Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort was nothing short of magical. Whether you’re planning to visit the Disney parks or simply looking for a truly relaxing getaway, this property is absolute perfection either way.
What stands out most — and where I have to begin — is the people. This resort is filled with exceptional human beings who go far beyond standard hospitality. From Dana Berry to Matthew at the front desk, Johnny at The Lobby Bar, Andres by the pool, and Keyona at Ravello — every single one of them went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. And it doesn’t feel like it’s just training; it genuinely feels like this hotel has mastered the art of hiring kind, thoughtful people who have hospitality in their blood.
The property itself is immaculate. You want for nothing. The grounds are stunning, the amenities are top-notch, and the food is consistently high-quality and delicious. Transportation to and from the parks is seamless and feels private, which makes the entire experience even more luxurious and stress-free.
What’s remarkable is that you truly feel like you’re on an island escape — not in Central Florida. It has become our home away from home, and it is worth every penny.
If you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly vacation that feels both magical and indulgent — run, don’t walk.

Beautiful property with a true resort feel while still being close to the Disney parks. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. Service is consistently excellent and the staff is genuinely warm and professional.
The pool area, especially the lazy river, is great for families, and the adults only pool is a nice escape. Capa rooftop restaurant is worth visiting for both the food and the fireworks view. Overall, great staff and a calm, luxury experience.

This is certainly the best hotel in and around Disney World, but that being said I would still give it four stars. The service was friendly and the breakfast was serviceable. The room was a good size and comfortable if a little on the tired side. Also, after much searching we discovered that our room had no mini bar which was kind of annoying. We weren’t able to take advantage of the pool situation because it was unseasonably cold while we were there and even though it’s heated, swimming while it was 40 degrees did not seem appealing. We did use the gym facility which was expansive and very well equipped. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Disney but it’s not necessarily on par with other Four Seasons Hotels.

Stunning hotel. We loved our stay from arrival to check out. The valet staff is extremely friendly. The pool is awesome! Everything was clean and refreshing. I got to experience a pedicure at the spa and the girls were so nice. The room service staff especially Natalie was incredible. Watching the fireworks at both Epcot and Magic Kingdom made the experience 100% worth it. All the food was great. The beds are a little hard but they have toppers to help with that.

Fantastic resort. Great service through and through from fast valet, to great room service, to the turn down service and little ameneties. My kids really enjoyed the pools, water slide, and lazy river. The kids club was great so my wife and I could grab a work out and go to the spa while the wonderful staff did activities with the kids. The spa area is also included to use which was a nice touch. We had a terrific time.
