From the moment I arrived at Dusit Thani Hua Hin, I could immediately feel the sense of luxury blended perfectly with warmth and genuine hospitality. Every staff member greeted me with bright smiles and a friendly attitude that made me feel truly welcome.
The experience was impressive from the very first drive through the entrance, all the way to the smooth check-in process. The room was elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — a perfect balance of classic charm and modern convenience.
The Club Lounge was another highlight of my stay. The atmosphere was calm and refined, with excellent service and a wonderful selection of food and drinks.
Overall, it was a truly memorable stay that combined luxury, comfort, and heartfelt Thai hospitality. I’ll definitely return again soon!

Feel like home.. Hotel after renovated is very nice. The hotel is resort style with long wide beach. Room is nice with balcony. Staffs at front needs to improve the attitude as i called before arriving, staff intervened while i was speaking and hung up before i finished talking.
On contrary, housekeepings, staffs at restaurants, doorman and especially spa staffs are very warm and very friendly and gave very good service. Taking good care of my parents.

Love spa treatments here. Feel special since arriving, lovely greetings and very helpful. Good treatment, me and my sister had aromatherapy and i wish i had longer. Parents had Thai massage and it’s very relaxing that my mum gave more tip than she usually did. We joined tree hugging and sound healings which were very relaxing and peaceful. Front office staff here is very sweet. She told us about other activities including feeding buffaloes, chickens, and goats which she brought us to see with buggy. Then she brought us back to the hotel part. This is the area i love the most in the hotel.

Great location by the sea. Hotel is very large with a greenery around. The service is excellent. The room is spacious, large bed and bathroom with all in need amenities provided. They have a large swimming pool divided two zone for kids and adults. The gym is big and have all basic machines. Breakfast is very good, there are lots of choices and delicious. I feel so relax staying here and will definitely come back again If I have a chance.

Another wonderful stay! The location is perfect, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the food is absolutely delicious. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — a perfect place to unwind. Every staff member is kind and attentive — they always make me feel so welcome. Truly impressed every time I come here.

I'm really delighted to make a wonderful choice for my family. I reserved 2 rooms, one for me and my wife. The other room was for my son. They sincerely offered us connecting 2 rooms which was great as we all in the same room. The room actually was spacious. We also satisfied when we were jogging on the track in the morning. 2 swimming pools were great. We are all very much appreciated in this stay.
