Beautiful property and great service. We truly enjoyed the resort. We had a beautiful view of the resort. The kids enjoyed the water areas and kid activities. I enjoyed the spa treatments. They have areas and actitivites for all ages. The staff were kind and offered wonderful service. Our family enjoyed our vacation.

Currently staying
at the Four Seasons Orlando and, unfortunately, the experience fell well short of the brand’s usual standards.
Upon late arrival at 11:30 PM, we were warmly assured that our family members (my brother, mother, and nephews) could join us the following day to enjoy the pool and lunch. However, when we confirmed the next morning, the staff initially agreed but returned just five minutes later to state that access would only be granted if we purchased a cabana for the day. This inconsistency was frustrating and created an unwelcoming impression for what should have been a straightforward family visit.
The spa was another letdown. While the massage therapists were adequate (I’d rate the overall service around 6.5/10), the experience started poorly with minimal direction after being shown to the locker room. I had to wander around to figure out the layout and next steps, which detracted from the relaxing atmosphere one expects at a Four Seasons property.
On a positive note, the room cleaning service was frequent, breakfast was quite good, and the coffee bar was a nice touch. However, even basic amenities like consistently refilling water bottles were sometimes overlooked.
Overall, this stay was disappointing when compared to other Four Seasons properties we’ve visited. The service inconsistencies and upselling approach left us questioning whether to return in the future. We are now reconsidering our plans involving the Four Seasons cruise line as well.
I hope management reviews these operational gaps to better align with the brand’s reputation for exceptional hospitality.
Attached you will see a photo of empty chairs at the pool, 68 of them, i was told there weren't enough chairs to accomodate thereby requiring me to buy a cabana

We had a great time at FS Orlando.
The service was prompt and cheerful, the room was nice and well-kept, and the atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing.
I want to give Lickety Split a special shout-out for always having quick service and great coffee — an excellent way to start the day. We also enjoyed dinner at Capa. The food at Ravello was good, but service was unusually slow there both times we went — maybe skip it if you’re in a hurry.
The pool area is exceptional, offering a ton of activities for families while also plenty of quiet adults-only options as well.
Definitely a worthwhile step up from other resorts in the area if you’re visiting Orlando.

We have stayed at multiple Four Seasons resorts and this one so far is our least favorite. The rooms and grounds are gorgeous and clean and the kids really liked the pool offerings and amenities. They also reportedly had fun at the Kids Club. The spa was your standard spa. Food offerings were great and the staff were all very friendly. The Concierge Service and the Shuttle were very lacking. We were moving from one hotel in Orland to the Four Seasons with an arrival time of roughly 9:30 am. They had texted ahead of time to see if we needed anything on arrival and suggested that they supply breakfast type snacks since it would be early. We planned our morning and departure around this. When we got there, no snacks. We had to chase down breakfast around 10am and when we texted to ask they finally brought things up for almost 11am. We also requested that the kid's pull-out bed be made up around the same time. When we got back from dinner at 8:30 there was a woman doing turn-down service in our room and the bed was not made yet. Instead, we went to ask at the front desk, as I had simultaneously received a text message from Housekeeping saying they could not accommodate our service request due to an unattended pet in our room (we did not travel with pets, they messaged the wrong family). We had also checked in on arrival to make sure we had the best time frames available for VIP tours and our Character Breakfast. We opted to push our start times back on all events and were told that we would get an email confirmation for the change (we didn't). The second day, they had not moved our Character Breakfast reservation back an hour as we had asked, resulting in us dragging our kids out of bed for 8am following the fireworks and getting back to the hotel at 11:30 pm. This leads to the shuttle. We had texted to see if the shuttle would be around the Ticket Center after the fireworks. They sent us back the schedule. The last shuttle leaves the lot at 11pm (for those of you shutting down the parks when they close, be advised the shuttle will not be there although taxis and Ubers were plentiful). We HUSTLED to get through the line for the monorail (left the park at 10:20pm) and arrived at the lot at 11:05 and the shuttle was gone. Additionally, my husband had emailed asking for a particular massage for the two of us on our morning with the kids at the Kids Club and instead of that massage we were booked for a regular couples massage. Disappointing but not the end-all-be-all. Definitely not the attention to detail that we are used to with a Four Seasons. May or may not be back.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The service and amenities, including so many free extras for kids, really pushed it over the top for us. They were so considerate with things like making up rooms around nap time and bedtime and making sure we had everything we needed. It is expensive but the value you get for that price is well worth it. My only tip would be to pre book a character breakfast in advance by calling the concierge!
