nothing that they couldn't do that was a problem. We were so impressed with the two of them that we would highly recommend them for some kind of award. Also the young lady at the Classic who was the Bartender. You should be extremely proud of all three of the young team members. We would love to say to them all" you made our time on your beautiful island a wonderful time and made our holiday speacial" please pass our best wishes to them and we would like to keep in touch and continue watching all three of them grow and become even more wonderful and hopefully future managers for your hotels.
