I stayed here for three days and, despite the good location, I would never return.
The cleanliness was terrible. We booked a bed and breakfast apartment with cooking facilities, but when we opened the drawers, there was spilled tea left inside. We also found a lighter hidden in the sofa bed, which was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the electricity kept cutting out throughout our stay.
The breakfast was, without question, the worst I have ever experienced. We only had it once and never went back. There were only two or three hot options available, and none of them included eggs. The selection was extremely poor and not worth it.
Overall, this has to be one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I wouldn't go back even if you paid me.

stayed for a week in June.all reception staff are polite. they order taxis for you on request to get to old town..
Breakfasts are adequate. too much sweet sauces rather have more cereals.
bar staff always available, bbq food excellent, (especially veal chops)

The only star it receives is because of its location. Like most of places in Turkiye this one is also a scam. Pictures looks way better than being here. The beds are uncomfortable like sleeping on rocks, the service is horrendous and scamming. We booked a hotel, when asking for body wash they say this isn’t a hotel it’s apartment? Why do you advertise it as a hotel then? The towels we get cannot be used near the pool or outside, they make you buy towels at the front desk like a complete scam. When discussing matters with the personel they are arrogant and not understanding. The service is below minimum for other holiday countries. This hotel probably has fake reviews on Tripadvisor and so on. The ”breakfast” they serve is one of the worst I’ve ever been to in both Middle East and Europe, not even worth 2 euros same goes for food, luckily Kibrit resturant was 200 meters away hence it gets 1 star for location. They try to hustle you for taxis, want you to overpay. If you have very low dignity and standards this is the place for you. Paying more than 1 euro is overpaying for staying here.

Spent a lovely holiday at this apartment hotel. Very few people were staying there because it was early in the season. Excellent value for money. The food in the restaurant which overlooked the swimming pool was delicious and we would have eaten there more often only we had hired a car to take up to Cappadocia for 3 nights. My freshly squeezed orange juice could not have been fresher as I saw one of the bar staff picking it off the tree prior to it arriving at my table. We were also served complimentary meddlers which were also growing on the trees. There was a lift which worked well and it was very easy to park our car in the very quiet street outside. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming to Side again.

Lovely hotel. Room was modern/tasteful and kept very clean (cleaned every day). Shower was good and bathroom modern. Pool was gorgeous with lovely sun loungers. Staff were wonderful and the on site bar/restaurant was excellent.
