We stayed at the hotel for two nights and overall the experience was okay, but unfortunately it didn’t fully meet our expectations. The location was very convenient for us — close to the airport and within easy reach of Murcia, which was a big plus.
The main highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. There was a great variety of food, and having a chef preparing fresh omelets and scrambled eggs made the experience much better. The quality and choice at breakfast were excellent.
However, the hotel and rooms felt quite dated and could benefit from more maintenance and attention to detail. The pool area also didn’t look very well maintained, and the pond/golf course view from our room seemed neglected, with the water looking unclean.
We also felt that the reception staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. We stayed during my partner’s birthday, and it would have been nice if the hotel had acknowledged it in some small way, even with just a simple card, as many other hotels often do.
Overall, the stay was decent thanks to the location and breakfast, but for a golf resort we expected a little more care, atmosphere, and hospitality.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, offering a peaceful sanctuary. The amenities provided were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings. We would highly recommend this establishment for a memorable and relaxing getaway.
Check & Go
Most important of all, the bed is wonderful and for me that’s what matters most, and here it’s absolutely lovely. Breakfast is also plentiful and of good quality. Parking in the underground garage costs €22 per day and is decent. The swimming pool is another big plus, offering beautiful views over the golf course. Room 325 gives you a stunning view and the longest afternoon sun on your balcony, highly recommended.
Honestly, I first thought of giving only three stars, but in the end I settled on four. Everything that’s there is really very good. Still, there’s room for improvement, many loose mosaic tiles in the pool, wasp nests that haven’t been removed, and various scuffs and damages in the common areas. The cleaning of the poolside terrace could also be better. In addition, the door closer that makes an unpleasant noise and a glass toilet door that slams onto the frame with a loud bang. Outside the hotel’s control, but still a pity, the lake’s pond water level is far too low, which makes the view a little less impressive.
Check-in was another area where things felt a bit disjointed. I asked for a Digital Key and was assured I would receive one, I also requested that the physical keycards remain active. At the time a lady (“with trainee badge”) was on duty and gave the impression everything would be arranged.
However, it took several follow-up calls to the front desk before the Digital Key finally worked and, contrary to my request, the physical keycards were deactivated. Exiting the parking garage with the Digital Key didn’t work either, so I had to use the intercom. All in all, just a few too many loose ends. The lady at the reception reacted rather curtly and somewhat bitterly when we passed by several times after this.
I would invite the General Manager, Mr. Gómez, to take this feedback to heart and to invite me back once these issues have been resolved.
All in all, a hotel with a strong foundation, wonderful golf course, nice bedding, a generous breakfast and a pool with stunning vistas, but one where there’s definitely room for improvement in the details.

Nice location inside the excellent La Torre Golf urbanisation.
Staff were fabulous. Double room with balcony situated very well.
Food & drink priced very sensibly both in the hotel and the nearby restaurants and bars.
One downside is Hilton charge €22 per day to park your car.
Please don’t fall for it as there are literally hundreds of free spaces available around the hotel.
Shame on them for this shakedown.

Very Disappointing Experience – Significant Operational and Hygiene Issues
Our stay was deeply unsatisfactory due to multiple serious concerns regarding room conditions and spa maintenance.
Room Environment
The heating system was operating at an excessive level, making the room uncomfortably hot. The only way to regulate the temperature was to switch off the electrical fuse entirely. Additionally, opening the windows was not an option due to a strong and unpleasant odor outside, leaving us without proper ventilation.
Spa & Hygiene Standards
The spa facilities were far below acceptable hygiene standards. The pool water was visibly cloudy, raising concerns about maintenance and water quality control. Sauna areas were not properly cleaned, with visible trash present. Socks and other items were scattered throughout the spa area, indicating a lack of supervision and routine housekeeping.
Overall, the level of upkeep and operational management did not meet basic hospitality expectations. Unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed and are counting down the hours until check-out at the 5* star hotel!!!
