This hotel is in an absolutely perfect location for sightseeing in old town Dubrovnik. Entry gate to the old town is less than a one minute walk from the hotel front door. It’s a beautiful hotel with lots of history. The rooms are updated and very lovely. Dinner at the restaurant was good, but not among the best we tried in Croatia. Their bar with seating area on the terrace was a perfect spot to relax after a day of walking.

Absolutely fenomenal hotel in the old money style. Beautiful historical building, great interior, spacious rooms, clean and well maintained. Staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast delicious and executive lounge with a great offer. I'd love to be back.

This hotel is truly one of the most beautiful on the Adriatic, perfectly located just a short distance from Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The location is ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to the city’s historic charm.

The cleanliness of the hotel is absolutely impeccable—everything is maintained to the highest standard. The wellness area is especially noteworthy: spotless, well-organized, and very relaxing.
The food and service are simply phenomenal. Every meal is prepared with care, and the overall dining experience exceeds expectations.
All in all, this is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. It offers a perfect combination of comfort, service, location, and quality.

The Hilton Imperial is amazing. The staff is exceptional in all areas. We were very well taken care of. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel just outside of Old Town is perfect so you can walk back and forth easily. The staff, particularly Martina, made our stay perfect. I had a few requests before we checked in and Martina was always prompt with answers. Once we checked in the service and assistance continued to be 5 star quality. All parts of the building were very clean. The pool, steam room, sauna and gym were well maintained. We used the Executive Lounge each day and it was a great space for a break and a drink. The staff there was also friendly and kept things very clean.
It is very easy to recommend the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik to anyone looking for a great location and staff in the Old Town area.

The service is exceptionally well executed. The rooms remain remarkably clean, even when your child creates a mess daily 😅
All staff members are highly welcoming. The executive lounge offers an open bar each day with excellent food.
Our room provided one of the finest views of Dubrovnik.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place!!
