Beautiful property, amazing experience!
When you’re on property, it’s hard to believe Disney is just a few minutes away. It is so quiet and peaceful. The adult pool is the perfect temperature all year, the lazy river is fun, and the other pool always has something going on.
The food is amazing no matter where you eat. I do wish they had more lunch options now that they changed the menu for the restaurant by the pool. If you don’t love seafood, there aren’t as many options with the change.
Overall a great experience and if you’re local and just looking to spend the day here, the spa is amazing!!

We had an excellent stay at the Four Seasons and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers a truly high-level hospitality experience.
A special highlight of our stay was the service provided by Jeff at the front desk. We were lucky enough to meet him every single day during our stay, and he was consistently extremely kind, attentive, and proactive. Jeff always went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible experience, anticipating our needs and helping us with genuine care and professionalism.
His attitude truly embodies what exceptional customer service should be and made our stay even more memorable. We are very grateful for his dedication and friendliness.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic resort. Great service through and through from fast valet, to great room service, to the turn down service and little ameneties. My kids really enjoyed the pools, water slide, and lazy river. The kids club was great so my wife and I could grab a work out and go to the spa while the wonderful staff did activities with the kids. The spa area is also included to use which was a nice touch. We had a terrific time.

For the past four years, my son & I have been staying at that hotel every year - my son is obsessed with it. & I loved it as well. Everything was top tier - my favorite was the breakfast buffet.
My previous review was all raves. However, after coming back home today after our trip this year, I'm left with no option but to delete my previous review & share my new experience. An experience that has led me to the conclusion that we are done with the Orlando, Four Seasons Hotel.
Where do I start? There's so much to share. Firstly, when I checked into the hotel on the website, I clearly stated, both my son & I suffer from anxiety & we are unable to stay on a floor past the 5th floor, but we were given a room on the 15th floor. A room that felt & looked so dirty. The bathroom, sink, floor, shower, mats, everything was so dirty & unhygienic. The blanket on the bed was filled with someone's nose discharge - I'm gagging even as I type it now.
All the eating options onsite - in-room dining, poolside food, & ALL the restaurants - the menu options are horrible, NO options & NO variety whatsoever. & the taste of the food is FAR BELOW mediocre & I mean calling the food mediocre is an insult to food that is actually mediocre.
Then one day of our trip - two random guys showed up at my hotel room, saying they were hotel architects there to check the balcony. & I was mortified. I immediately shut the door & called the front desk, only to be told - you should have received a notice from housekeeping & this needs to be done. I, of course, received no such notice & was horrified. So, I gave them a time frame in which I would be at the pool with my son & we returned to the hotel room hours later. Upon our return, the doorbell of the hotel room rang again & these people were back in our presence - 5/6 people at a time in & out of our room - I was SO uncomfortable we had to leave the room again in an urgency & sit outside in the cold. UNCOMFORTABLE & HORRIFYING !! who would have taken responsibility had these people been a threat to my son or me?
A horrible, uncomfortable stay!!!
& this hotel is SO expensive - please think & think & think before spending so much money for this hotel!!

We bought tickets for the New Year gala. It was the most classless experience I had ever! The lighting was similar to a baseball stadium, waiter couldn’t open the caviar, the meat was tasteless amd fat all over. The DJ started playing while the dinner started… I can go on…. The only good experience was when we went to 17th floor and watched fireworks. The four seasons in Orlando has very low standards and it is obvious that management have no clue about upscale hoteliers. I will never ever suggest going there for any gala or private party. Wasted over one thousand dollars for a lowest quality of food, music and ambience. Nothing against the working personnel but the gala seemed more like an employee company party than a gala. There was absolutely nothing resemblance to a gala. Horrible!
