An honest review of my 2 week stay. This hotel is 3 star but is a good 3 star. The Animation team, pool staff and waiters are amazing. They are modernising the hotel now and the rooms are much nicer. I will definitely come back its my new favourite naama bay hotel.

It is very hard for me to give the overall rating. Service during the check in - horrible, very limited english, he did not explained anything, same receptionist one morning when i asked for 2 bottles of water (i was all inclusive) and was going on day trip early in the morning, he said to me that i should’ve take it yesterday as now it no time for drinks and all inclusive, even though would take him one minute to just give us two bottles of water. I was disappointed with the room, especially with the bathroom, shower very small and furniture so old, on the edge of breaking. at some point rack fell of the wall in the bathroom and i had to put it back. There was no kettle in the room and receptionist said that it costs 1$ a night to request it. Anyway, we arrived very late so we had to stay at least one night. Once we spoke to different members of staff and/or the other guests they all explained everything to us - things such as the fact you need a ticket from the security to go to the beach. Bar/restaurant staff amazing, everybody very helpful and nice. My fav part was animation team big shout out for Youssef and Nama! Also lifeguard Mustafa. The quality of the drinks depended on the day - sometimes delicious, other time absolutely awful and made differently by each staff member and their mood. Food was tasty, quite repetitive with basic things, however there was very nice days, for my liking there was too many cakes and not enough fruits - but that’s just me. Housekeeping was very nice, doing nice things with towels daily always good surprise. Overall I would come back for the team as we did not spend too much time in the room anyway.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel was very clean, and you could see that hygiene is a top priority everywhere — rooms, restaurant, pool area, all spotless.
The animation team was incredible! They were energetic, friendly, and made the whole experience so much fun for both adults and kids. There were activities all day long and great shows in the evening. They really made our vacation special.
The staff were welcoming and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly I had a great time.
The hotel itself was very clean and well organized. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were nice, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important because the weather was hot. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day and always left fresh towels.
One of the best parts of the stay was the animation team. They were very energetic, friendly, and always smiling. Every day they organized activities like pool games, water aerobics, volleyball, and small competitions, which made the atmosphere really fun. They also encouraged guests to participate but were never annoying or pushy.

ROOMS- upon arrival our hotel room was not as expected. The bed sheets were stained and the room was terrible! we arrived as a couple and were taken to a room with 3 single beds, 1 window which had a view of a wall outside which is rather disappointing for how much we spent on this holiday. we then complained and they said they would change our room in the morning. after a long day of travelling and this supposed to be my birthday holiday i refused and went back for them to change my room in which they did for an extra £70!! they upgraded us to a nicer room with a pool view and one double bed but still such a mid range room, nothing special + no hot water AT ALL! Wifi in the hotel is also none existent unless u sit in reception so i totally recommend buying an “orange” sim upon arrival in the airport for just £10 for a weeks worth of GB.
FOOD- for an all inclusive the variety was not great. the food itself is alright but if you are a picky person i wouldn’t recommend. we ate out a good few times here. The food consists of the same meat every day which i still have no idea what it is cos it was labeled “meat” definitely not chicken or beef. they offered rice, plain spaghetti and potatoes every day which was nice, the rest was just vegetables and one fish dish per day. they occasionally do fries but that’s rare. honestly their snack options in between lunch and dinner were spot on with chicken and chips, waffles and ice cream..can’t go wrong.
DRINKS- i’ve been here for a week and did not even get tipsy once. the drinks are not great and when i asked for a simple mojito i was told for that i would have to pay extra! an absolute scam in my opinion as my partner has been to MANY all inclusive and never had this experience.
LOCATION- location is good, 8minute walk downhill from the strip (naama bay). if you like burgers omg go to smash factory just 3minutes away from the hotel! best smash burgers everrrrr. the hotel private beaches are mid, there’s water sports to do for an extra price and drinks are NOT included.
the beach is a close 12minute walk but make that 20 with the amount of people who haggle you on ur way down.
STAFF- staff are lovely we didn’t have a bad experience with them however they aren’t like wowwww so memorable.. just people doing their job. you wont ever get peace in this hotel if your laying by the pool, you’ll have at least 3 people come over every single time asking whether u want a massage, hair done, shisha for an extra price or joining in with activities…which is lovely to feel included however it was constant and i feel as staff they should learn to take no as an answer.
OVERALL- overall we enjoyed egypt however we would not be coming back ever again and i think it is due to how the hotel is.
its not the worst place to stay however if y want to be relaxed and fully enjoy an all inclusive properly then this rlly isn’t the place. not too happy, also had to spend £20 to stay here until our transfer got here to take us to the airport…but they still took our all inclusive privileges away.
